- ebababi (9/5): - Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Κοντά στα τρένα και την αγορά. Βραδινά μαγαζιά ανοικτά ως αργά για φαγητό. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά. Δεν ανοίγουν τα παράθυρα ούτε λίγο. Σε δωμάτιο καπνιστή ήταν άβολο. Είχαν μηχάνημα καθαρισμού αέρα, αλλά λίγο φρέσκο αεράκι θα έκανε τη διαφορά.

- Helen (8/5): Worth paying for a Skytree view - The location was great so close to Ueno and with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We loved the view of Tokyo Skytree. We really appreciated the availability of extra pillows and we made use of the microwave in the lobby. Even though the room was small it was well designed so it had everything we needed and there was enough room for our cases. There was plenty of hot water and the bath and shower were very good. Nothing.

- Wannapid (9/5): Great location, good view - Excellent location for our planned program, near several underground, and JR stations. 7-11 store just downstairs by the hotel entrance. Beautiful view of Tokyo skylines, no need to go up Skytree. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is not huge but sufficient, mixed of some Japanese and some western. Bed is too soft for me that on the third night decided to sleep on the floor. Room is clean, however can be improved.

- Jan (10/5): Wspaniały hotel w Tokyo - Wspaniały hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją zarówno do zwiedzania Tokyo jak i do dojazdu z/na lotnisko. Piękny widok z okien na panoramę miasta - a z jadalni nawet na dwie strony. Tuż obok wejścia całodobowy sklep 7/11, bankomat, money exchange i miejsce na szybki posiłek. Wybraliśmy dla czteroosobowej rodziny 2 nieco większe pokoje od standardowych (18m2) co było strzałem w 10 - każdy pokój był dla dwóch osób, mieliśmy więc dwie łazienki i sporo miejsca na walizki - co w Tokyo jest szczególnie cenne. Nie było żadnego problemu z pozostawieniem bagaży - przyjechaliśmy kilka godzin przed standardowym czasem check-in - dało nam to możliwość natychmiastowego rozpoczęcia zwiedzania. Bardzo profesjonalny personel, któremu serdecznie dziękujemy - późno wieczorem mieliśmy losową usterkę techniczną w pokoju - recepcjonista z wielkim zaangażowaniem podszedł do sprawy, a że szybko nie dało się usunąć usterki (późna pora), dostaliśmy od razu na zamianę inny pokój o tym samym standardzie - pełny profesjonalizm hotelu godny docenienia - wzorowe podejście. Na pewno wybierzemy ten hotel przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Tokyo. Dziękujemy!!! 👍😄 Wszystko było super - tak trzymać!

- Susanne (6/5): Not the newest and cleanest hotel but great views, breakfast and staff - The hotel is in an unbeatable location, close to Ueno with good connection to public transport and lots of restaurants. The view from the 20th floor is the best part, you won’t get that from any of the observatory decks in Tokyo. The staff at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful (helping with storing luggage, restaurant recommendation, selling stamps for postcards). The breakfast was very good, loved the broad variety of Japanese items. The hotel room wasn’t clean. The carpet is very dirty, the bathroom has not been scrubbed, the ventilators and the AC were full of thick dust. Overall the hotel is quite dated and is in need of a remake.

- Shlomi Naziri (9/5): A wonderful stay in Tokyo - Very big room (the family room) compared to the standard in Tokyo, great views of Tokyo from all rooms, kind staff, great location near Ueno, Okachimachi and the Narita Skyliner Pillows were of poor quality, the elevator ride up to the hotel is kind of slow (all hotel rooms are on 20-24 floors)

- Chun-Kai (9/5): 地點好，周邊應有盡有! - 地點很好，距離上野站走路十分鐘之內就到，距離御徒町站也是五分鐘之內，樓下就是7-11，對面有全家，附近有多慶屋和超市，附近餐廳更是琳瑯滿目，要什麼有什麼，還有整棟的mont-bell

(if you choose non Tokyo SkyTree view room) , the washing machine inside your room —-so convenient and nice!!! No free water and coffee, but its okay :)

- Melanie (9/5): - Schönes Hotel mit wunderschönem Ausblick über die Stadt. Alles was man braucht ist frei zum Abholen an der Rezeption aufgestellt und ein 7-11 ist direkt beim Eingang des Hotels. Manches ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - nicht schlimm, aber man sieht es.

- Yuan (9/5): 衛浴設備隔音很好，有恆溫蓮蓬頭很好用，熱水出來的很快。大部分都很好，未來還是會選擇這裡。 - 設備用的整潔一切都很美好、窗景更是美 這是第二次住宿，我明明訂的是18平方公尺的房間，但是比我第一次入住的還小間、放上行李四個就占滿走道了，床也偏小。礙於語言不夠通順，沒多加解釋。其他方面都很棒
