• Sylwia (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja mieszkania, jakieś 7 minut spacerem od dworca Termini. Obiegowe opinie mówią o tym, że to niebezpieczna okolica - z naszej perspektywy (3 dziewczyny) nie jest to prawda. Wracałyśmy późnym wieczorem do mieszkania (po godz. 22) i nigdy nie czułyśmy się niebezpiecznie. Spore mieszkanie, duży balkon, winda działała bez problemu, klimatyzacja również. Na plus mały zestaw do prasowania. Wszystkie podstawowe naczynia były, a przy okazji też toster. Gdyby ktoś przyjeżdżał na dłużej, to jest nawet pralka.
• Ponomareva (8/5): Good enough, lift and nice terrace - Apartment was nice, there was a big terrace with table and chairs, and enough kitchen supplies and towels. In 30min walk from Colosseo and Villa Borhgeze. Next to the hotel it was supermarket Pam, and a few pizzeria and trattoria. There’s lift in the building and it was enough big for our stroller ValcoBaby. We were happy with it because apartment is on the 6floor and stairs would be a big challenge to cope with few times a day 😅 Main bed and doors were creaking very loudly! It was our pain and we were afraid to wake up kids during the night. Floor was extremely cold in May and we didn’t manage to turn on conditioner to heat the room a bit.

• Ewa (10/5): Polecam :) - Czysto, dobry kontakt z obiektem, dużo miejsca, taras. Jest wszystko czego potrzeba na miejscu. Mikrofalówka, zmywarka, żelazko, czajnik, pralka, kosmetyki. Nie jest to nowoczesny apartament ale ten kamieniczny klimat ma swój urok. Dla 4 osób brakowało nam większych kubków do herbaty, kieliszka do wina.

Por emergencia tuve que alargar mi estadía y no hubo complicaciones. Cama muy cómoda. La ubicación está muy bien conectada, caminando a metro y estación de tren, paradero de buses en la esquina. Supermercado a la bajada del paradero de buses. Si bien no es céntrico, está perfecto para no estar en el caos turístico. Tranquilo de noche. Tiene ascensor lo cual facilita el acceso con grandes maletas como fue mi caso. Por la temporada, no había calefacción, solo aire acondicionado frío. La necesité una noche. Me faltó horno.

• Scholtz (8/5): - Well located. Close to public transport and grocery stores. The diswasher is really handy and so is the washing machine, especially if travelling with a baby like we did. Host are friendly and helpfull.

• Marco (7/5): - Appartamento spazioso per 2 persone, e molto carino. Letto particolarmente duro e scomodo! Cucina carina, tuttavia dato che per legge fornire cibo in questo tipo di strutture non è permesso, avere una cucina è quasi inutile in quanto andrebbe comprato tutto: olio, caffé, sale, etc.. tutte cose che in 2-3 giorni verrebbero appena usate, ed il resto andrebbe buttato nel cestino. Quindi, bella cucina, ma non non utilizzabile.

• Silvia (9/5): Espacioso departamento a metros de Termini - El departamento es amplio, luminoso,Las instrucciones para ingresar son claras y Germano fue muy amable en todo momento. Está equipado con ac en cada habitación. La cama king size, buena ropa blanca. Tiene todo lo que describe el anuncio y en perfecto estado de funcionamiento: anafe de 2 hornallas, microondas, pava eléctrica, tv, heladera, lavavajillas y lavarropas. En el baño hay secador de pelo y un toallero para mantener secas y calientes las toallas (aunque este no funcionaba). La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de Termini, a 1/2 cuadra de la estación de metro Castro Pretorio.Hay varios supermercados y restaurantes cerca. El barrio nos resultó seguro y bastante tranquilo, no hay ruidos y se duerme bien. Se nota que el mobiliario es nuevo, pero no está en perfecto estado, por ejemplo, la mesa del comedor tenía unos detalles que se hubieran resuelto con un mantel o individuales (que no había). También vendrían bien unas lámparas en las mesas de noche del dormitorio. No estaría demás dejar un rollo de papel para cocina, o un cambio de ropa blanca (estuvimos 5 noches). El balance, de todas formas es positivo. Son pequeños detalles que se pueden hacer para mejorar la experiencia del huésped.

L'appartamento era abbastanza silenzioso Bagno enorme e comodo Personale dell'hotel molto gentile letto durissimo, è stato davvero la cosa peggiore della vacanza... assolutamente da cambiare per ottenere punteggi migliori per il resto non posso lamentarmi di nulla davvero!

