• Àngels (9/5): Apartament ideal per anar en família a Roma! - M’ha agradat la seva ubicació, l’estat en el que l’hem trobat ( estava tot molt net, teníem tot el que necessitàvem, les instal·lacions correctes..). El llit m’ha semblat una mica incòmode.

A TV era pequena e não funciona os canais locais.Teve um dia que bateram na porta umas 07:30am não sabia quem era nao abrir a porta mais fiquei meio preocupado pq na mesa tem instruções para não abrir a porta se não fosse funcionários deles, eles avisam antes quando o funcionário vai até a acomodação. Falta um olho mágico na porta.

• Milos (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was excellent. It looked exactly like in the pictures and is very centrally located. Pietro gave us a warm welcome, provided great information, and recommended some fantastic places to visit. We felt very comfortable. Fresh towels and clean bed linen were provided. The apartment was overall in perfect condition. It’s a great place for a weekend stay – highly recommended! Unfortunately, the apartment is very poorly soundproofed. Sara was friendly, but unfortunately quite unwilling to help with our request. When we asked her to arrange a taxi for our early departure at 5 a.m., she refused and said it wasn’t possible. She told us we could either use one of her partner transfer services for €120 to the airport or book an Uber, which we felt was a complete rip-off—especially since we know it’s absolutely possible to reserve a taxi in the city. We had asked her to book a taxi for us because we don’t speak the language and didn’t want to pay tourist prices. Instead, they told us to take care of it ourselves – something we found hard to understand. We are hosts in another country ourselves and know how important it is to offer such services to make a guest’s stay easier. In the end, we found a very kind lady who booked us a Parma taxi for €55, which seemed much fairer to us. It was obvious that Sara had no interest in taking care of something like this, even though it’s actually a basic service for a host. We also missed a few basics in the initial setup, such as sugar for coffee, milk, and a bottle of water. Even though the tap water is drinkable, we personally didn’t like the taste.
• Lyubov (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. The kitchen table looks untidy,lots of scratchers and cuts. I can tell the same about kitchen utilities. It’s time to change them all. The bed and the crib were creaking,awful sounds all nights long

• Kate (9/5): Great location and spacious apartment - Perfect location for the main touristy area of Rome, walkable to most attractions. The apartment was spacious, modern and the bed very comfortable. It was so nice also having access to a washing machine. Entry to the apartment was clear and easy for us first time travelers to Rome. The only downside was very loud neighbours/kids during the day and from around 6am in the morning, meaning a sleep in was near impossible. Nights were quiet though.

• Oleg (6/5): The location of the apartment is ideal - The location of the apartment is ideal The floor is very dirty, after walking on it barefoot, my feet are black and covered in fine hair. The freezer lid in the refrigerator is broken; all food below the freezer freezes into ice. There is not enough space in the apartment. Electricity constantly disappears when using the stove and washing machine at the same time. Every day at 7-30 in the morning someone rings the doorbell. The audibility in the apartment is terrible: you can hear all the neighbors. There are no bath amenities in the bathroom; they only give you a very small piece of soap.

• Marta (10/5): Perfect - PERFECT LOCATION! I can't stress this enough. Close to all the important places you want to see without city noise. And close to the best gelato in Rome Giolitti ;) It has everything you need: a coffee machine, washing machine, comfortable beds, AC. Friendly host who takes care of the property very well. PS. if you like Nutella you have to try Gnutella flavour in Giolotta.

• Nagi (7/5): it’s ok for a short stay but too pricey and some inconveniences - location, unit layout, professional staff with detailed information access to the unit through two long stairways one of which is too narrow and too steep. Not recommended for guests with medium-large luggage or people. Furthermore, noise from renovation of adjacent unit and workers/neighbors too nosy peeking down the unit through windows. Hence there is no privacy unless you close all windows ☹️☹️☹️
• Melanie (10/5): We found the apartment easily, but we do know Rome very well, thoroughly enjoyed our stay - The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the Pantheon and right next door to Della Palma, where we had to have an ice cream every day! Nice big towels, quiet, fully fitted kitchen.
• Stephen (10/5): Perfect location to discover the wonders of Rome - The location is fantastic close to everything with a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona . it was very well looked after, clean , extremely comfortable and had everything we needed . The team were in touch if anything was needed at any time . we will definitely stay again
