Room was a bit small but clean and cosy, perfect for short vacation. Very good continental breakfast. Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect!!!

Doamnele de la receptie au fost foarte politicoase cu noi, am primit si o harta impreuna cu instructiuni de deplasare. Interiorul camerei era curat cand am ajuns. Locatia per total oferea vibe ul autentic de Venetia. La micul dejun doamna care se ocupa cu mesele si cu aranjatul platourilor a scapat bambusul de la masa noastra pe jos, mi l a pus inapoi pe masa cu fata care a fost pe jos spre mine, iar ulterior mi a atins ustensilele de masa cu aceeasi mana, fara sa se spele. Asta mi s a parut foarte scarbos. Am stat in camera numarul 1. Oglinda mica din baie cadea daca trageai prea mult de ea. Apa de la dus devenea calda doar in functie de jet (daca dadeai apa mai tare venea calda). Capatul mobil de la dus nu era utilizabil ceea ce a creat inconveniente. Poate aerisirea folosita in camere ar putea fi imbunatatita pe viitor intrucat la noi in baie a mirosit constant a tigara

Colazione buona e abbondante con diverse alternative anche per gli intolleranti c'erano dei dettagli della camera che andavano sistemati come il supporto della corda che regge le tende, la macchia sul tavolino e forse la vasca (uso doccia) è veramente piccola e un po' scomoda. Nel complesso per essere a venezia va benissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente

• Susanne (3/5): Ich würde nie wieder in die Residenza gehen, jedenfalls nicht in das Zimmer, das wir hatten. Vielleicht gibt es bessere, - An der Unterkunft hat uns nur die Lage gefallen, das Zimmer in Residenza. Venezia konnte man nicht mit dem Zimmer des dazugehörigen Hotels, zwei Häuser weiter, in dem wir sonst immer gewohnt hatten, vergleichen. Es war für drei Personen viel zu klein, wir konnten uns nicht bewegen. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen viel zu klein, man konnte sich nicht bewegen. Das Bad war mini klein, es war einfach nicht schön.

• Stephanie (10/5): Wonderfully, charming hotel in a great location with the perfect staff! - We stayed in a separate building just down from the main hotel. The building was quiet. Room was cozy but well appointed. All the little things you might need were available in the room. Including a coffee machine in the lobby of the building. Breakfast was included with our room and was a great bonus! Location was amazing. Easy walk to the water taxi stop. Easy to reach the main sights by foot but the property location was quiet from street noise and just off a canal. Lastly, the staff were the absolute best! So helpful with restaurant recommendations, sights to see, things to do. Always smiling and willing to help. They even set us up to take a boat over to Murano one morning to see a glass blowing demonstration. 100% recommend this place! Rooms were on the small side but it’s Venice, what are you doing in your room anyway!

• Marina (10/5): מושלם , חוויה נעימה מאוד ובטוח נחזור לשם שוב - ממליצה בחום על מלון זה . הכל, מלון מושלם צוות מאוד נעים מסביר הכל ועוזר בהכל אפילו בלעלות מזוודות יש מכונת קפה ללקוחות שאפשר להשתמש בה כל היום . דלפק צ׳ק אין נמצא בבניין ממש סמוך , ארוחת בוקר דלה אך בהחלט אפשר למצוא כמעט הכל חוץ מירקות לא היו לא מלפפונים לא עגבניות (כששאלנו מהאחראית שם אז היא חתכה לנו והביאה עגבניותשרי וגזר ) . מיקום מושלם קרוב להכל ו2 דק הליכה מהרחוב הראשי אך עם זאת מאוד שקט ונעים . חדר נעים שיש בו הכל , מיטות נוחות ארון מכונת קפה , נעלי בית , שמפו סבון ממש הכל . תודה למלון ובמיוחד למתאו שעשה את השהות שלנו מושלמת . פרט קטן מאוד וחשוב לא היה ירקות בארוחת בוקר.

Would definitely recommend. The temperature of the room was a bit warmer than normal and it couldn’t be modified.

Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, unten gab es eine Kaffeemaschine, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das dritte Bett war bei Ankunft nicht gerichtet, wurde aber auf Nachfrage gleich nachgeholt.

• Gail (8/5): Convenient location which was located in a quiet residential area. - I booked here for 2 nights as was joining a tour that was using this hotel. The TV automatically turned on in the room around 8pm & could not stop this occurring when happened it the second night.

• Lori (6/5): Venice una Experience needs improvement - Good location away from the tourists by a couple streets. It was quiet and easy to walk to from CA D'or valporetto.. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Room was extremely small and tight. Sink in bathroom took up entire space so nowhere to put your toiletries and makeup while getting ready. There was a leak on the floor by the bathroom onto the carpet. This was reported to the hotel to fix for future guest. Air conditioning was around the corner from the bed and did not get much airflow making it stuffy.

• Peter (10/5): Venice in July. - Very quite and clean room with everything you need to have a nice stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. The maintenance man was so quick and helpful to fix a slight problem with the key card. Only a short walk to the busy street and Restaurants and shops and the Vaporetto.

• yi shan (8/5): - 住宿地點如果要去外島(玻璃島彩色島)相對方便，如果是要去比較多商店或都心的地方，我覺得相對還是有距離走得比較辛苦，不過飯店的大廳有免費提供水還有一些小點我覺得這在歐洲算是蠻少見的，大部分水都要買，這點還是很不錯 很意外的廁所很像有翻新很乾淨整潔，但是房內的硬體設施真的是悲劇，那個衣櫃跟床還有書桌真的是感覺很舊很舊很舊 (但不髒) 只是真的舊到覺得可以換新的了真的是太破了...另外門外的喇叭一直放著飯店音樂也是蠻煩人的，雖然好像晚上九點還十點後就會關掉，但對於這個時間以外要休息的人而言真的是蠻煩
