• Gloria (5/5): Buona soluzione senza troppe pretese - La camera e il bagno sono grandi, la metro L1 è a soli 4 minuti a piedi dalla struttura per raggiungere il centro, il quartiere è molto tranquillo, c’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check out La pulizia è stata superficiale (trovata polvere - visibile dalle foto - su testata letto e comodini). Inoltre consiglio di avvisare sull’orario ESATTO di arrivo, altrimenti rischiate che non vi apra nessuno al check in da remoto.

• ANDREA (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Soave Rooms si trova in una zona residenziale a pochi passi dalla metropolitana di Materdei, arrivando al centro di Napoli in pochi minuti, nelle vicinanze vi sono dei supermercati. La camera era bella grande con tutti i comfort e anche nel bagno, tutti gli ambienti erano puliti. Proprietario sempre disponile alle tue domande, buona idea delle cialde per farsi un buon caffè al mattino. Le mie due notti sono state ottime da ritornare.
• MagdaKubik (10/5): - Apartament był bardzo czysty, schludny i zadbany. Widać dbałość o każdy detal, a wyposażenie w pełni spełniało nasze oczekiwania. Pobyt był bardzo komfortowy, a lokalizacja dodatkowo na plus. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę!

• Cerbai (10/5): Soggiorno ottimo - Il b&b si trova in una posizione perfetta, vicino a tutti i servizi (metro, supermercati, farmacia bar) è fuori dal caos del centro ma comunque è vicino a tutto, ogni punto di interesse è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Le stanze sono grandi e dalla pulizia impeccabile, ognuna col suo bagno privato, è presente una cucina comune con macchina x il caffè. Il personale è molto preciso nelle spiegazioni a distanza e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto ad un parcheggio vicino consigliato dalla struttura che ha pienamente soddisfatto i nostri bisogni. Se dovessi tornare a napoli sceglierei questa struttura senza dubbio. .

• Ayala (7/5): Nice place, staff doesn't speak English but is nice, close to metro, great kitchen - The bed was very comfortable, and there was a fridge in the room, a shared kitchen with a microwave, and more helpful equipment. There was a cute balcony. The location is nice because it's very close to the materedei metro station, and the neighborhood was very quiet and authentic. We missed one night because of personal reasons, and the staff was thoughtful and let us pay one less night of the tourist tax. Check-in was very easy and clear because the staff sent us detailed videos of it. It didn't take a lot of time. Room service didn't come even once, so the toilet paper was almost done, and the trash cans were full. The staff doesn't speak any English, they can only speak by WhatsApp because they need to translate every message. We had a problem with the sink, so they sent us a guy to fix it, but he left the door to the room open, and every guest of the hotel could enter and take our stuff. Also, that was a very scary situation because we thought someone was inside our room! We immediately called the staff but they hung up because they couldn't understand our English, and it was very annoying to explain the situation by messages. They did apologize but didn't compensate us for this unfortunate situation. Check out must be done at 10:30, which I think is pretty early. The key to the main gate didn't always work, so we had to wait a few times until someone entered and opened it for us. You can't turn off the air conditioning light, so if you have problems falling asleep with light, it might disturb you a little.

• Dana (4/5): Disappointing - The room is very close to the city centre and subway station We stayed for a week and had the first room in the complex The room was located in the basement of a block next to several rooms and a shared kitchen Since the room was located in the basement, it did not have a window to ventilate, but only a small vent turned into a window The room had mold on the walls and the air was not at all good to breathe The room was clean with clean bedding The bathroom was small and smelled The shower cabin was very small and full of mold Unfortunately, we could not rest during our stay because people did not respect the schedule of silence imposed by the accommodation and there was always noise The air conditioner went very badly and was making a horrible noise The owner was very kind and always at our disposal But I think that this accommodation deserves improvements Overall, the stay was not to our liking and I would not recommend it

• Jade (10/5): Just what I needed - I only stayed here for three nights, but I was very happy with everything in the room. The location was very close to a metro station - three stops from the centre. There was a local shop and the streets felt safe and friendly (as witnessed in the daytime, as late as 2200-0000 and as early as 0400-0500). The room is easy to access with the instructions given by the host. It was clean, well presented and had everything I needed. The host was great in terms of communication - very friendly and helpful! Despite me only staying three nights, there was always the option of the room to be cleaned and coffee, towels etc to be restocked /replaced. The balcony was nice to have on warm evenings and the neighbours in surrounding buildings gave a more natural, non-touristy feel to the stay (which I prefer to super touristy places). The adjoining room can be quite noisy, as only separated by a locked door.