• Grigorii (9/5): - Отличные аппартаменты, тихий район, хотя и вокзал в 10 минутах. В 1 минуте продуктовый магазин "PAM". Бесконтактное заселение. Регистрацию, если необходимо, можно пройти в отеле недалеко от апартаментов, там также можно оставить вещи до заселения или после выселения. Нам бесплатно предоставили улучшенную квартиру с террасой. Терасса отличная. Не всегда хороший интернет. Нет чая, кофе, сахара и прочего.

• HWANG (10/5): 아주 편안했던... 내 집 같았던 곳... 적극 추천해요~~~☺️ - 로마 테르미니역에서 도보로 아주 가까워서 좋습니다. 아파트 출입(버튼식)하기가 아주 편했어요. 모든 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 특히 넓은 발코니가 있어서 좋았어요. 4박을 하는동안 샤워타월이 부족했지만 세탁후 발코니에서 햇빛으로 말려서 사용했는데 아주 좋았어요. 체크인전, 체크아웃후 짐 맡기는 서비스도 좋았어요. 아주 고전적인 엘리베이터 경험도 좋았어요. 다음에 또 로마 여행을 오게 되면 여기에서 숙박을 하고 싶어요. 정말 강추 합니다~~~ 3박 이상은 숙박비가 다운되었으면...하는 바램입니다. 샤워 타월이 두셋트 있었으면 좋겠어요. 화장지도 조금 더 있었으면 좋겠어요. 왜냐하면 나는 4박을 했기 때문에 모든것이 더 필요했어요. 조그만 냄비가 두개 정도 더 있었으면 좋겠어요. 계란등 삶을때 큰것만 있어서 조금 아쉬웠어요.

• Dominika Ślińska (9/5): Super apartament w świetnej lokalizacja za odpowiednie pieniądze - Lokal jest super usytuowany, przy samej stacji metra więc moment i jesteś np. w Koloseum lub możesz przejechać kawałek i przesiąść się do innej linii metra. Obok sporo knajp, sklepów, apteka. Z apartamentu jest na prawdę w miarę blisko do różnych atrakcji. Jeszcze przed zameldowaniem dostaliśmy pełną instrukcję jak się dostać do lokalu, gdzie się znajduję w budynku, gdzie znajdziemy kluczę. Mieli kilka opcji opłacenia pobytu. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy w głównej siedzibie zostawić swoje bagaże. Pan z recepcji był bardzo pomocny. Dostaliśmy odpowiedź na wszystkie pytania. Apartament znajdował się na 6 piętrzę z pięknym tarasem, więc rano śniadanko na tarasie w pełnym słońcu. Sypialnia spora z dużą szafą, telewizorem, kuchnia z dużą lodówką i palnikami także spokojnie można sobie coś przygotować. drugi pokój z sową którą można rozłożyć w sumie na dwa mniejsza łóżka więc dla Nas super. W budynku winda -malutka, ale najważniejsze że jest. W budynku jak i lokalu bardzo czysto. Pralka na tarasie - nie wiem czy działą bo nie korzystaliśmy. było kilka rzeczy do których można by było się przyczepić, ale to nic wielkiego - typu mało sztućcy i zastawy stołowej np. jak na apartament dla 4 osób,
• Ursula (8/5): Prima Ort zur Besichtigung Roms - Das Appartement ist modernisiert worden. Klimaanlange, viele Lichtschalter. Die Geräteaussstattung ist prima bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Küche ist mit allen nowendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern. Zu diesem Appartement gab es keinen Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war super über What's App. Wir konnten sogar schon früher in die Wohnung. Zur nächsten U-Bahn sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. An der Hauptstraße um die Ecke fahren mehrere Buslinien ab. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Zu essen gibt es an jeder Ecke. Das Wohnzimmer ist schlicht, nicht besonders gemütlich, aber funktionell.

Buen detalle el tender calefaccionado para las toallas El único detalle negativo es que la cafetera Moka estaba en mal estado. Deberían reemplazarla. El extractor de humo tampoco funcionaba

• Diana (9/5): Excellent location and very comfortable stay - Good spacious apartment conveniently located near Rome Termini station in a safe and quiet area. There is also a small supermarket across the road and some nice, local restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything worked well, including the washing machine. There is space to hang your washing and a clothes horse is provided. There is also a private launderette downstairs by the main entrance too. The bedroom has a safe if needed. And the main hotel reception desk is a couple of blocks from the apartment. About 30 minutes walk to the nearest attraction (Colosseum), but not a problem as we like to walk and it was convenient to take public transport (metro/buses).

