• Dezmal (5/5): - The bed was comfortable They need to do a little bit more spring for the look roaches that come out at night The laundry was clean television work fine or carpet was clean They just need the improve on cleaning of the hallways and the front entrance when you come in to the hotel a lobby area and the elevators are dirty and most of the extended stay hotel they're not kept up you know they're not maintenance with the paint and stuff like that and the the hallways always have the doors ajar and in most cases there's no there's no like cameras in the hallway it there's no cameras in the hallway at all so that that's something that needs to be looked after. I got a good night sleep I mean you had a couple of rowdy people in the hallway loud talking but the air condition was good that the the tub was okay the slip mat in there was kind of bulking up or whatever perking up so they need to check that out but other than that everything was pretty decent. But it's one thing I want to add and put the emphasis on is the customer service at the front desk some of them are ghetto for the most part they're short tempered get upset not understanding that if there's no customers there's no job so you know I'm just saying so I think they need to screen they there are agents better than that front desk agents or whatever you want to call them screen and make sure you hire quality people that like their job like what they're doing and they respect the guests because without the guest there's no job.

Spacious. - BLACK MOLD in the bathroom ceiling and bathroom floor in front of the bathtub/toilet. - Mold, Dirty, and Stained Carpet. - MUSTY smell throughout the unit and the whole building upon entry. - Broken curtain rod. Curtain stays blown open in front of the a.c. unit.

• Felipe (1/5): The worst booking.com experience ever - I did not like it at all. It was the worst experience I have had since 2003 on Booking.com. We reserve a non smoking room and when we got into the hotel room the semell was horrible. It smells like a ton of cigars all together. Our clothes got that odor and we couldn't stay there. No one helped us. There wasn't a guest service representative becuase the front desk was closed with a metalic courtain. It gave us the impression that the area was not safe and neither the hotel. We decided to leave and tryed to reach customer service at Booking.com, but they had an IA assistant that doesn't work at all. After more than an our we could get a human assistant on the phone at Booking.com and she was worst than te IA. So lack of empathy. They scamed us because we payed for a NON SMOKING room and the smell of the room indicated it was smoking. At the end no one cares about our situation ans we had to leave the hotel at 3 am in the morning with a child and we finally could get a nice and descent place to stay through the Marrioy BonVoy App, because throughout Booking.com it was impossible to get a solution. Booking.com didn't refund our money and we nor also lost our money but our peace.

• Dezmal (8/5): - 1. You should have security cameras throughout the hotel. And in every hallway; for the safety of the guest. And for your liability reasons. 2. Too many gaps in the doors! You shouldn't smell your neighbor's cigarettes. 3. Bathroom doors should be solid, instead of the press wood. 4. If possible your company should invest in remote check-in. And wifi door lock and unlock from your cell phone 5.The beds are very comfortable indeed. The rooms are clean for the most part, but the hallways need a little more TLC. Air freshener would be too bad. * My over score is a 7.5 rating Read the first box. I can visit your hotel's locations and send you a score for each property. Which can increase business and (RPC) Repeat customers.

• Sheldon (1/5): - The location. We had to wait almost half an hour for someone to called to check us in, even though we had a reservation. Stained countertops, bedcover and carpet. I was afraid to be barefooted on the carpet.

• Kharlamov (3/5): Clean but dated stay - Rooms are a bit dated but clean, and the bed was comfortable. A plus is the nearby Bus 311 stop (just across the road), which goes directly to the airport terminals. The corridors were quite dirty and poorly maintained. There was also a lot of noise coming from corridor equipment like washing machines and AC. Although the room includes a kitchen, it was completely bare - no frying pans, silverware, or dishwasher—just a stove, fridge, and microwave.

The sink was burnt, the bathtub was constantly dripping, water was coming up through the cracks in the parquet. There were a lot of drug addicts in and around the accommodation, it was a bit scary. There was no cutlery, no plates, nothing. I booked for several nights, but left the place after the first day.

• Marlette (5/5): CHEAP HOTEL BUT QUALITY IS A UNDERSTATEMENT - The location was Convenient is the only thing I like about this location. Food and other places like Walmart was near the hotel. They also had a full size refrigerator and a small stove for people traveling with kids and want to save money by cooking in the hotel. The price of the hotel stay was considerable high for the quality received. This hotel seem like it was more for homeless or displaced individuals. It was a lot of local traffic in and out of the hotel with large amount of laundry. I had to wait several minutes to get checked in after hours. I am use to talking to a person.

• ginette147 (1/5): Malisima - The first person who helped us was very kind, but when we got to the room, the toilet was clogged and dirty. We called reception from the room that same night, but no one answered. I couldn't switch to another hotel; it wasn't easy to find one, and besides, they had already charged me for the first hotel and left me stranded, even though I had paid and they hadn't made any reservation. The next morning, we called again, and they said someone would come to check it in 30 minutes. I left the hotel, returning at 2 pm, and they still hadn't checked it. My husband went to the reception, and the person there treated him rudely, telling him he had to wait. He explained that he had waited in line to speak with her and that she should attend to him. Very rudely, the receptionist who was attending to the arriving guests went up to see what was wrong with the bathroom, slamming the door of our room. She left and returned with a plunger, handing it to my husband, and he was the one who unclogged the toilet. So, during our vacation, we had to work as plumbers.

• Ana Caroline (9/5): - Love it! My room was perfectly fine. Great location to go to Disney and Universal. You can take bus 311 to go to Universal Epic Universe for only $2, and you can also use it to go to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Bus 37 goes to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. There was one day when the hallway smelled very bad, probably due to dogs staying at the hotel. However, it did not affect my room, and the smell was much better the next day.