• Lubomír (6/5): Pleasant - The room was nice and clean. The neighbourhood is nice and has good public transport accessibility. Theres plenty of places to get delicious pizza/coffee from and a grocery store within 10 mins walking distance. The acoustic insulation of the room from the shared kitchen is very poor. There is a water boiler(or a pump) of sorts in the kitchen which would start circulating water at 2am and it was very noisy, making it impossible to sleep until it finished an hour later. Whenever other guests were in the kitchen you could hear everything. If someone decides to go make coffee at 6am it is guaranteed to wake you up. The bathroom is a bit tiny, especially the shower. A bigger person would not be able to fit in. Also theres not enough leg room between the toilet and the shower.

• Erin (8/5): Nice and affordable stay. Luca was great! - Comfortable, clean, and affordable. Luca was very helpful and easy to communicate with for any questions/concerns. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers for a local cafe near by. It was a little far away from most things but there is a metro near by that we were able to use.
• GOKHAN (6/5): - Just to be clear, this is a regular flat within a residential compound divided into 5 seperate rooms sharing a kitchen. It's below ground level with limited sunlight. If you can get past that, it's quite convenient only a short walk from Materdei station and Via Toledo so can't complain much about negatives. Still a bit pricey for what it offers. The owner Luca is quite helpful and suggested excellent osterias in the area

• Mihai (7/5): Acceptabil - The room is located in a flats buildings complex, near the subway. Nothing much to do in the neighborhood; there are not restaurants, only a pizzeria and two shops that closes very early. The room was clean, although there was some mushrooms at the bathroom door. The stuff was very communicative and helped us with information, although we didn't met it in person, which is kindly weird. The neighbors were very loudly; the room is not soundproof isolated and you can hear everything. It is actually an apartment split in 5 rooms. The fan from the bathroom is very noisy. There is a common kitchen were you can make a coffee, but there was no coffee there if we've been told there is.

• mattia (8/5): Napoli 2020 - Abbiamo soggiornato qui 3 notti,stanza ok,letto confortevole e arredamento nuovo,inoltre è vicina alla stazione della metro(200mt)e senza rumori notturni! Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato super gentile e pronto a darci indicazioni sulla stanza e su come spostarci nella città!infine il prezzo è ottimo..tra i più bassi che ho trovato.L'unica nota negativa della stanza economy è che non si può fumare in stanza,non essendo dotata di terrazza.dovessi tornare a napoli riprenoterei sicuramente li.
• Ekaterina (10/5): Рекомендуем остановиться в Soave rooms - Остались очень довольны пребыванием, номер как на фото, очень чисто,все новенькое,полотенца аж 3 штуки на человека и для ног, фен мощный(лучше чем в обычном отеле).Есть общая кухня:кастрюли, кухонные принадлежности,оливковое масло,соль,моющее средство - все чтобы приготовить завтра и ужин есть в доступе.Рядом два магазина Conard и Supero,также пиццерия на вынос (5-6 евро вкл коробку.Метро Materdei также рядом,пешком минут 5, по пути куча мини магазинчиков вкл мясную и лавку морепродуктов, утром на площади у метро можно застать рынок овощей и фруктов.Очень гостепреимчивые хозяева,по отъезду нас угостили традиционным неопалетанским пироженым с рикоттой.Отдельное спасибо Луке
• Verified traveler (10/5): Week end perfetto! - Esperienza bellissima dal primo momento all’arrivo con una accoglienza super professionale educata e cordiale. Molto disponibile ad aiutare l’ospite in ogni situazione . appena entrato nell’appartamento sono rimasto senza parole nel vedere tutto in ordine , tutto magnificamente nuovo con una ristrutturazione impeccabile e soprattuto tutto di qualità dalla Tv ,aria condizionata, luci e accessori in generale. un’altra cosa sorprendente è stata vedere il livello di igiene e pulizia ad altissimi livelli . La struttura è situata in una zona molto tranquilla e residenziale in posizione strategica centrale con una fermata della metropolitana a pochi metri che ti porta subito nei luoghi storici turistici in pochi minuti (due fermate ) . Grazie alla metro si è collegati ovunque anche per andare in fiera è stato comodissimo. Tornerò molto presto. Grazie ancora per la magnifica ospitalità. Fabio
