Concerned about metal bars blocking window exit on floor zero rooms- block room exit in fire situation, but we were allowed to move to a floor 1 room without bars. Breakfast was great! • Lilli Ann (10/5): Perfect location! - Very nice stay. Lovely hotel. Great location walking distance to Notre Dame, the Pantheon and the Seine River. The only issue was that the elevator only went to the fifth floor and our room was on the 6th floor! My husband and I are 70 years old. That last flight was a bit of a challenge! Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

• Stefani (10/5): - We loved everything about this property! Had a balcony room, and it was comfortable and clean. They have the friendliest staff, and it’s convenient to so many sites! There are 4 metro stations within easy walking distance, and while the busy area of Notre Dame is only a 6 minute walk, this hotel feels miles away from anything touristy! Several great restaurants if you want to eat nearby, and there’s such a safe neighborhood feel. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Desde el momento de la llegada, el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Las habitaciones eran modernas, limpias y muy cómodas, con todos los servicios necesarios para garantizar una estancia placentera. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, cerca de las principales atracciones y con buenas conexiones de transporte público. Además, el ambiente del hotel es elegante y acogedor, lo que crea una sensación de descanso tras un día recorriendo la ciudad. • Anna (6/5): - The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Latin Quarter, within walking distance of many attractions. However, we were disappointed with our overall stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which we were not informed of before arrival. This meant that amenities like breakfast and coffee/tea service were unavailable, and the entrance was in disarray. The construction noise during the day made it difficult to relax after sightseeing, which took away from the experience. While the staff was friendly, the lack of prior notice about the renovations and the hotel’s unwillingness to offer any exceptions or accommodations left us dissatisfied. Unfortunately, we would likely not stay here again.

• Nicole (10/5): - Hotel College de France is a quiet,clean and charming hotel.It is located in the latin quarter with lots of restaurants and cafes not far away.Close to public transport options and 7 minutes drive from the Gare de Lyon train station for commuting south of the city. Closest attractions are the Notre Dame and Shakespeare and Company bookstore. First time traveling to Paris and felt at home.The staff were warm,friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

• Mary (10/5): - We stayed for only one night. We had the family room, so two rooms connected by a small private hallway. It was perfect for our stay -- clean, quiet, nice shower. If we were staying longer, it may have been a little tight, space-wise, but I think that may be the norm. The staff members we met were great and very helpful! We did not do the breakfast for 15 pounds and just picked up coffee and some pastries nearby. It was a very nice walk to the Louvre. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Paris.

Our room was on the top floor which was not accessible by the elevator - we had to walk up one flight of stairs after getting off the elevator. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you have accessibility needs. The staff were all wonderful and we liked the area. We would stay here again.

• Adam (10/5): - First a big thank you to the wonderful hotel staff at Hotel College de France. They were very friendly and accommodating. Nils at the front desk and Alex at the food service provided great service and made my visit very pleasant. I had a last minute luggage emergency when one of my suitcases broke but they were able to direct me to a nearby store so I could purchase a replacement. Outstanding friendly service! (trust me that is a rare commodity in Paris) All the staff were very friendly and apologize not remembering their names. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived and received a notice on my phone when the room was ready. Location was a 5 min walk to the center of the city (Notre Dame) as well as 2 different metro stations. There was a very solid large safe in my room which I appreciated and also a small refrigerator. The breakfast was very pleasant and quite economical when you consider Paris prices. The hotel is open 24/7 with a staff member present nearby. I do believe the front door gets locked around 10pm or 22:00 but then you just ring the door bell and they open within a couple of minutes. The rooms are small compared by American standards but you can't beat the location or the friendly staff. Perhaps if you want a very large room perhaps this hotel would not be to your liking. I highly recommend this Hotel and will be staying here again on any future Paris trips. Bon Voyage and God Bless you!

There was construction going on in the lobby area so there weren’t any seats or tables and chairs where the buffet would have been. Also, house keeping didn’t provide enough TOILET PAPER WE JAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS AND ASK FOR A ROLL!

They also made themselves available thorough whatsapp. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were spotless. Bed was a little bit hard and room was small but the hotel is super cute. Coffee and tea. Good shower. Comfy bed. Nice decorations. Lovely bedding. Two big windows that opened. Very quiet. Wonderful breakfast for 12 euros which included an omelette or scrambled eggs. All you can eat. Easy to get to metro and Rer B and C . Walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. Lively Latin Quarter bistros and restaurants. Near the Sorbonne and College of France. Perfect for our stay! Just a warning - book things online in advance… Louvre, Musée D’Orsay etc or you will be disappointed.

You can virtually walk to a lot of attractions and public transport to everyplace is within 5-10 minutes. Room in the listing is not what you get, slightly smaller but very clean.

It’s a small older boutique hotel, our room was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. They serve breakfast in a wonderful little dining room and have a seating area ( lobby) that is wonderful for a quick cup of coffee/tea that they will make for you. It’s a nice way to quickly recharge between outings. Being in the Latin quarter was excellent! So many restaurants to choose from, you’re near the Pantheon and Notre Dame is close too. They recommended a cafe called La Petite Perigourdine. We had a fabulous dinner there and the wait staff was excellent. We will stay here again when we are visiting Paris.

• Amy (10/5): - I was so happy with this hotel. It was within 10 minutes walk to two train stations, close to several tourist places like Notre Dame, Saint Chappelle, the Panthenon, and Luxembourg. Paris is so big that no matter what landmark you stay at, you have to travel for the others but it was within 20-30 minutes train to all other landmarks. I also chose it because of its distance to the Latin Quarter, which I loved on my first trip to Paris several years ago, great restaurants and nightlife! I was a solo traveler and didn’t feel unsafe walking the few minutes back from the trains or restaurants at night! The room was so clean & the staff was super nice.
