• Kelly (10/5): Great location, fantastic host - Everything was great. The communication from Gianluca ahead of our stay was really good. The location is good, approx 10 mins walk from the main station & 20-25 mins walk to the Duomo. Gianluca gave us some really good restaurant recommendations several of which are within 10-15 mins walk from the apartment. The room is really comfortable, good lighting, full length mirror, good shower with plenty of hot water & lovely towels. The room was freshened each day. Breakfast was great, fresh pastries everyday & the option for eggs, cheese & cooked meats etc. Tip - ask Gianluca for the links to book tickets for the Duomo & Uffizi and if you want to go up the dome at the Duomo you need to book several weeks/months is advance. It was fully booked when we tried but we did manage to get some via Viatours The hairdryer attached to the wall

The check-in instructions were very clear, especially since we arrived very late due to a delay. Highly recommended!

O sa revenim cu drag.😊 - Cazarea a fost fff ok, foarte curat, micul dejun a fost excelent, proprietarul foarte amabil, ne-a ajutat mult cu detalii privind toate obiectivele turistice din Florența. Recomand cu drag locatia, in special pentru cupluri. Camera in care am stat noi a avut vedere la strada si era zgomot cand deschideai fereastra. In rest, totul a fost excelent.

Frühstück wird individuell zubereitet, man bekommt alles, was man möchte. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir nichts gefunden, wo man zum Abschluss noch draußen etwas hätte trinken können. Frühstückszeit erst ab 8.30 Uhr.

• Roberta (10/5): - Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso il weekend dell'Immacolata a Firenze ed abbiamo alloggiato a questo meraviglioso B&B gestito dal signor Gianluca. Il signor Gianluca è una persona squisita, che vi saprà dare ottimi consigli dal come organizzare una giornata di esplorazione a Firenze a dove mangiare ottima cucina locale. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità: dolci di pasticceria comprati ogni mattina e per tutti i gusti, frutta fresca, latte (anche vegetale se lo si chiede), cereali, salato e altro ancora... Il B&B è caldo, accogliente, pulito e le camere sono dotate di ogni confort. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, riscaldamento e vetri insonorizzanti. Anche la posizione è estremamente comoda: con le indicazioni del signor Gianluca, si riesce a raggiungere il B&B dalla stazione di S.M. Novella facendo una comoda passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. Lo stesso si dica per raggiungere il centro. La "ciliegina sulla torta" è stato il buonissimo tiramisù con tanto di candelina che il signor Gianluca ci ha fatto trovare a colazione il giorno del compleanno del mio ragazzo: abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo questo gesto che ha reso ancora più speciale la nostra permanenza al B&B. Il giorno della partenza avevamo il magone pensando di dover lasciare la nostra camera... E già non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci! Complimenti al signor Gianluca che è il perfetto esempio di come dovrebbe essere l'hosting: passione, garbo, discrezione e tantissima cura per l'ospite! Nulla, tutto ha soddisfatto e superato le nostre aspettative

La colazione è buona (brioches di pasticceria), però non c'è tipo un buffet per scegliere al momento perché viene chiesto cosa si vuole la sera prima, ma soprattutto parte tardi alle 8.30, cosa un po' scomoda per i turisti.

Upon arrival he provided us with a map and gave us a tour with all the itineraries to organize our holiday. He even suggested a couple of day trips. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh pastries he provided. What we enjoyed particularly were the morning chats with him where we spoke about everything...very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious...value for money considering you are basically 20 mins away from the centre of Florence. Keep it up Gianluca 👍

Завтраки на террасе замечательные - вкусные и сытные. Хозяин Жанлука очень общительный, доброжелательный, готовый оказать любую помощь и дать рекомендации где поесть и что посмотреть. Наша лучшая трапеза во Флоренции была в ресторане его друзей. Хотелось бы остановиться в этом отеле еще!

• Tal (10/5): - Our host was super helpful, he helped us understand how to get around the city with our car, suggested perfect parking garages, explained options for trips in Florence, and treated us to a fresh breakfast. We will for sure come back again. Our neighbors were listening to the TV up to quite a late hour and we could hear that through the wall but that was a very minor inconvenience and obviously not in control of our host. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

The breakfast was made to our requirements and was excellent. Very good start to the day. The room was as expected twin beds, but the decor was dated and there was noise outside of our room at night when we were wanting to sleep.

Nothing fancy here but everything fits together to provide a safe, quiet and comfortable stay. The B&B is within walking distance of the train station, the Belfiore tram stop from the airport and pretty much anywhere else you would want to go to see Florence's sights. The bed was comfortable, except for the pillows which are rather hard. Breakfast was superb - let Gianluca know the day before what croissants etc you want (delicious selection from a local bakery) and then add eggs or whatever you may want the next morning. Gianluca is the perfect host - genial, helpful, kind and and patient. Recommended as a great place to stay. Nothing significant - just that the pillows were kind of hard. Otherwise I was a happy camper!!!

• Maria (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und das Zimmer grosszügig. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut isoliert und man hört weder die Strasse noch die anderen Hotelbesucher. Das Frühstück ist gut und der Preis auch. Zwar liegt das Hotel genau in einer Kreuzung, aber wegen der guten Isolation merkt man nichts. In 10min ist man zu Fuss am Bahnhof und in der Altstadt. In der Nähe hält das Tram, das zum Flughafen fährt. Bis man aus der Kreuzung raus ist, braucht es einen Moment.

• Ana (8/5): Perfecto para visitar Florencia - La ubicación y el trato de Gianluca lo hace ya totalmente recomendable. Sitio tranquilo, limpio y cómodo con un desayuno muy completo. Aunque no es algo necesariamente malo, el alojamiento está dentro de un edificio y la recepción está algo desordenada pero sin duda esa primera impresión no desmerece el conjunto.
• Daniela (10/5): - Più che un b&b un piccolo hotel per tutti i servizi offerti! camera pulita con tutti i confort compresi cassaforte minibar bollitore e piccolo set di bustine da te e merende. La colazione (anche senza esserci un buffet) offre una vasta scelta a richiesta tra dolce e salato. Non è presente una reception h 24 ma il gestore ci ha accolto già alle 9 del mattino per lasciare i bagagli e visto che la camera era già pronta ci siamo potuti sistemare molto prima dell'orario previsto per il check in.La struttura si trova circa a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e nonostante il traffico intenso sulla piazza dove è situata, i serramenti con doppi vetri la isolano perfettamente dai rumori esterni. Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. La sensazione che ho avuto è stata di una grande disponibilità per il cliente e di cura e attenzione per il proprio lavoro!

• frédérique (9/5): Très bien - L'emplacement à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Chambre et sdb confortables et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse c'est sympa. Moustiquaires partout. Parking cher mais on est à Florence...il est tout près de l'appartement à qq minutes à pied.
