- KOTA (8/5): まるでワンルームアパート！ - キッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯機、乾燥機がついている部屋に宿泊しました。一泊のみの利用だったため、これらを使う機会はありませんでしたが、長期滞在する方にはワンルームのアパートのように使用できると思います。 キッチンにやかんは備え付けでありましたが、包丁やまな板、お皿などは自身で用意しないといけないので注意が必要です。

The neighborhood is quiet. A 24/7 shop around the corner. The staff is friendly. For that price, it is definitely worth it. The hotel is a bit dated, but that certainly does not make it less cozy. The atmosphere is good. Additionally, the hotel had a fridge, kettle, and microwave, which was very convenient. Definitely recommended for a city trip and stay in Tokyo. Could use a more modern touch. All other things ware good for that money

Glorious bathtub to soak and windows that opens out to outside fresh air. Double bed was too small, the room could handle a queen bed and a bit softer mattress.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 古くて無理 - 他のホテルと迷った末、お部屋に洗濯機乾燥機がついているという理由だけで料金が高くなるけどこっちを選びました。洗濯機乾燥機が部屋にあったのは便利だったけど、部屋のあまりの古さに驚愕。私はアレルギー体質で特にハウスダストに敏感に反応するのですが、鼻炎が出てしまい、ひどくて大変でした。宿泊中は部屋にいる間もマスクをして、寝る時もマスクをしたままで過ごしました。 この部屋に５泊する予定でしたが、すぐに２泊変更し、他のホテルを予約。 でもフロントの人も変更と返金に快く応じてくださり、hotels.comの人も親切に対応してくださり感謝しています。 でもhotels.comのチャットボットのシステムはイライラしますね、使えない。時間のムダでストレスの元。形式はチャットでもいいけど人間が対応してくれないとダメダメです。チャットでは埒が明かないから最後は電話しました。電話で長く保留にされて頭にきたけど返金に関してはちゃんと手続きしてもらえたのでとりあえず良かったです。

I know it is not a simple task to get rid of mold, but as a customer it is very concerning to see. The duvet cover on the bed was also looking questionable, and the smoke smell from the smoking rooms does leak into the elevator if that is something you care about, but I have no other complaints. Easy sign in and check out, the desk attendant was nice, and of course there are vending machines in the lobby and a convenient store right outside.

- Colin (8/5): Quiet and peaceful place yet so close to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo’s Shimbashi district. - It’s a ten minute walk from Shimbashi station with great places to stop and eat in between. It wasn’t important as as I was out enjoying my time in Tokyo.

- Leonardo (5/5): Passable - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my room and they changed it immediately. There was dust all over the place and mold in the bathroom, both on walls and the shower curtain.
- J4970TNjoey (2/5): An absolute horror - I stayed in this place because I wanted to stay in Tokyo by using JAL mileage. The building and the room is outdated. It appears that the manager stopped proper cleaning during pandemic. The room is tolerable but the bathroom is absolutely horrendous. Mold everywhere. Only things I found clean were in room pajama and drinking cups. Charging more than 10k JPY is way overpriced. Even if the bathroom was clean, I wouldn’t pay more than 8kJPY.

- Kelvin (3/5): Most unclean room I've ever stayed in. Not worth it. - The location was decent. The floors were quiet. The room was very unclean. I've paid less for a cleaner room. I wish I had taken photos for the review, but I'll just say there were white stains on the comforter, one of the pillow cushions, chairs, and nightstand. Additionally, there was so much dust under the bed and throughout the room that I was wheezy and sneezed a lot. Lastly, there was a dark red stain on the mattress cover. I did not feel comfortable in this room.

- Yuliana (2/5): - Stayed in property for 10 minutes - DO NOT STAY HERE. The room we were sent to was in poor condition with broken objects (toilet flushing came with special instructions) and mildew and dirt spots everywhere. I've stayed in very budget hotels/motels before but I've never had the pleasure of seeing large circles under the bedsheet.... that ended up being blood. A lot of fresh red blood. Everywhere. Clearly visible and chosen to be covered by the bedsheet. The best part? The bedside phone has a sign offering "massage" services by the hour. This is not a tourist hotel. When we checked out the owner/manager was around - zero response/concern.

- Bulat (1/5): Do not stay in this hotel! - I didn't like anything. It was terrible. Summary: The hotel management is not cooperative at all, rooms are terrible, cleaning quality is low, they don't even change shower shades with mold. I am very sad that I booked this hotel for Christmas in Tokyo. It was a terrible experience. First of all, we didn't receive the room in the pictures. The room was much smaller. A LOT of mold in the shower shade and here and there in the bathroom. The lamp was broken and wires were out. The couch was falling apart and it was dusty, so the room wasn't cleaned well. The kitchenware was terrible, we didn't use it at all. We went to a receptionist right away to point out all the problems we found. He said that all rooms are taken and we have no other options but stay there, but he will contact managers to see what they can do. Since it was late - we were supposed to receive an answer in the morning. In the morning the reception was empty. When we finally met the same receptionist again a few days later - he said that the pictures here, on booking, are very old, that's why the room is different and the manager won't do anything for us at all. The receptionist suggested changing to another room that became available on the same floor. We checked it and it was even smaller, with less furniture and the same mold situation in the bathroom. SO EVERY BATHROOM THERE IS WITH MOLD. We contacted the booking support center but they didn't succeed in getting any solution from the hotel and had to return part of the money themselves. Please, don't stay in this terrible place.

- DavideInUK (8/5): Good value - Good apartments hotel(which means not restaurant/breakfast), 10 minutes from shimbashi station and with plenty of restaurants nearby. We went mainly to Italians restaurants (ie "La Pausa" is just 10 minutes away, cheap and good pasta) but on the street to the station there are tens of japaneses ones that after 6pm are packed with salary men going home from work. At the reception we always found somone speaking a basic/good english, the room doesn't get cleaned unless you stick a magnet to the door to tell. At the end they let us leave our luggage after check-out for the rest of the day (our flight was a 10 pm).
- F6104KAtimm (8/5): Curious hotel walking distance from Shimbashi Trains Station in Tokyo - This hotel is a little different than most Japanese business hotels in that some rooms are equipped with a small stove and microwave allowing one to use it as an efficiency. This particular outlet (this is a chain) was a little run down but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The rooms are typical of Japanese business hotels (i.e. small) but the bed was comfortable and the internet was extremely fast in my room. The bathroom and shower was reminiscent of what one might find in a travel trailer (i.e. small and forged from a single piece of plastic), and in my room the shower height was actually too low to stand if over 5'8". It was located in a residential area about 10-15 minutes walk from he Shimbashi JR train station which is useful if you are traveling with a JR Rail pass as this is 2 stops south of the main Tokyo train terminal. There are several subway stations similar distances away. There are many restaurants and other forms of entertainment near the train station. I chose this hotel as it was the cheapest of the very few hotel rooms available in Tokyo for the night of my stay, but it was still very expensive possibly because Japanese hotels raise and lower their rates daily, it seems, depending on demand. The staff were very helpful and friendly and over all there was nothing to complain about other than the 10AM check-out time.
- OSJoshi (8/5): Great location - I booked it last minute for my stay in Tokyo. This a apartment hotel so may not fit in conventional idea of hotel service. No breakfast service available but close to some nice Indian restaurants (I am a vegetarian) Rooms have many facilities such as microwave, cooking stove, plates, washer and dryer. cleanliness is good but overall finishing of room is not great like other hotels I stayed before at almost same price range. only one staff could understand and speak English and only basic map of area and tourist information is available with them.
