Byl (1/5): 1 đêm rất tồi tệ - Chỗ ở không đáng tiền, phòng không như hình ảnh đã đăng trên mạng. Thái độ phục vụ khách hàng rất là tệ & hách dịch. Nệm thì bẩn, phòng thì kiến rất nhiều, máy lạnh chảy nước. Phản hồi thì ko thấy support. Nhân viên kêu tự làm

Laggers (1/5): Avoid this place unless you are desperate for a room - The location, the apartment security levels (getting in) and the air-conditioning. Ant infestation, extremely bad decor, dirty walls, ceiling, lack of proper cleaning, lack of willing to help from the property managers, false advertising from the pictures displayed on your and other sites compared to the reality of what you find when you get there. When confronted, the company said they won't give us a partial refund as we paid through a third party. We didn't, we paid via their own payment link. They offered us a 20% discount if we visit them again within 6 months. I never want to stay there again! When I asked for a 20% refund, they ignored me. I will now upload the pictures and video plus WhatsApp conversations with Cozrum Homes to any site that falsely advertises the accommodation as they present it. It's not good for Booking.com or any other provider to host these shysters that are providing terrible accommodation and misleading people. I hope Booking.com will look at this. I can provide you with evidence of what we had to endure. Not a happy place to stay. I want compensation.
Linda (5/5): Everthing was very basic with not too much comfort, I would not stay there again. - It was reasonably priced, the shower was adequate, the bed was reasonably comfortable. It fell far short of the photos on line, it was in need of a coat of paint all round. The curtain was ripped in several places. The cupboard contained 2 cups, 1 plate, 2 bowls, 2 large spoons, 1 large bread knife & 2 chopsticks. There were no glasses & no teaspoons which I had to buy. I also had to buy a pillow as there were no spares available.
