However it was not working in all rooms as staff told me. Please remove it from description or fix it and make operational and matching description. Otherwise I consider it misleading, because it is important!

Yataklar temiz, sıcak su hızlıydı. Kliması sorunsuz çalışıyordu, buzdolabı kasa elbise askısı kettle düşünülmüştü. Resepsiyondakiler çok kibardı.

In addition, the hotel is cheap and budget if someone does not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel then I recommend it. a big advantage of the hotel is the helpful staff and spacious rooms :) average cleanliness, in each room there was something broken, e.g. sockets, fridge or flush, but after reporting it to the reception, they tried to fix it. the hotel and rooms do not smell too nice.

Good internet :) Wrong map adress in booking, search in google maps (street is Pamuk Sk, not Hisar Sk, some min walking east). Need interior restoration or renovation, lighting and systems.

• Ahmed (4/5): Not so clean but at least they were speaking English - Staff was helpful somehow, they were trying to support most of the time. I loved that they can communicate in English. Place was unclean I had couple of rooms in the 5th level and unfortunately there was no elevator reaching there so I had to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then take the stairs. It was a headache specially with a stroller. Most of the rooms were unclean and they are not consistent in the terms of facilities. For example one room had fridge. Others didn't. Another room had spider in it. I would recommend the hotel for solo travelers but not for a family

• Verified traveler (2/5): Insatisfaction - Deux araignées retrouvées dans la chambre au rez de chaussée dès mon arrivée. Un seul drap qui couvre le lit est taché. La couverture qui est posé sur le meuble portant les cintres a beaucouo de taches jaunâtres et à l'utilisation je me gratte. Alors le lendemain je demande à ce qu'on me change de chambre car la salle de bain n'est pas au goût du jour l'eau qui coule après la douche. Après changement de chambre au troisième étage, problème encore, après la grosse commission ,tirer la chasse d'eau n'évacue pas les selles, l'eau coule par terre aussi après la douche. J'ai demandé encore un changement de chambre car je ne suis vraiment pas contente. Nouvelles chambre au cinquième étage, un drap sur le lit et seulement un autre drap pour se couvrir. Il y a la climatisation, l'eau ne coule pas après la douche mais le ménage n'a jamais été faite pendant tout mon séjour alors que je demande à la femme de ménage si elle va nettoyer la chambre : elle me répond que non. J'allais lui demander des serviettes pour les changer si non elles ne seront pas changées. Le personnel de l'accueil était bien simpa mais posait des questions personnelles. Il y avait beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à tard et même des bruits vraiment intimes sans discrétion. Je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hotel. Toutes mes nuits étaient perturbées.

• Cherniavskyi (8/5): Very good - It’s possible to check in at any time. Place is close to airport. In the square you can find ATM, supermarket, restaurants etc. Room is a bit old, but in general all good for 1-2 days stay.
• Tarek (1/5): Bad - Nothing I arrived late, the GPS location of the place in Booking.com was far from the hotel, I checked in and went out to eat, I found out later that the room I got wasn't the room that I booked, I talked to the receptionist who worked at night, he was rude and said that he had nothing to do to me. The second day I talked to another receptionist who said that I have to wait until 12, the room that I booked and paid for was obviously given to another guest. They are not reliable people. The hotel is overrated.

• Danny (9/5): Decent hotel, good wifi and great price - Quiet hotel in quiet area, was here for 5 days and I felt comfortable. Staff was friendly, I had asked them for an ironing board and they went out of their way to help. The location was good as it was a close taxi ride to the beach and seafront. I can't think of anything. The hotel was nice and a good distance from the Convention Center where I was attending an event.

I booked a single room, which wasn't available on arrival, so they upgraded me to a much bigger room with a double-bed and two single beds. Thank you. 3. Location: It's not a touristy location, but it was close to all the places I was going to. 4. I gave them 10 out of 10 because I got what I paid for. However, please bear in mind that this place is not luxury; I would say 2-3 stars. Pictures are a bit deceiving, but reality isn't too bad if you set your expectations right. 5. English-speaking, friendly staff. 6. 24 hours of reception: I found this handy because I arrived around midnight on the first day. 6. LCD TV with Turkish, English and Arabic channels, although the staff only knew about the Turkish channels :-) 7. Although the hotel itself doesn't provide free parking, there is a secure car park literally next door for 150 Liras/day. Also, off-street parking is available. The area is a bit crowded, but I still found space for my rental car every night. The place needs a bit of maintenance. It's nothing too bad, some sockets are wobbly, the shower is leaking a bit onto one floor corner.

Location: It's not a touristy location, but it was close to all the places I was going to. 2. I gave them 10 out of 10 because I got what I paid for. Having spare pillows is good, especially if they are different firmness, but I don't see the point if they don't fit in the pillow case. 3. The place needs a bit of maintenance. • Dmitry (1/5): The property is a scam. They tried to steal about USD 500 from the credit card. - The next day after checking in I got a message from the property that I need to validate my booking by going into some link and entering my credit card details. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled (the screenshot is provided). The website at the link looked very similar to Booking.com, it was basically a single page where credit card details could be entered (the amount to be withdrawn was about USD 500). But the link actually was not to Booking but to a scam page! The next day the page became unavailable. It is totally nonsense that such fraud is made by a legit hotel. Don't you need to ruin your reputation and lose remaining guests?
