• kroner (4/5): - Staff was great Roaches soap that was used by last guest no cream rinse no lotion just muffins for breakfast and coffee that's it will never stay there again I don't care how cheap it was anything you needed you have to ask for

The staff was very nice.

• Lucas (5/5): Very good location, staff not good in most part, rooms don’t smell good. - Location only basically The property is budget, I already knew it, but booked more because of the location, didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but there was a lady who was rude denying a cup of coffee when I got 5 minutes before the deadline, also denied immediately a request to keep my bags for about an hour while going to visit some apartments in the area , so I had to check out with my bags to visit. The only person who is decent while staff is Robert, who checked me in. Very hard worker and polite. I’ll never come back anyway.

Never again. - Cleanliness and appearance Reservation was canceled and booked for following day and they wanted to charge us ridiculous early check in fee eventhough we would be checking out on time. We had called ahead and let them know we would be arriving extremely late but was leaving on time.

The bed was a full/double size and not a queen size as I was paying for. They advertise that they have breakfast and when I went to the “breakfast area” there was only coffee and tea.

When questioned about it front desk person replied " No supplies today"! I came across 2 small cockroaches running on the counter when I got into the bathroom in the morning. Corridor carpet clearly dirty and needing shampooing.

The bed was horrible with sprung springs and not even the minimal of furniture. Cleanliness was horrible second with the room looking like at best we were staying in the middle of reconstruction.

I had to ask the front desk for Roach spray. The blankets on the bed itched your skin and was not comfortable. That Extended Stay is not what it used to be. I had Mold in my apartment and I had to leave to get it resolved that's the reason I was there. I hated it. The bed, the blankets and sheets on the bed looked like it needed to be changed. The room have roaches and needs to be exterminated. I would not go back there again.