• Shradha (9/5): Great value in a safe, central location. - Excellent central location but situated a few roads away from Termini so the apartment had a quiet and safe environment. Apartment exceeded our expectations for the cost and they even upgraded us which made a more enjoyable stay. Bathroom and other facilities were clean, ample water pressure & hot water. Communication was also seamless via whatsapp. The wifi was poor and could not properly load social media let alone stream videos. It could get hot at times (we stayed in April - we couldnt work out the fan/AC and are unsure if it was operable), thankfully we could open the terrace doors to let wind in.

Good location with some local restaurants Location was good not being too far from train station however didn't like train station area at night. The area around apartment was fine. Great restaurants etc.
• Diana (10/5): Tudo top! - Simpatia dos funcionários, chegamos mais cedo, permitiram que entrássemos mais cedo, sem pagar mais por isso! Foram connosco ao apartamento, explicaram tudo, indicaram localização do supermercado, qual o melhor autocarro que nos levava aos pontos turísticos. No dia que saímos, guardaram as nossas malas para um último passeio. Encontramos tudo limpo, temperatura do apartamento sempre boa, água para os banhos também, eletrodomésticos novos, usamos a máquina de lavar roupa e a de louça, tudo a funcionar! Optamos por comprar comida feita a noite, tem muitos restaurantes perto que fazem para fora! Muitos transportes públicos a passar a porta, e fica perto da estação de Termini, por isso localização também top! De nada!

• Patricia (10/5): Maravilloso - Nos gustó todo, muy cómodo, limpio, completo, cocina completa, todo lo necesario para pasar unos días relajado y a gusto en Roma. Con el metro al lado para acceder a cualquier zona de Roma, ubicación en zona segura. El personal muy amable. La verdad que no podemos decir nada que no nos gustara. Encantados de habernos alojado ahí. No lo dudéis, es un 10 si queréis alojaros en un apartamento, con todas las comodidades como si estuvierais en vuestra casa, y a un paso de todo Roma.
• Jiaxin (9/5): Everything was good except the strange smell - Close to Roma Termini and a metro station. Apartment well equipped. Staffs reply promptly. There’s a really strange smell in the room. I stayed for a few days and the smell stays for my whole stay.

• Mira (8/5): Nice place in Rome - Nice apartment on the 7th floor, with a spacious sunny balcony, situated in a quiet neighbourhood of always busy and hectic Rome. The location is perfect: only 5 minutes walk from Termini station, good connection with all kind of public transportation just around the corner, two supermarkets within 300 m, lots of good restaurants. Forum Romanum, Colosseum and Galleria Borghese can be reached by foot just in 30 minutes. The apartment was very clean. Although simply furnished and equipped, it was sufficient for a pleasant and relaxed stay. It’s perfect for two adults, but might not be specious enough for more person. Before arriving, we have received a very detailed and clear information about the check-in procedure and where to get the key cards. It all went very smooth. The communication with reception staff was very pleasant. They were helpful and have always reacted promptly if we had some questions. We (a couple of two adults 65+) stayed there 10 days and enjoyed the apartment very much. After a busy day in the city centre, it was really so fine to take a break on the sunny balcony. Good value for money! If we come to Rome again, we would surely book Crosti apartment again. - For those who intend to prepare the meals in the apartment it wouldn’t be suitable, as the cooking equipment is really basic. But if you go out for eating, as we always did, it is OK. - The building has a small old fashioned elevator, but it works perfect if you follow the instruction placed at the entrance. The trouble is that some guests forget constantly to close the inside doors of the elevator when leaving, although it’s clearly indicated that you need to close all doors. That’s quite annoying, as the elevator than gets stuck and you need to take the stairs to the upper floor.

Сложная система получения ключей. - Удобное месторасположение, транспортная доступность, большая полезная площадь Не полный комплект посуды для приготовления пищи, дверь в ванную поскрипывает. Розетки своеобразные. Чтобы включить чайник его пришлось ставить на пол рядом со стиральной машиной.

• Attila (10/5): - Nagyon közel van a Termini vasútipályaudvarhoz, gyalog kb. 5 perc, a látnivalók is közel vannak, akár gyalog is felfedezhetők. A lakás nagyon csendes volt. Nem volt ilyen.

El ascensor muy antiguo, que daba problemas por funcionamiento de cerrado de puertas (y también por la dependencia de abrir y cerrar las puertas que se quedaba atascado). Fui a correr la maratón e incluso tuve que subir y bajar en alguna ocasión las escaleras hasta el 5 piso.

