• Liu Jen Chieh (1/5): 小心有些房間冷氣有醋酸般的臭味！ - 地點位置優異。隔音整體不錯，幾乎很難聽到外面走廊的聲音、還有馬路的聲音。 有一位剛入職的鄭先生人非常好，協助翻譯以及協調房間問題事宜，真心感謝。 有happy hour的茶水、點心。 枕頭提供非常多高度、硬度的選擇，還有女性專用的枕頭做選擇，這部分很貼心。 小心被安排到冷氣散發醋酸味道的房間。 房間真的有點小，很少遇到房間小到沒有加濕器的設備。 房間內也沒有電話可以打到前台，也沒有緊急按鈕（至少我沒有看到），獨旅可能會有危險。 電梯只有一台，真的蠻不方便的。 四個月前入住過一次體驗還不錯，但這次入住時候，第一間房間冷氣有啟動噪音問題，前台協助更換成另一個房間1201，是個災難的房間 進房開冷氣後，出現嚴重的潮濕、霉味、醋酸味道，非常刺鼻難以久待，而且站在冷氣出風口下，明顯可以聞到味道從冷氣出風散發出來。 通知櫃檯人員以後，進房對著冷氣還有室內空間噴空氣除臭噴霧（感覺已經很常處理這種問題），讓人非常匪夷所思。如果是環境清潔的臭味問題，噴除臭噴霧還能理解，冷氣本身的問題（不確定是管線問題，還是濾網問題）這樣噴怎麼可能可以解決問題！！！！！！在室內聞著刺鼻的味道，還有前台人員噴的除臭噴霧，讓人身體感到非常非常不舒服！！！一度頭暈、噁心、想吐！！ 最後只能換回原本有噪音問題的房間，聲音至少戴耳塞還可以應付，臭味是連外科口罩或是n95都還聞得到味道的程度。 看以前的評價就有人反應類似問題，就知道入住的旅客都是賭運氣，抽到有臭味的房間，飯店人員就會用統一的回覆方法：「這個季節冷氣有時候會有比較潮濕的味道，這是正常的」，看來業主並沒有打算處理這個問題，反正入住率還是很高，說在乎客人的身心健康，使用多好的水源，結果冷氣空調問題根本不願意解決。 真的非常可惜，位置優勢這麼好，卻有根本性問題不解決，實在無法再選擇這間飯店入住。 單純猜測反應後飯店不一定會解決這問題，畢竟之前就有很多人反應過了！！！！只能提供給還在思考要不要選這家飯店的人一個想法，我以前也覺得我運氣不會這麼差，剛好遇到其他顧客說有臭味的房間，我就是遇到了！！還好還有原本房間可以換，假如又滿房的情況下不能更換，我應該會馬上去其他飯店入住，那個味道真的完全不是人待的！！！！！！ 再次強調，飯店人員都知道這個味道，櫃檯經理永遠的回覆都是：「這個是正常現象，這個季節冷氣有可能就會有潮濕的味道，可能一陣子就好了。你明天還想換房的話，我無法保證另一個房間會不會沒有類似的味道。」我待在那個房間已經超過半小時，處理過程超過半小時，還是一樣的味道！！冷氣散發的臭味，不是環境的潮濕味！！！！而且看來不止1201房間有這個味道，真的很難想像飯店業主為什麼不願意處理。

• Olivier (7/5): Hôtel très pratique et bien situé malgré de petites chambres. - Excellent emplacement pour visiter le centre et la Tokyo tower et très très proche de la station de monorail pour aller à l’aéroport Haneda. Très pratique pour notre dernier jour. Deux chambres communicantes pratiques pour quatre avec deux enfants. Personnel très serviable et possibilité de laisser les bagages. Chambres très petites! (Mais bon, c’est Tokyo!)

Coffee and tea was not provided in the room. There was a pot to boil water and I asked for a package of tea to take to my room for the morning.

The coffee and tea was served in the paper cups, they didn't taste very well. The room and bathroom felt really small.

• Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional location and outstanding service! A perfect stay in Tokyo - Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho was absolutely perfect! The location is incredibly convenient; we were able to walk to the Tokyo Tower in just 15 minutes and reached Ginza in about 30 minutes on foot. The hotel’s proximity to public transport is a major plus. It is very close to several subway stations, especially the Hamamatsucho Station, which was a lifesaver for our trip to Haneda Airport via the Tokyo Monorail. It made our departure so much easier! The staff's attitude was excellent, always welcoming and professional. We would like to give a special shout-out to Angela at the front desk; her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference in our experience. The amenities were great (choosing your own pillow is such a nice touch!), and the neighborhood is packed with fantastic restaurants just a few steps away. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for comfort and convenience. We will definitely be back!

• Yu (9/5): Perfect night stay before the early flight. - Great staff. The lady was super helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Just enough for the small stay. The location is very accessible from the station. The pillows in the room were all hard. Some places has one hard and one soft. There was the option to choose the pillows from the amenity section I should have picked softer ones up before I went to bed but I noticed about when I go to bed. I couldn’t be bothered to get up and go back to the amenity section again.

Very helpful staff. Awesome night view of Tokyo tower (photo is not from the room but it was of same nearness and visibility) as well asa great start and endpoint for a daily trip around Minato, Imperial palace and Odaiba. The free drinks and snacks were a nice touch The shared bed is small and packed with furniture in a small room. Made it hard to open multiple luggages at the same time.

• Kelly (6/5): Basics. Does the job for the price. - This property is the basics and bare bones. If you’re looking g for a cheap place to rest your head near the monorail for the airport that is what you’re getting. The staff were friendly but there was only one person I could see working at a time. Japan is obviously very safe for tourists but I didn’t feel good about that from a safety POV. The location is not great - if you’re there for business in the world trade centre or nearby, great or wants a nearby train line (like me) it does the job. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

Неудобное одеяло, постоянно сбивается и нет пододеяльника, просто простынь снизу и одеяло сверху.

• John Henry (5/5): Tokyo 2026 Hotel Experience - Friendly Front Desk Staff. The afternoon drink options. The room was smaller than expected and the "clean the room" policy is confusing. It states that you MUST be out of the room between 10-3 to have your room cleaned. It seemed that the cleaners must have put a bag of towels on our door right at 10 am...we left at 11 am and noted that they were still cleaning rooms but would not clean ours because we were still in the room at 10 am on the dot. The bed/pillows were a bit hard.

I appreciated the privacy/ cleaning system where you can put magnets on the outside of the door if you want people to come in or not. Coin laundry with detergent provided is very handy. Location is extremely close to less crowded trains that go up to Ginza/ Asakusa/airports, along with the famous Yamanote line towards Shibuya. Medium walk away from Ginza or Tokyo tower. Could have been cleaner, there was dust built up in crevasses, bedding low-key felt unwashed, found hair around. They also automatically give you new towels/toothbrush every day (placed outside door if no housekeeping), which I didn't need and felt unsustainable.
• Zoe (9/5): It’s a comfortable stay. - Most of the experience there is good except for using the coin laundry. The coin laundry did not show the accurate time required and made me go downstairs a couple of times to check.

It’s in a really convenient location, right next to the train station which was ideal My room was a little tired, it wasn’t ‘unclean’ but there were visible stains on the walls and wear and tear was starting to show

• Sabrina (6/5): Disappointing! - Great tea and brilliant staff! I guess the good reviews are given because of the free alcohol after 5pm. Very close to the airport monorail station. VERY basic, self service hotel. The fourth hotel we stayed in while travelling around Japan, the most expensive and by far the worse value for money.
