• Martine (5/5): Décevant par rapport aux photos - La situation géographique la facilité pour y accéder appartement grandeur correct Revoir les installations de l appartement un manque d entretien Salle de bain dégradée lavabo presque bouché siège de toilette cassé étagère cassée moisissure dans la douche Du côté cuisine un minimum d ustensiles en ce moment travaux sur le bâtiment en face impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre Aucun état des lieux est fait donc impossibilité de signaler les problèmes !!!

Davanti l'appartamento c'è un deposito bagagli, comodo per chi vuole restare in giro per firenze comodamente senza valigie dopo l'orario del check-out La casa è trascurata, La porta del bagno non si chiude, il divano è pieno di macchie . Solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica. Mura macchiate e adesivi decorativi tutti staccati dalle mura. Il telecomando TV appiccicoso .

• Romain (7/5): - Très bonne situation géographique et très spacieux pour quelques nuits Revoir le logement et un peu la propreté. Quelques dégâts dans le logement en arrivant, à vérifier (fenêtre, étagères, Wifi, meubles…etc)
• simone (3/5): - L'emplacement. Et c'est tout. Appartement très sale. Humide. Les photos sont trompeuses , l'appartement est très sombre. Les rideaux sont tachés, la banquette verte et le canapé du salon aussi. Nous avons mis des draps dessus pour pouvoir nous assoir pendant notre séjour. L'eau du robinet sents très fort. Des cafards dans la salle de bain. Des intervenants sont passés a l'appartement pendant notre absence pour vérifier les extincteurs, ils sont rentrés sans nous prévenir. Les murs sont pleins de marques des valises, des traînées . Les meubles sont abîmés.... Les voilages du lit à baldaquin sont gris tellement ils sont sales. Une horreur.

• Angela (3/5): Don’t let these pictures fool you - Location and it’s a spacious apartment. The images on the website are deceiving, the flat needs to be refreshed , cleaned properly, and be well kept. The sofa was full of stains, we never sat on it as it looked disgraceful and dirty, same the green chase long in one of the bedroom which is now brown. The bunk bed was noisy and squeaky it was a nightmare sleeping on it. Not to mention that it took forever having a shower as the water flow was ridiculous. We were very disappointed about this old flat, and it’s a shame as with a bit of effort and proper maintenance, it could be a great accommodation.

• Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Do NOT stay here... especially in any late Spring to Summer months. The entrance smells like stale urine, the unit is FAR smaller than the pics make it look, but the kicker is there is NO AIR CONDITIONING! Yes, if you look closely at the long, long list of things that are included, you may not notice the most important thing for travellers during an Italian summer (37 Celsius on the day we arrive) to find a top floor unit that's stifling hot. It's just not worth it when there are many, many other places around Florence for the same (or cheaper) price with AC and no gross smell. We got out of there very quickly and found another unit from another person a short walk away that was far better, far cooler and even a little cheaper
• Dean (5/5): Disappointing - Location to station Not as it appeared in the photos. Was tired looking. Needs a good clean. No toilet paper. No detergent to wash dishes. No coffee/tea stater. No kettle. Broken pot. Rangehood had oil dripping from it. A lot of lights/lamps not working. Couch in main lounge needs a good clean. Main bed needs mattress protector. In general we felt the owners showed little regard for its guests. Expected more. Will not recommend or stay here again.

• Ankit (2/5): We booked for 2 nights and left after 1st night as we couldn’t sleep at all as it was suffocating - Nothing that I liked to be honest No AC. No lift. Scary and dark entrance into the building and access to apartment. Get suffocated or open windows and welcome mosquitoes. No transparency on missing Air conditioning in listing.

• Yatish (1/5): Stay away from this dark and unclean property - The only thing we liked was location. It's about 10 minutes walk from Florence rail station and close to local shops and cafes. This place is dark and has no access whatsoever to natural light in the living room. The property was NOT clean. The kitchen was stinky and unclean dishes were left in the dishwasher. The beds were not clean and not at all comfy. The lights were out in some rooms. TV was not working in any room and reading old reviews it seems it hasn't been fixed for months. Not a value for money in our opinion and definitely not recommended for family. Also note that the accommodation is on level 1 with no access to lift, goodluck carrying large suitcases. The bedroom has a window facing busy street. We could not get a sound sleep on Friday night where there was too much noise from the late night junkies. The heater was set at 22C which made our stay uncomfortable as we were freezing in the cold weather and would have appreciated the ability to set the temperature of our liking. Only one bathroom had minimal and low quality toiletries and shower has weak water flow. It seems like someone stays in this property when not given on rental and we didn't enjoy the place at all. We would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
• Rokham (7/5): Overall a good unit for a few days stay - Fantastic location. Good unit but lacks laundry. The couch and bed were comfortable enough for a few days but I wish the couch was a bit cleaner and mattresses were better quality.
