- Mildred (7/5): Going back home - I loved that Jordin was amazing with our check in process. He was very respectful and his energy was amazing. He made us feel so welcomed. The overnight staff was also amazing when we checked out allowing my children to have some snacks because we left before breakfast started. Some of the electrical sockets didn't work so we weren't able to watch TV in the bedroom and housekeeping forgot to refill the bathroom soap dispenser. Although this was a little inconvenient we still enjoyed our stay

- Tashanie (5/5): The stay was ok for a short trip. - The gym was decent. The property is located near a number of food places and 10mins from a Walmart. I like that the room had kitchen facilities and the bedroom and bathroom were separate. The property is very gray. The decor including the paint on the walls were very dull which overall left me feeling like the property is outdated. Decor needs work. David at checkin was less than hospitable in comparison to the other front desk attendants. He needs to be at the back of the house. The breakfast buffet needed more options. I usually stay at the Miami location and they have way more options for breakfast.

- Timothy (5/5): Fine for a night, but not sure I'd come back - Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. They'd had a power outage and their system went down. This led to them giving away our earlier in the day. They got us another, but with smaller beds. I can understand it's disruptive, but as a business, you need to have contingencies in place for this sort of thing. Blaming the system doesn't help your customers. Staff were stressed, and weren't exactly pleasant. Also, we called from the airport about their airport shuttle but no one picked up the phone so we had to take a taxi. I forgot to get a receipt - even though they saw us getting out of the taxi - so we didn't get anything back for it. I can understand the accounting, but would be nice if a company would just believe you (and their own eyes) for once.

- Annalisa (8/5): - The biggest issue with this suite is there is no privacy. You can not close off the bedroom. So when someone is in the kitchen or on the couch the people in the bedroom can hear and light is in their eyes. As well as when someone is at the bathroom vanity the light shines right on the bed. So if you have a family trying to put little ones to sleep it’s impossible. Not suitable for a family.

The location was great, they provide free shuttle to and from the airport which is an added bonus. We enjoyed a quick swim and used the hot tub. We went to dinner locally Rock and Brew live music was playing, food was good. there are many options to eat mostly chain type places. We didn't have breakfast our flight was early AM but it is included for families that is great. Highly recommend this affordable option. n/a

- jayne (9/5): Very comfortable bed, and lovely breakfast buffet - Great location and scenic. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the bedding was quality and the pillows were amazing. The breakfast was lovely - lots of healthy options - porridge, bagels, fresh fruit. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer. The suite was a very good size and It was clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Plastics at breakfast! The amount of disposable plastic was shocking and who wants to eat a lovely breakfast from a polystyrene bowl with plastic knives and forks? Not me. However it is more the environmental impact which bothers me.

- Karen (10/5): - The staff member on checkin was so welcoming and he helped us get reimbursed for an Uber since their shuttle was busy with other guests who came in at the exact same time. The room was perfect and we enjoyed the breakfast. We sat in a nice little outdoor patio area to eat our breakfast. What a great place for the price!

- Anna (10/5): wonderful - This hotel is AMAZING. The staff are wonderful, the amenities are great. The shuttle did not take long and was free. The pool was clean and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. We used several of the amenities like the basketball court, snack bar, coffee bar and the fire pit. When we couldn't get the fire pit to work, the hotel sent out somebody to turn it on for us and that was awesome. The staff were great. The rooms are amazing, especially considering the price point is not bad at all. The snack bar has everything you could want and some cool cups of wine. the location is great, very close to the airport and the hooters close by had good food. I will stay here again the next time I come to Orlando. The property is also very well-kept and clean. bed is comfy. Nothing

La habitación tenía un ruido fuerte, aparentemente proveniente de una puerta cerrada que imagino tendría un compresor de AA. Inclusive se sentía la vibración en la cama! Le comentamos a la gente de recepción antes de salir. Obviamente que si vaya substancialmente la evaluación ya que el propósito de la estadía era tener una buena noche de sueño después de un largo viaje en auto antes de tomar nuestro vuelo el día siguiente. No pudimos descansar adecuadamente, infelizmente. Era muy tarde y nos íbamos a despertar temprano así que ni siquiera pedimos un cambio que podría tomar horas. Pero no deberían entregar una habitación en esas condiciones.
