- Francesca (10/5): Amazing property, thank you so much! - Staff, location, facilities. The apartment is located in a quiet street in a very lively area. It is conveniently supplied with complimentary water, soap, coffee and tea.. everything you need for enjoying breakfast at home! We found this place at the very last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not have a room for us (despite the booking). We made the booking at 10 pm and we managed to get in 5 Min later,welcomed by the mum of the host. Everything was spotless clean, the kitchen is equipped with a kettle and a microwave. I managed to get very bad temperature on the last day, and they let me stay after the checkout, which I highly appreciated as I could not stand on my legs so weak I was. We were 3 adults and the accommodation worked perfectly for us. Cannot recommend enough! Nothing

Our host was very kind, responsive, and helpful! The hot water tank was not enough for the 5 of us to shower one after another, so we had to plan ahead and space our showers out.

- Paula Catalina (10/5): Perfect place for a family stay in Istanbul - The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions, but nicely quiet for a good night's sleep, and it's close to a street with easy taxi access and nice souvenir shops. Our room was spotless, with a super clean bathroom and kitchen. The kitchenware, sheets, and towels were all in great condition. Accessibility to the room was excellent, making this a great place for a guest with mobility restraints. The host was 10/10—always helpful and clearly dedicated to maintaining a clean and comfortable stay.

It’s an easy walk to major sights like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our host was the kindest person we met in Turkey and was incredibly accommodating about our checkout—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Special thanks to his mother as well, who greeted us with a warm, lovely smile every time we saw her. You truly made our trip even more beautiful! We had no complaints at all—our only regret is that our stay was too short!

La posizione è centralissima, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città, ma allo stesso tempo situato in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos. L’appartamento è molto pulito, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un grande punto di forza sono i proprietari: gentilissimi, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato in ogni occasione, con consigli utili e una presenza discreta ma costante. Excellent location, next to restaurants and supermarkets but at the same time, very quiet so we slept well. Comfortable beds and pillows. The small room was a bit hot as the air conditioning was only in the main room.

Only 2 of the bedrooms had air conditioning, and so the third bedroom was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to sleep. Apartment was a bit small, but manageable.
- Brett (8/5): Friendly hosts and good value stay in a great location - Engin our host was very friendly, helpful and responsive to all our questions and requests. He also kindly walked us around the local neighbourhood while our room was being prepared as we turned up early. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location, easy walk to multiple attractions. The room size was much larger and cost per night was significantly cheaper than our previous hotel in Beyoglu, even allowing for breakfast not being included. Aircon only in one bedroom. Noise from the upstairs apartment travels through the ceiling a bit, fortunately the guests there were not too noisy. The hotel's credit card facilities were not working which meant we had to organise a bank transfer which was a bit stressful as we weren't expecting this. You'll have to carry your bags up stairs, no lift (which we expected)..not a major issue for us though at the time.

Very hospitable owners: Engin helped us with the late check-in and the taxi, also recommended some great restaurants; the apartment was clean and tidy – a perfect stay if you ask me.

Local people are very friendly n helpful. - Roxana (10/5): Excepcional departamento en Estambul.... - El departamento es de excelente nivel: la limpieza, su distribución, la atención de los dueños, la ubicación, el barrio muy típico, todo a la mano para abastecerse, los servicios entregados y los detalles como artículos para preparar alimentos y realizar la limpieza. Debo destacar que los amenities del baño eran muy completos, variados y de gran calidad. Cuenta con dos terrazas para usar, una ubicada en el mismo alojamiento y otra en la parte superior del edificio principal donde se puede disfrutar de vistas a la ciudad y el mar. Realmente nos hicieron sentir como en casa, felicitaciones y mil gracias. Falta de ascensor para acceder a los pisos superiores.

- Núria (9/5): Agradable, net, bona situació i bona relació qualitat-preu - La situació està molt bé, a 15 minuts caminant hi ha la Mesquita Blava, Santa Sofia, el Palau de Topkapi, La Basílica Cisterna. El "Gran Bazar" i el "Bazar de les espècies" estan també aprop anant a peu, a uns 30 minuts. Hi ha molts restaurant pel voltant, botigues de souvenirs, petits supermercats i d'altres botigues. Els propietaris són molt educats i simpàtics, ens van ajudar amb tot el què els vàrem demanar. L'apartament estava molt net. Bon wifi Hauria d'haver-hi més penjadors a les habitacions, només hi ha un armari per tres habitacions, i aniria bé algun prestatge o moblet petit a les altres habitacions.

