• Daina (9/5): Muy limpio y buena ubicación - Excepcional el servicio del personal, especiales felicitaciones a Janni y Alejandra! Muy buena ubicacion hacia estacion de trenes, buses de excursiones, facil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. A la vuelta del mercado, donde se come bbb, y a 10 min caminata hacia el domo. De la habitación: la limpieza y la cualidad de la cama simplemente excelente! En la mañana se toma un buen café. (Asensor en instalación pronto estará listo) El restaurant abajo (no tiene nada que ver con el hotel), no es recomendable. Y de la habitación...a lo mejor se pueda tener una silla simple para sentarse.

• Luis Francisco (10/5): Excelente hospedaje y experiencia - Excelente experiencia! El hotel está a 6 min caminando de la estación de trenes. Muy bien ubicado, Giovani nuestro host, nos recibió muy amablemente, se tomó el tiempo de revisar explicarnos cómo funcionaba todo y darnos sus recomendaciones para conocer Firenze, nos ayudó a hacer una reservación en el restaurante ZaZa que el nos recomendó el cual fue la mejor comida que experimentamos en todo el viaje. Sin duda la atención y pasión que le dedican a recibir a los huéspedes es evidente. Sin duda recomiendo este hospedaje 10/10 Nada.Todo fue perfecto

• T Family (9/5): Very, very friendly staff at a decent place. - The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Perfectly nice room, decently comfortable beds. Relatively easy walk to the local sites. Not the easiest place to find, I could see the street getting noisy on weekends, though we did not have a problem on our Wed night stay.

İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey dairede mevcuttu. Evinizden ne kadar uzak olursanız olun kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Tesis yeniydi fakat tuvaleti biraz eski gibiydi, yenilenirse çok daha güzel olur. Bir de pencerelere sineklik şart gibi, yazın gitmememize rağmen gece yarısı sivri sinek avına çıktık.

Accueil très professionnel. - L’annonce particulièrement précise quant au fait que la chambre choisie comporte une salle de bains privative mais extérieure à la chambre . L’accueil parfaitement adapté, proposant même de conserver les bagages jusqu’au départ hors Chek/out avec proposition d’accéder aux toilettes - le calme ( chambre arrière )et la propreté irréprochable. • Andrea (9/5): Un alojamiento inmejorable en el centro de Florencia! - Nos alojamos en el apartamento que oferta el hotel, y nos encantó! La ubicación es excelente, está a unos 10-15 minutos andando de los principales museos y monumentos del centro. Además es muy bonito y está perfectamente equipado para unos días de turismo por la ciudad. Pero lo mejor fue sin duda la atención de Alejandra. Además de que nos dio todas las facilidades posibles, con flexibilidad para la entrada y salida, el primer día nos explicó las principales atracciones de la ciudad, y algunas otras menos conocidas, y nos proporcionó un mapa para orientarnos. Sin duda volveríamos encantados a este alojamiento, 1000% recomendable! Nada :)

• Tom (8/5): Great small hotel near train station in Florence. - The staff at this family run hotel was terrific. Multi-lingual, helpful getting oriented. And the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was small but very cute. The bathroom had a good sized shower which was nice. The location is perfectly close to everything. Nice little restaurant right downstairs. Very safe and friendly street. There was even a mysterious cowboy riding his beautiful horse right down the street! He apparently is a thing. The elevator was being updated the week we were there. But other than that, it was great.

• Christiana (9/5): Ótima hospedagem próxima a estação de trem - Hotel muito bem localizado, bem próximo a estação de trem (5 min andando), o que facilita chegar e sair com malas, não sendo necessário pegar taxi/uber para nada. Fizemos tudo a pé. Ótimos restaurantes próximos. Staff muito gentil e simpático, deram muitas dicas da cidade na nossa chegada. Netflix disponível no quarto foi um diferencial. Foi tudo ótimo.

Mosquitos in building and rooms, but we had the plug in repeller and we didn’t get bitten.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. The location is excellent — there are many delicious restaurants just downstairs, so you have plenty of great options within walking distance. Plus, the train station is only about 5 minutes away, which made getting around super easy. They are adding an elevator which will be amazing to use

• Casalino (10/5): Excelente eleccion - Todo estaba impecable, realmente muy cuidado en todos los detalles. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, lo que hizo la estadía aún más agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad. Y ademas, si sos como yo y te gusta el silencio, este lugar es ideal. Todo muy cómodo y muy lindo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo. Como unico punto a mejorar, la iluminacion de la habitacion no era muy buena. Habia un spot demasiado intenso y otro muy tenue, que además hacia ruido. No es nada grave, pero podrian revisarlo.

