• Ledford (2/5): - Nothing 1 pillow, not close to anything. No pool in May. Not close to Cruise line. Breakfast.. well don't bother. And forget about vending machines or a store close.

• martha patricia (7/5): Puede mejorar mucho - La persona que nos atendió en la madrugada. Nuestro vuelo llego tarde y llegamos de madrugada al hotel, ya habíamos marcado para avisar y nos dejaron las habitaciones organizadas. La ropa de cama estaba bien y limpia. Las instalaciones muy sucias, las escaleras, los pasillos, el interior de la habitación olía a comida. Pensé que iba a estar mas cerca del aeropuerto, con todo y que era de madrugada y no había trafico hicimos como 10 - 15 minutos en taxi.

• FELIX (5/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación No entiendo la idea de tener una minicocina si no hay tasas, vasos, etc. Ningún utensilio de cocina. No tiene sentido. Un desayuno muy simple. Podrían tener café durante el día en recepción, ya que los cuartos no tienen esa facilidad de una cafetera.

• Karin (4/5): Booking.com sind Betrüger ! - nichts Wir sind von Majestic Hotel Miami Beach in dieses Hotel geflohen das wir noch ein paar Tage Ruhe haben denn in dem anderen Hotel war es nicht mehr zumutbar ! Aber auch dieses Hotel war von Booking com enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Das Hotel wird mit Pool angeboten. Es ist ein Pool da aber abgedeckt und man kann ihn nicht nutzen . Booking com verkauft Hotels und betrügt die Touristen ohne wenn und aber . Man sollte Booking com das Handwerk legen !

• Amberley (1/5): It was scary. The photos were of a different hotel. The rooms were scary, was a crackhead and dog - Nothing!!! It didn’t look like any of the photos, the photos. Still waiting on my refund from last week!!! I’m still waiting on my refund almost a week later. Photos on booking.com were from a different hotel. Everything smelt like weed and smoke. There was a crackhead in the lobby and another outside my door, there was a dog loudly barking next door. It was very unsafe to the point I didn’t even stay the night and had to leave as soon as I could.

We booked the other Extended Stay America location (the one on 25th), but our reservation got erroneously transferred. We’re requesting a refund. See above, plus the windows weren’t insulated and the plane noise inside the room made it impossible to sleep.

• Maria (1/5): Honestly, I'm not coming back to this hotel. - The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is in very poor condition. My room has a lot of dampness on the ceiling, the bathroom door is damaged, and the main door is missing the lock.

• DARWING ALEXANDER (3/5): Decepcionante servicio de Desayuno, un hotel para no repetir!! - La ubicación El Desayuno “ No es Desayuno” porque una mesa pequeña llena de café Nescafé, sobres de chocolate que no sabía a chocolate, avena instantánea, leche condensada, barritas de cualquier cosa y mini cakes, No es desayuno!! Para lo que cuesta es TERRIBLE ESE DESAYUNO!! en el baño jabón de hotel que te irrita la piel, un champú pequeño para 2 personas, lo único bueno es la TV que si tenía buena programación y la cercanía con el aeropuerto de Miami, Para el precio que piden no se corresponde la calidad.
