• Maria Luisa (2/5): Very disappointed - Lo único que me gustó es que tiene lavandería amplia espaciosa y con aire acondicionado La habitación tenía cucarachas, el reclinable no servía , el televisor no encendía pobre iluminación en la habitación la jabonera se estaba escascarando la ducha no importaba cuánto apretaras seguía goteando toda la noche la habitación 210 apesta a humedad , la estufa necesitaba limpieza profunda y el empleado me inundó la habitación con una máquina de lavar a presión cuando le reclame trajo toallas de ducha para secar el piso y la empleada López del front desk nesecita ser readriestrada en servicio al cliente y añadir un jardinero o empleado de mantenimiento que recoja la basura en las áreas verdes y recoja las latas de cerveza de los alrededores ah! Y que no se me olvide mencionar que el sanitario está suelto y se mueve cuando te sientas

The property is in very poor condition: it’s dirty, clearly needs a full renovation, and there was no visible cleaning staff in the common areas. The shower faucet was loose, and the TV signal only worked for about an hour over a three-day stay. The rating and reviews for this property appear misleading and likely manipulated. Everything was problematic. The room was not properly cleaned, there were ants throughout the bathroom, and several pieces of furniture were broken. The exterior areas were also very dirty, with cigarette butts and empty beer cans scattered across the ground. Just refer to pictures. I SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND!!!

• Richard (1/5): We have never experienced such a dirty place. - It was close to the airport The room was very dirty. Our socks were black from walking around. The top of the bed frame had left black on my hand when I touched it. The wall by the kitchen was spotted with dirt. The tub had black spots. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall not working. It’s the dirtiest place we ever stayed and we had no choice as we had an early flight out.

• Ronald (1/5): Never again - Nothing at all The staff was very rude. I got the cops called on me because I was locked out my room. I had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to clean the room there was a bad smell of smoke in my non smoking room among other smells.

• Cornelia (5/5): - Die Nahe zum Flughafen war gut und dennoch war es im Zimmer nicht zu laut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Diie Jalousie konnte nicht hochgezogen werden, ich musste mir mit einem Trick Helligkeit verschaffen. Kein einziger Mülleimer im ganzen Zimmer, das Frühstück hätte nicht Frühstück genannt werden dürfen, so erbärmlich war es. Dafur war der Preis zu hoch.

DE 12 PAÍSES QUE EU VISITEI FOI A MINHA PIOR HOSPEDAGEM Quarto muito escuro mesmo com abajurs acesos. Eu passei sede de água porque não tinha água disponível de noite. Falta funcionários na recepção para falar com hóspede. NÃO TEM FILTRO DE ÁGUA PARA BEBER NEM NA RECEPÇÃO, NEM NO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ. Localização péssima para quem não tem carro. Cheiro de cigarro forte entraga pelo exaustor do banheiro vindo de outro quarto. Louças da cozinha tem horário certo para pedir na recepção. Microondas com defeito, TV não funciona. Não tem WIFI O Café da manhã muito fraco e não tinha água, e no primeiro dia no último horário do café já não tinha mais nada para comer e nem para beber. No segundo tinha só tinha café e aveia e um produto que parecia cobertura de sorvete. O Papel higiênico não era novo. A banheira tem vazamento e faz barulho a noite.

• Diana (1/5): Slept in my hoodie while terrified. - How close it was to the airport. And that it was available. The room was extremely dated, smelled of cigarette smoke and there were burns in the table. Kitchen was super old, bathroom shower faucet was falling apart and looked like mold around the tub. You could hear clearly outside the door. I put the large recliner chair against the door and drank vodka till I passed out in order to sleep in my hoodie and sweat pants as I was terrified to look for bed bugs. As I had no where else to go that night, due to a flight cancellation.

• Castro (4/5): Never again - This property was not too far from the airport. Room was outdated. Everything was dusty. Toilet was damaged. Shower had mildew and the shower head had mineral buildup. We didn’t even bother showering the one night we were there and we definitely needed one.

Al llegar al hotel, la recepción estaba cerrada. Cuando finalmente apareció la recepcionista, su trato fue grosero y poco profesional desde el primer momento. Insistió de manera innecesaria y reiterada en la reservación, la tarjeta de crédito y la identificación. Al presentarle mi licencia de conducir, me exigió de mala manera el pasaporte, sin ninguna explicación ni cortesía. La actitud fue hostil, poco amable e incluso abusiva, algo totalmente inaceptable en un hotel. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría. Very bad experience from the moment we arrived. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception was closed. When the receptionist finally appeared, her attitude was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. She insisted unnecessarily and repeatedly on the reservation, the credit card, and identification. When I presented my driver’s license, she demanded my passport in a rude manner, without any explanation or courtesy. Her attitude was hostile, unfriendly, and even abusive, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel. I would definitely not stay here again nor recommend this place.