• Manuele (10/5): Agradable - La ubicación es excelente, pasamos un tiempo muy agradable, es muy cerca de la estación termini y uno se puede mobilizar a todas partes de Italia. También hay mercado cerca. lo unico que recomiendo es que el apartamento no tiene ventilación, deberian evaluar la posibilidad de darle mejor ventilación sobretodo por los olores de los vecinos que a veces fuman y se meten los olores y no hay por donde salir.

• Huachun (9/5): 整體來說不錯，之後會考慮再住 - 位置佳，離地鐵Castro Pretorio站很近，從Termini車站走過來也只要約10分鐘，附近街道乾淨，感覺是治安較好的地區。 走路5分鐘內就有Conad City和Pam Local超市很方便。 可以線上辦理入住，也可以走約6分鐘到附近的Crosti Hotel辦理，也有提供寄放行李。 這次入住公寓位於6樓，有電梯，空間規劃不錯，四個人住不會太擠。 公寓設施齊全，環境整潔，廚房設施都有，煮東西很方便，冰箱裡還提供了礦泉水和氣泡水。 廁所淋浴間太小且排水不佳，淋浴間也沒有架子放沐浴用品。

We were treated very kindly, got response for all of our questions and requests really quickly. We left our luggage in the hotel because our flight was late in the evening and it really helped us! We really enjoyed! The elevator is a little too tight, also it'd be more comfortable if there were another lamp in the living room (was not enough light) and an extra towel holder in the bathroom

• Barbara (10/5): - El departamento súper cómodo y amplio. Tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia: habitación grande, baño completo y cocina equipada. Ubicación excelente, a tan solo dos cuadras del metro que te lleva directo a las principales atracciones. Hay un supermercado a una cuadra y restaurantes alrededor. El colchón podría ser un poco más cómodo, Pero más allá de eso, todo estuvo excelente.

No check in não havia funcionário para abrir a porta de entrada, se não tivéssemos encontrado um hóspede entrando ficaríamos na rua ..Grande Falha ... Elevador constantemente com defeito, um dos cartões chave de acesso não funcionava , só nos entregaram outro após pedido .

• Maria Trinidad (9/5): - Todo me gusto, ubicación, precio, espacio, comodidad Tiene unas lámparas para leer en la parte de arriba de la cabecera de la cama, pero a mi parecer eran incómodas, porque mi cabeza tocaban con ellas, tal vez un poco más arriba, no mi imagino un americano sentado en la cama ahí. Pero bueno, tan poco que es tan importante. En líneas generales todo bien.

• Pavlína (9/5): We had a good stay, metro, bus station and shop nerby. - Helpful staff at the Hotel Crosti reception nearby. Airconditiong. The door locks need to be lubricated. ( Bath and terrace.) No big cup / tea pot to make tea in the morning. (like 300ml) Lift a little tricky.
• Alena (10/5): Хороший вариант для путешествия в Рим. Удобная логистика, все необходимое рядом. Рекомендую! - Понравилось, что было чисто, просторно, все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом и метро, и автобусная остановка, и необходимые магазины, несколько мест с едой для любого времени суток. Поскольку мы попали в период сильной жары, система кондиционирования плохо работала и не справлялась с духотой.

• Giacchetto (8/5): - Appartamento pratico e vicino alla stazione Termini. Consiglio di usare la fermata della metro linea blu Castro Pretorio a 2 passi dall'appartamento. Il Check è autonomo ma ti seguono tramite messaggi passo per passo su come farlo, oltre ad essere facile ed intuitivo. Per il resto l'appartamento è essenziale ma ha tutto quello che serve. Bella la terrazza dove si potrebbe fare colazione se ci fosse bel tempo Il bidet nel bagno è sia piccolo che scomodo come posizione

• Valentina (10/5): Ottima soluzione per famiglie - Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per una famiglia con bambini. Ottima posizione, comodissimo a Termini.

• Geisa (9/5): Legal e prática. - Apartamento moderno, aquecimento impecável, não passamos frio no inverno, lençóis ok, armários ok, banheiro ok, tinha bastante armários na sala e cozinha, fomos recepcionado a com água, localizado bem próximo à estação e a um restaurante brasileiro, próximo aos pontos turísticos. Senti falta dos utensílios de cozinha, machucador de temperos, abridor de garrafa, o forno estava um pouco sujo, o banheiro pingando, e a parte dos talheres tinha um pouco de sujeira, a cama o colchão foi bem desconfortável.
• Mina (9/5): Très bon Sejour romain - L'emplacement, à deux pas du métro et des arrêts de bus, à proximité des commerces. L'endroit est calme, loin de la foule. On peut rentrer à toute heure. L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos. C'est rare Pas de VMC dans les toilettes
