• Hannah (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome … everything in walking distance - Location is spot on in the middle of everything in rome. We felt secure and it was so clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Mary (9/5): Memorable! - The location, the elegant accommodation and the kindness of Iryna, the manager were exemplary. We were very grateful for her assistance on a number of occasions. The apartment was also extremely well equipped to meet our needs. We would be happy to stay at Pantheon Antique Suite again if/when we return to Rome. Given its location, there is bound to be some street noise at night and that disrupted our sleep on a couple of nights (the street cleaner and garbage collector truck). Turning on the air conditioner (for some white noise) helped!

• Ken (10/5): Kind hospitality of Rome - I would like to score more than 10, if possible. The room was clean and in a great location, close to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and many good restaurants—very convenient for sightseeing. There’s no lift, but it wasn’t an issue since the room is on the first floor. What really stood out was how kind and supportive the apartment staff were. I accidentally caused a major problem with the room key on Christmas Eve and had to call a technician. The team also runs a restaurant nearby, close to Pantheon, and the restaurant staff were incredibly kind. They cheered us up, welcomed us warmly, and even tried to fix the issue themselves first so that I wouldn’t have to pay extra for the technician. We were truly impressed by their kindness. Special thanks to Michel, Iryna, and Mauricio! Much appreciated! If possible, I would like to score higher than 10. NA

W apartamencie dużo miejsca, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, bardzo miła właścicielka Apartament mieści się przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, więc w nocy głośno. Po zamknięciu okien - duszno, a po włączeniu klimatyzacji - za zimno :) ale to jest chyba urok ciepłego klimatu

• Mary (9/5): We loved Pantheon Antique Suite and would happily stay there again if in Rome. - The Pantheon Antique Suite was extremely comfortable and the kitchen facility better appointed than I had expected. We used both the bedroom and the sofabed accommodation which gave me and my daughter each privacy and comfort. The location, near the Pantheon and directly across from a huge gelateria was perfect. Iryna was very responsive to all requests. When questions arose (e.g., we could not get the air con going), Iryna responded and solved the problem immediately. When I left my phone at a restaurant, she called for me and made sure that it was safe and could be picked up the next day. Our communications with her were "above and beyond". If I had any complaint it is simply that, as in most city apartments, while there were windows, there were no views to the outside world - only to the adjacent building wall, not a reflection on the accommodation itself - which was not only very comfortable but aesthetically pleasing. Not much - perhaps more toilet paper and kitchen dish towels. A somewhat less expensive airport transfer would be useful as well - since that did seem to exist when we looked into our return to the airport.

• 서피스 (4/5): Only I can confirm its good location - Location. Spacious. That's it. Of course, the price is competitive, considering it's in Rome. But it is still expensive. Poor condition. No chance to meet the hosts. A bit loud during the night. Pans or kettles, and utensils are so dirty that we hesitate to cook. The sofa is dirty and stained. The state of the air conditioners was terrible (see the photos). We wondered when they had last cleaned them

PIazza Navona, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Vatican all within 30 mins walk max. Lovely flat, clean, beautifully maintained. Very grateful for good air con and ceiling fan in August! Good communication with owners throughout our stay. Nothing!

It was very easy to communicate to the host and get access to the apartment.Would stay here again if in Rome. Lovely gelato across from the apartment and good restaurants very close by.Aircon worked well and Internet was very fast Entrance foyer wasn't as appealing as apartment due to the odour of rubbish but the bins were being emptied. Otherwise we were very happy

Pleasant and timely communication of the owner (helped us a lot with storing our luggage before the late flight back home). And we were impressed by a really good water pressure in the bathroom! 🙂 Would come back for sure!

• Geraldine (9/5): Fantastic location - Really loved the location. We walked everywhere. Accommodation is as it appears in the photos. Very clean and comfortable. All communication with Iryna was prompt, pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. This didn't bother us at all but it might be useful to note that there is definite ( though not unexpected) street noise. We stayed Fri , Sat, Sun night. It was not rowdy and stopped about 1.00 a.m.

• Lori (1/5): I would never stay at this property again. It is the worst experience I have had and booking should look into taking it - Location period The host was horrible. The Ac didn’t work and it was very hot. He promised to come fix and never did. When we called and texted he quit responding. The code to an internal gate was changed and he never notified us. I happened to see someone going in who informed me. A former guest came to the door to look for a lost item. The host was supposed to notify me. He didn’t. There was a nespresso but no coffee. No paper towels, only 3 glasses and 1 set of cutlery.
• Julija (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing and apartment was quite romantic and very homey. Unfortunately toilet wasn’t flushing properly and it got fixed only on the 4th day of our accommodation.
• Eva (9/5): Comfortable lovely stay in a perfect central location. - Perfect central location in walking distance to all the big sights. It’s a small self contained one bed flat with a lovely warm feel to it the second you step inside. Perfect size and base for two people out to explore everything Rome’s got to offer. Despite being in a central location the windows were facing a quiet street, so we weren’t disturbed by noise. Great communication with the owner who had been so kind to prepare the sofa bed in the living room in advance when we arrived (I stayed with my son who had the bedroom). Plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. Very good restaurants nearby and two smaller supermarkets. Very easy access too. Simply use the access codes provided. Very pleased with our stay. No complaints.
• Caroline (4/5): Disappointing stay in a great location and city. - It is ideally situated in the main area of Rome. A walking distance to almost every major attractions. The rooms are spacious and provided with some books and a backgammon game! There was no check-in info provided to us at arrival and the host was not answering the phone/sms. We had to rely on the hostess from the other apartment to gain access. We need noticed a big lamp fixture ready to fall from to roof over the main bed so we stayed in the living room bed, which was fortunate because the bedroom A/C started to blow black dust over the bed during the night. However, the A/C in the living room was leaking water which seemed to be fixed by placing a bowl underneath it. Wrong, you need to empty it every 2-3 hours or turn it off and enjoy the 40c heat! We were told to expect someone but no one came... Everything in this apartment is fixable if the host would care about it.

• Kristen (6/5): nice location and big space, but the property is lacking instructions for guests and upkeep. - great location and large space lack of instructions to understand where to locate items in the property, i.e. - utensils, remotes, WiFi, light switches (there are like 50). The windows do not shut completely so street noise was a huge issue. unfortunately we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work because we couldn’t locate switch or remote. The coffee machine and kettle were very dirty I had to clean them.
