For the price, everything was very reasonable and good. The location was also very convenient for us because we were planning to go out that night, and it made it very easy to reach different places in the city

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuin - Very well located and everything is well organized which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The environment was peaceful, and you can really see the attention to detail in every corner. The guy at reception helped us with everything we needed. He helped us find a taxi quickly, gave us excellent suggestions for places to visit, and provided local tips that made our short stay even more enjoyable. Coming from the UK to visit Tirana, his guidance made everything so much easier and stress-free. It really felt like we had a local friend looking out for us, which made the experience even more special. Our room was massive!! Very clean and tidy and very special from other hotels we have beem before.

- Carlier (8/5): - Le personnel est super sympa, à chaque fois qu’on rentrer ou sortait de l’hôtel, le jeune homme se lever et ce tenais à notre disposition. Le breakfast est complet (légume, fromage etc), la chambre est spacieuse, un bus est à 3 minutes à pied et un parking privé et gratuit est à notre disposition. Au vue de certaines commentaires, nous n’avons eu aucun problème, la chambre était propre, tout était super.

- Ellis (3/5): Disapointing and regretful - had parking You aren’t allowed to lock your door, they don’t give out room keys/ cards so you are left to leave the door open (their policy) We paid for a room with breakfast and didn’t receive breakfast as the chef was on holiday. It didn’t feel very safe and wasn’t worth a penny we paid for it. The bathroom wasn’t in great condition so we couldn’t even use the shower. Wouldn’t recommend

Tínhamos pequeno-almoço incluído mas disseram-nos que o pessoal da cozinha estava de férias e por isso não tivemos direito. Televisão não funcionava. Tínhamos também pedido quarto twin mas deram-nos quarto com cama de casal.

Worst stay in my whole life. - Taught me how a horrible stay could feel like I had to check out at 5:30am with no need of breakfast, they still charged me the full price including breakfast. I stayed three nights and the last night was absolutely disastrous. I was awake the whole night by people talking and smoking at the bar and the reception all night long. The noise and the cigarette smell were just too unbearable for me to fall asleep. What's even worse, at 2am somebody suddenly opened my door even though | locked it, ruining me the whole night since l didn't even know what else to expect next. The Blue Taxi they ordered for me was also the worst taxi service ever with an abusive driver threatening to call the police on me only for a less than 5 euro taxi ride since I only had Euro and didn't have Albanian cash
- Cheng (1/5): Least pleasant stay of my 6 month solo trip - Somewhat closer to bus terminal but not quite Upon my arrival the front desk agent showed no understanding of me bringing up the cigarette smell issues in the room. Moreover, the wifi upstairs was not showing up on my wifi network list and I had to switch for a room downstairs in front of the reception desk (which is also connected to a noisy bar where lots of smokers drink) in order to be connected with the hotel wifi. The room and beds were not clean and I woke up the next days with 5 bedbug bites all over my body .

- Eniola (7/5): Overnight stay in Tirana - Decent hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. I didn't really know it at the time, but the hotel is quite close to the city centre. The room was spacious, and the facility was clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating even though there was a language barrier. We eventually devised a way to communicate effectively. Chose this hotel for an overnight stay, and I can say it was worth it.
- Mao (7/5): Good - The room and bathroom are big enough. There was a water server inside the room and this is great especially in summer. You can drink very cold water whenever you want. Also, breakfast is very delicious. The breakfast starts from 8 to 10am but when I asked the staff, they served it at 7:30 which was very helpful for me. When I checked in, a staff didn’t know how many days I stay and the fee. I showed the booking confirmation which writes the fee. Also, staff didn’t know which card key belongs to which room. The staff didn't know the correct card key for the room I was first shown to, so I was shown to another room. On the bed of the second room, there were many dead small insects (black tiny insects with wings). I was very tired and I didn’t care very much about the dead insects, so I did not tell the staff but you may be care about it. The building is poorly constructed and I was struggling to lock the balcony. I was scared if I cannot lock the door, but finally I could do it. Also, this hotel is located between the bus station and city center and it is difficult to go there on foot. But you can ride on the bus.

- Tatjana (8/5): Very good - We arrived at the hotel at 2am, as our flight to Tirana was very late. At first it was a little bit odd as the place was very quiet and dark, and we've got the room next to the reception. But that was only the first impression, as the room was spacious, you have everything you need, the staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was really big and delicious. The parking was available at the hotel. Even we stayed only for one night, we enjoyed our stay there. Some furniture improving is needed.

When we got there it turns that the only rooms with twin bed were those in the left and in the right of the reception. The door of the left room was 0,5m from reception desk, imagine the noise.. Therefore we had to pay extra for another rooms, another floors. ( 36e/room, and only matrimonial bed.) No carpet in one room. Hair on the floor. Second day , when we arrived at 10 pm ... we found out that we cant enter in the room , the key didnt work. Therefore they moved us in...the room next to the reception...There was a pair of slippers in the room..The tv cable couldnt reach the socket ! I've asked for an extension cord, nobody came for 40 minutes ! I just wanted to cover the noise from outside, people talking at the reception. I've complain again, a lady with a very poor english told me they didnt find a...phone charger..What?!! After this, they fixed the tv,still, it worked only 5 minutes, then image frosen and that was it. I could hear somebody talking outside on the sofa next to the reception and in front of our door for another hour..They didnt fix our room next day, we had to move again. At the breakfast we had to specifically ask for some of the food that we could see that it was served at others tables.

The air con didn’t work and when I asked them to fix it, they came in pressed a button said it was working and it clearly wasn’t. Asked for a wake up call for my bus at 6:30 am which never came either.
