- Lisa (2/5): - No WiFi or Tv for 4 of the 5 days. Minimum (once or 2 times a day ) communication. The unit is dirty with there being an alarming amount of mold in the shower and bathroom . See photos … I had testing done in case they avoided Travelocity and myself.. Unprofessional and rude
- Tom (4/5): - Our last 2 days of holiday spent here - we only booked it because the place got many 10's and excellent reviews ??? we wanted peace sun and a pool and close to the airport The place could be very nice if everyting was updated- couldnt use the pool ( they started cleaning the pool just after we arrived - clorine all over - termites in the room - had to clean the floor when we arrived - never again - sorry - the people we saw on the proberty where nice - but we just wanted to leave the place

- Andrew (2/5): - Woke up with the bed covered in termite poop coming from a vent above the bed. Emailed the owners, got no response. 2nd day there I discovered the kitchen counter and sink covered in bugs and emailed them again, I received a text from who I believe is the property manager (Liza Imbert) stating that they’d like to move me to one of their other units which I agreed to because I could not see myself sleeping in a bed covered in feces for the rest of my stay. The unit was actually a hotel (said to be 4 star hotel, it wasn’t) I was told I would be in one room for 2 days then have to move to another or back to La Finca after it was done being fumigated. I explained to Liza that the main reasons I chose to stay at the La Finca property was privacy and access to a full kitchen to cook my own meals; Im on a strict diet and did not budget buying each meal from a restaurant. Liza tells me that unfortunately La Finca studio will not be available to go back to and she will try to find other accommodations for me, that fell flat with no option other than to stay in a 3rd unit at the hotel which was disappointing which I expressed to her and brought up finding my own accommodation, she said if I chose to do that I would be refunded for the rest of the days which I aggravatingly agreed to. The refund was never sent so I texted her later saying I will go through Expedia. Expedia ended up refunding much less than agreed. All in all stressful bad experience which but a damper on my vacation

- Melani (10/5): - Highly recommend staying here! Not far from popular attractions, and at a great price. Also, we woke up to fresh picked mangos at the front door from the owner. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Miami.
- Jodi (8/5): - For the money, it was great! It's vintage in an just an o.k. way - could use updating - but then it would be much more expensive to stay there. When booking, and looking at the pics provided, it wasn't clear to me where exactly we would be staying. So you know, there is a main residence where owners live, and 2 rental units. We stayed in the rental attached to the garage which was fine. The other rental is the "pool house". The bathroom in our unit was VERY SMALL - and the cover to the toilet seat was missing - which could have been used to hold a travel bag when getting ready, so that was annoying. It was nice having the pool to ourselves after we skimmed the top from tree debris. We sat at a table and played cards in the shade poolside, and relaxed in the chase lounge chairs. The location is right off the expressway which was convenient. Lots of traffic everywhere, so be aware of that, but the location was in the middle of many excursions within 30 - 45 minutes. Again for the price it was very good, and we had more money to spend having fun!