Wokolo dużo knajpek gdzie można zjeść śniadanie. .Apartament bardzo czysty, nowe meble, dobrze wyposażony, można było włączyć ogrzewanie w chłodniejsze dni. - Florentina (10/5): A very good experience. - A very good accomodation, near to the main attractions in the city. The host was available for all the informations that we needed. He provided us in time with everything we requested. Overall, we kindly recommend it. -
- Mohammed (10/5): Excellent stay! - We really enjoyed our stay here! The hostess and Engin the hostess were very hospitable and kind, they made us feel very welcome whilst showing us a good food place to eat on the first day. The rooms are clean and facilities are awesome, with access to coffees, tea, cutlery. Access to a nice balcony. The place itself is close to the main tourist attractions, like Sultanahmet Mosque. There are shops and supermarkets very close and a short walk round the corner.

- Raza (10/5): A very nice stay - Cleanliness of the apartment. The owners were very helpful and accommodating both mother and son. Everything needed for day to day usage was available. One thing needs to be mentioned that train station is like 11 minutes (some of which is uphill) away from the apartment.

- masood (10/5): Perfect Family Apartment - We were met at the property by the host and he had been communicating with us prior to arrival making it easy to find the property. The location is excellent being 10-15 minute walk to the grand bazar, blue mosque, Topkapi palace, Hagia Sofia, etc with it being located in the old town of Sultanahmet. It is close to plenty of restaurants and being on a side street it is quite and safe. Any time we needed anything the host was available via whats app and gave us great advice re where to eat, go shopping, etc. N/A

- Marko (10/5): Amazing location and owners - First of all, the owner is great, kind and helpful. Then the location -> close to the historical center, a few minutes walking and you are in front of the Blue mosque. Once you leave the street in which the building is located, you ll find many smaller stores but also a lot of restaurants. It also feels safe, day or night. There isn't really anything. I would mention that the apartment we stayed in is a bit more for a family, than for a group of friends, due to its design. Anyway, this isn't really an issue.

- Serban (10/5): Minunat - Absolut totul foarte curat echipat cu toate cele necesare aproape de obiective proprietarul foarte ok si foarte amabil parcare la 1 minut distanta . Nu a existat ceva care sa nu ne placa
- Juan Pablo (8/5): Buena relacion calidad/precio - La estancia estuvo bien. Es un edificio y entiendo que hijo y madre se encargan de gestionar todos los departamentos. Ambos fueron super cordiales y aunque la madre no hable ingles, fue super amable. El departamento estaba poco equipado. Faltaban sillas, mesitas de luz y veladores. Nuestra cocina era bastante austera, una hornalla y un microondas (ubicado en el piso).
- Toyoda (9/5): 快適 - ロケーションはとても良かったです。 徒歩範囲内で殆ど見て回れたので、イスタンブールカードは、殆ど使いませんでした。 ホストのママンと息子さんもとても良い方です。事前に7時頃に到着する旨を連絡したら、チェックインさせてもらえたのでとても助かりました。 夜はシャワーのお湯の出が悪かったので、5人全員がシャワーを浴びる事が出来ませんでしたが、朝と夜とに別れれば何も問題は無かったです。

- Vladimir (8/5): Хороший вариант для большой семьи - Очень хорошее расположение + один из немногих вариантов комфортно разместить четырех человек трех поколений. Удобный балкон. Красивый вид с террасы на крыше К сожалению, в квартире нет зоны для отдыха. Собраться можно только на стульях на небольшой кухне.

- Anna (10/5): Bardzo miło wspominamy nasz wyjazd - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra ponieważ w samy centrum a jednocześnie cicho i bezpiecznie. Bardzo blisko była restauracja i sklepy. Pani gospodarz miła i pomocna.

- Karandeep (10/5): Generous and kind hosts! - Superb location. The streets and houses are so pretty, feels like you are in a different time. The apartment has enough light and it has everything what you need. Just to note that one of the rooms is a walk-through room, so if there are two couples, it, might not be ideal. But for a family with kids or without needing privacy, it's good. Engin and his mother are very kind, sweet and generous. Although we don't understand Turkish, his mama was always showering us with blessings in Turkish, so cute! They also let us stay a few hours after check-out time as our flight was in the evening. I really appreciate it. Thank you! Nothing to add much. Just a recommendation to add more cutlery and an extra stove to the kitchen. It's too minimal if one wants to cook a complete meal. Otherwise, perfect!

- Oksana (10/5): - Чистые апартаменты, расположены в 10 минутах ходьбы от центра старого города. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, где можно относительно не дорого позавтракать или пообедать. Приятные, доброжелательные хозяева. Из трёх комнат две оказались смежные. Это было для нас немного неприятной неожиданностью. На странице апартаментов это не было указано.

He helped us with little things with our stay that made it even smoother eg. places to exchange money, to eat or attraction recommendations! The room was spacious and comfy. It looked very similar to the picture and was very clean. Check in and check out was easy.
