• Máté (6/5): - The apartment is nice, cosy, 3 full bedrooms, near to the center, close to the tram service, getting the keys were easy. The "city tax" should be in the calculated price! Bathrooms should be renovated/cleaned better. Heating was a bit problematic (early november), we could not mess with the thermostat, AC-s weren't as comfortable.

• Cristina (7/5): Buena elección en general. - Ubicación perfecta, cerca de la zona turística en zona tranquila y con tranvía para desplazamientos al aeropuerto al lado. El piso es correcto y limpio. Lo gestiona una empresa y la comunicación no es tan fluida como con un particular. No hay suficiente papel ni jabón para varias personas y varios días.

• Emiel (7/5): Net verblijf - De airco De bank. En één van de twee douches was kapot Update naar aanleiding van de reactie van de accomodatie. Dinsdag was onze aankomst dag en woensdagavond zagen we het douche probleem. Dezelfde avond heb ik een foto via whatsapp gestuurd (21:52) naar de persoon die ons de sleutels heeft overhandigd en daarna dus nooit meer iets van gehoord.
• Corrine (4/5): - One shower was broken. Told it would be fixed during ourbstay. Did not expect the plumber came at 10pm at night. Message the managment team about the shower. No response. The other shower was not functioning well neither. It was not easy to stay for 2 nights over 30 degrees with 1 shower that barely work. No communications from the management team whatsoever. Not recommended.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and good location - Clean and comfortable apartment. Located close to the city center but still on a quiet street.
• Vėjūnė (6/5): Overpriced stay - Apartaments had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 was not working and not pleasant) Communication before the stay was slow and unresponsive. The apartment's design is poor, and many walls require repainting. The stay was way too expensive considering the actual condition of the apartment — it looks much better and lighter in the photos than in reality. The view from the kitchen window, which is hidden in the images, is not beautiful. The apartment is also very noisy due to a lack of soundproofing, especially from the street. Additionally, there was dust throughout the space.

• Karen (10/5): Excellent apartment. Very helpful staff - Well furnished. Warm and comfortable. Very spacious and clean Only that there are quite a few stairs up to the appointment. Not a problem for most but not ideal for people with mobility issues.

• Kristina (3/5): Poor - Sadly, can't think of anything positive to say. We were very disappointed based on the pictures and descriptions. Beds were all terribly uncomfortable. Half of the shower door was missing in one bathroom and the water temperature was not consistent in the other one. The small terrace was dirty and looked into the middle of the apartment complex at laundry and trash. The door to the washing machine locked shut and we had to call a maintenance person to get it open. The pictures online are very outdated. The couch is so old and worn it had a ill-fitting slip cover over it to try to help.

The apartment was clean and spacious and all, - The location was great and there was plenty of room for our family at five. The owners handwritten notes around the apartment were very helpful. The staff that checked us in and out were rude. We also found that the second bathroom was not fully working. The shower was missing the door and not very usable and the sink in that bathroom backed up.

• Siddharth (7/5): Florence is great place. This apartment was big enough for our group and we enjoyed our stay. - The place was nice. We were a team of 6 couples and there were 3 bed rooms for us. There was a well equipped kitchen. The place is 10 mins walk from the main attractions in Florence like the Duomo. There is a small cute cafe right below the apartment which is good for a quick coffee and croissant . The place is very near to Florence railway station, its like 10 mins walk to the railway station. There are no lifts in the building. You have to climb almost two floors. It will be better if you can carry small luggage.

• Kirsten (10/5): florence accommodation perfecto - close to city and attractions 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms perfect for our needs..all modern amenities... heaps of restaurants within 5min walk especially a great family trattoria near by best pizzas we have ever tasted... easy to deal with management very accommodating......and helpful also walking distance to Santa maria novella station or €10 for cab if too hot... 3 flights of stairs could be challenging for families with young children...

Bus stop just around the corner and an easy 10 minute walk to the train station and many restaurants! Also a short walk to all main attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and in a great area, it was very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent, through WhatsApp and check in was easy. We will definitely recommend this place.

• Met (7/5): Christmas Lunch ruined-alas - good size and space electricity problem with wrong information given by the CleanBnB. I had to seek neighbours help by knocking on doors before getting electricity back after 6 hours. information provided by the service provider was not correct until late afternoon, as we sat in darkness with my Christmas roast quarter cooked!

• Janelle (9/5): Superb - The location and the apartment where perfect for our needs. Check in was listed as 3, when I msg her to let her know we would be there at 3, she said she had someone already booked in for that time and we had to wait till 3:45/4. Was a little disappointing.
