- SHANKARA NAVIN (6/5): - This property was very close to the Metro station. We liked this aspect very much. But the room was not in clean condition. Dust was visible on all the light fittings & AC. Lot of cockroaches were seen everywhere in the room (particularly in kitchen & bathroom). We were informed about the restriction on wifi data usage (500MB per day) only on the previous day of check-in. If this was informed earlier, we would have booked other property. Me & my wife had severe throat pain for 3-4 days after checking out from the property.
- ともき (10/5): - 家族5人での利用でしたが、宿泊費に対して部屋の状況、設備等は満足できるものでした。あえて欲をいえば、寒い季節だったため、窓の結露とその影響からか窓周辺のカビが気になりました。あと、キーボックスの開け方に少しとまどりました。

(8/5): - 2泊3日宿泊させていただきました。 良かった点 ・2人で計2万円ちょっとと安かった(その分、お土産代や食事代、遊びに沢山使えた。USJでも贅沢できた。) ・泊まる前に電話したら、日本人が親切に対応してくださり、安心できた。チェックイン前の荷物預かりやチェックイン方法を丁寧に教えてくれた。(正直、外国の方が電話対応するのかと思ってたので、信頼できた) ・口コミに書いてある下水の匂いは実際に入ってみるとそこまで酷くなく、気にならなかった。気にしすぎることない！ ・バスタオル、フェイスタオルが5枚ずつくらいあったので、あとは寝巻きさえ持っていけば泊まることに困ることはない！濡れても洗濯干しがあるので、大丈夫。 ・駅から徒歩3分くらいでめっちゃ近い、すぐ近くにファミマやマツキヨもあるから困らない 気になった点(満足して過ごせたが、あえて言うなら！) ・隣人の話し声が聞こえたので、壁は薄そう(内容は聞こえないくらい) ・部屋の隅に少しほこりがあった。 ・鍵を取るのに少し、てこずった。(説明なく取れたので、たぶんみんなもいける) 次大阪に来る機会あればまた泊まりたい！ ありがとうございました！
- ?? (2/5): - チェックイン方法のメールが来ず、問い合わせるも連絡つかず、結局1時間ほど宿前でキーボックスをひたすら開くまで試した。 奇跡的に部屋に入ることはできたが、室内の設備に汚れている箇所があったり、異臭を感じた。その後問い合わせの折り返しなどもなく、チェックアウトのメールだけ届いて非常に不愉快だった。タオルは補充ではなく、洗濯して繰り返し使うなどの説明もなく2日目は困りました。他、気になる点は多々ありますが、運営側で検証など行っていただき改善されればと思います。今後利用される方々が同じような状況にならないことを祈ります。