O hotel esta ha duas ruas da ferrovia e em uma rua cheia de restaurantes sendo o que esta a esquerda da porta na entrada uma ótima opção. Muito próximo de tudo. Super recomendo.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to show us a map of the city with the best places to visit and helpful tips. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with coffee, tea, and water provided. Even during our short stay, everything was cleaned and refreshed daily, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect, and they also let us leave our luggage after check-out free of charge. Truly a lovely experience , highly recommended! Una mini neverita en la habitación pero suficiente para enfriar alguna bebida. Limpio, agua caliente, enchufes suficientes y aunque estuvimos en la habitación 1 al lado recepción el ruido no es excesivo, hay una isonorización adecuada. Estuvimos muy cómodas. No había ascensor pero ya debe estar instalado o faltará poco,, estuvimos hace más de un mes y vimos las obras muy avanzadas

La atención de Alejandra inmejorable que en todo momento estaba para aconsejarte sobre cualquier duda. Con servicio de café y microondas las 24 horas. El entorno muy tranquilo y silencioso por la noche. Nada que decir. Tener en cuenta que están poniendo el ascensor y es un segundo piso.

• Beata (9/5): A very convenient location on a quiet street with lots of restaurant options - Fabulous staff. Helped in every way they could. Gave us great advice. Room is very small by Canadian standards but efficiently organized and very clean. This is going to be a 10 out of 10 hotel when the elevators are working in about two weeks time. In the meantime, the staff were most helpful in getting our suitcases up to the third level. I would stay again anytime.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist. The location is convenient, with easy access to key areas, and the overall facilities are satisfactory for a pleasant stay. It should be noted that there is currently no elevator, although one is under construction. The room lacks a proper desk and chair, which may be a limitation for those needing a dedicated workspace.

• Katrine (9/5): - We really enjoyed out stay at Bencidormi. We spent most of out time out exploring Florence, but our room was a cheerful, comfortable and quiet retreat when we were ready to relax. Also, this hotel had one of the most comfortable beds we experienced in Italy (a trip of three weeks in 10 different hotels). We were there over Easter weekend and they left us a very sweet basket of chocolate easter eggs -- a lovely, personal touch.

• Jesús Daniel (10/5): Cómodo, agradable y céntrico - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación del tren, y del centro con acceso a todos los lugares turísticos. El alojamiento es cómodo y agradable, y los dueños siempre estuvieron pendientes si necesitábamos algo, incluso nos dieron tips de que lugares visitar. Hay que subir tres pisos de escaleras, pero el ascensor ya está en construcción.

La chambre est mignonne et la litterie confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais suffisante. On entend un peu les voisins mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir.

• Laura (9/5): Wonderful! - Friendly and very helpful staff! They were very accommodating. The place is located very close to the train station, and only a short (but nice) walk to the main highlights in the city center. They were building a new lift in the building, so we had to go upstairs every time. Although know that the person who did our check-in helped carry the suitcase upstairs. At some parts of the stairs, there were no hand railings, only wooden planks, so it didn't feel 100% safe.

• Gleydson Yuri (9/5): - Quarto limpo, cama muito boa e localização ótima. Além disso, o Sr Roberto é super simpático e nos recebeu super bem. Falta um elevador, que está aparentemente em revisão completa, mas foi aliviado pelo apoio prestado pelo Sr Roberto que nos ajudou com as malas.

• Antonia (9/5): Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly and very helpful hosts. - Robert and his son Giovanni are excellent hosts. They gave us valuable tips and made sure to make our stay at Florence an enjoyable experience. The room was a bit small but it served it's purpose well as we were out all day. Roberto offered to move us to a bigger room, but we were comfortable. Location is excellent, we explored all of Florence on foot, whilst the train station is very close, which made is easier for us to take day trips to nearby cities. Plenty of restaurants and cafeterias in the vicinity as well. Nothing as the property is being fitted with a lift which would make the stay complete!

• Leila (8/5): It was like staying with your favourite cousin who gave you the full function and services of a hotel - The staff were responsive, attentive, welcoming and super hospitable. The rooms were lovely and clean and provided facilities any big hotel would.
