• aherway (8/5): Fabulous Location - I loved the location. Communication with host was great. Clean. Comfy bed. Mostly quiet. Good A/C. Easy check-in and check-out. Pictures make it look better than the reality. Not sure where to leave bags but resolved at the last minute. Upstairs neighbors were super noisy very early in the morning. You could hear every step. Not that the owner can control that of course.

• Emanuela (8/5): Struttura centralissima - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura tre notti con due care amiche ed è stato tutto perfetto. La camera è confortevole e il bagno spazioso, in un palazzo tipico romano, situato in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere sia la zona Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, piazza Navona sia la zona Trastevere e Campo dei Fiori. L’host ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie sia prima dell’orario del check-in sia dopo l’orario prefissato per il check out. Custodirò un ricordo bellissimo di questa esperienza!

• maria jose (9/5): Muy buena ubicación - Ubicación excelente. Visitamos lo más importante de Roma a pie ( sin metro ni bus) Alojamiento amplio , cama cómoda, silencioso. Había infusiones, café, agua y zumo. Es una tercera planta sin ascensor. No hay persianas y las cortinas no son opacas

• Juergen (7/5): Mitten in Rom - Die Lage ist fantastisch. Mitten in der Stadt, nächst Piazza Navona. Appartement liegt in den Hof, sehr ruhig. Etwas abgenutztes Interieur, ein kaputter Stuhl, renovierungsbedürftiges Bad.
• Antonella (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet.Die Küche ist mit alldem was man braucht gut ausgestattet.Die Lage ist fantastisch-ruhige Umgebung,aber trotzdem im Stadtzentrum.Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fussläufig erreichbar.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.Insgesammt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.Vielen Dank! Die Zugangsdaten ins Gebäude wurden zeitnah zugestellt,jedoch fehlte der Code für den Zutritt in die Wohnung und wir standen da wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt.

• Rita (9/5): Apartamento no coração de Roma, prático, confortável e muito bem localizado - A localização é excelente, mesmo ao lado da Piazza Navona. A casa é exactamente como vê nas fotografias. Ideal para 2 pessoas. O prédio é antigo, mas senti segurança. E sim, temos que subir 3 andares de escadas, mas é tranquilo. Eventualmente mais almofadas na cama, pois as que estão não são muito confortáveis e um ou outro utensílio de cozinha. Mas isto são pormenores.

We rented this beautiful apartment thinking we would have a romantic stay in the lovely city of Rome. However, as we explained, the toilet leak, the nauseating smell, and the constant humidity in the bathroom completely ruined our trip. The limited communication with the host and their slow response time left us with a bitter feeling. We travel twice a year, so this was a major disappointment. I would also like to mention the garbage bags as well as the damp sheets and towels we found behind the headboard, which did not help us sleep peacefully. We have sent you photos — what more can we do? We're not here to get money back, but we did invest a significant amount to enjoy a special trip in a romantic city (we were even lucky enough to see the new Pope Leo XIV). We would like Booking to take real action and go further than the quick compensation offered by the host. To be honest, we — especially my partner — often book through Booking, and we are truly disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I am asking you to conduct an investigation, to take our photos into account. As mentioned, we are not satisfied with your initial proposal, considering the state of the accommodation, which cost us nearly €700 for 4 nights! Thank you for taking the necessary steps. • Gergely (10/5): Nice, old, typical Roman house, with lots of life in it. Lovely to stay for 2-3 ppl, all is nearby. - All was remotely co-ordinated. After receiving the proper information (one phone call was required) all went smooth. The suit is well equipped and very clean. The communication with the landlady was great. There is an AC and a fan, so you can direct the airflow as you wish. A hint: move the bed from the AC to a diagonal corner. Kitchen is small but well equipped. In the bathroom it is a challange for ppl over 100kg or 190cm to enter the shower cabin, but manageable. Although the suite is in the heart of Rome, no street noise or traffic is audable. Community traffic is 1 minute walk (buses). The food and entertainment street is also 1 minute walk. Grocery is 10 minutes' walk away. It is important that the first entry through the street gate requires a call to a certain phone number. That number must be sent by the owner prior your entry to the building.
• Sarah (9/5): Lovely stay, great value, super convenient, awesome staff - Really great stay! Cold AC, great location by Campo do Fiori, Piazza Navono, close to Trevi and Pantheon, laundry washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, decent kitchenware for a rental, new sponges, new towels, dish and laundry detergent stocked, extra fan, extra blankets. Pharmacy and Pam local just a block away selling coffee pods, kitchen items if needed and good selection of grocery staples. Cristina accepted an 11:30pm panic call when Booking cancelled my reservation. Cristian was there in the morning and helped with our bags for a very early check-in. Quiet rooms. Queen bed was just fine, slept super well in the cold AC. Really loved “coming home” each day. Only since asked the negatives: the floors weren’t super clean at start but when coming home with black feet from walking the streets you tend to care less. As noted in listing, there is no elevator which is no big deal after walking Rome unless you have impaired mobility. The extra bed would not be for an adult with a sensitive back but it’s not as bad as a couch fold-out. Again, loved the stay, these things did not bother us.

• Katrina (10/5): Wonderful apartment! Great location! - Leutari Suite was wonderful! Exactly as described and a very good size apartment. The apartments in the building are all quiet and we didn't have any trouble with outside noises in the evenings. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed and we felt safe in it as well. The high ceilings are wonderful and make it feel larger. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

• Joanne (10/5): Location, comfort and an authentic Roman apartment feel. - Position is great - apartment is roomy with a very compact kitchen - but who is eating in when staying in Rome. End of street is a great alleyway of restaurants and trattoria, perfect spot for afternoon aperitivo. Two minutes to Piazza Navona, on bus line. Nothing not to like, the apartment was great - they are really clear about the 3 floor walk up, without an elevator, in the advertisement and the lovely Cristian helped two weary travellers.
• Özlem (10/5): It was great to enjoy history and Roman flavors in the center of Rome. - The location of Leutari Suite is absolutely perfect. Cristina returns messages promptly and is very attentive. Luca welcomed us, gave very clear information and helped us carry our luggage. There is also a file in the room with useful information. The room was quite clean, it was enough for us since we only used it for sleeping. My family and I also enjoyed experiencing an old Italian apartment building. In general, the apartment was quiet. The room is enough for a family of 3. There are many tools for you to use in the kitchen. Luca and Cristina, thank you very much. If we come to Rome again, we will choose you. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, this will be difficult for those with strollers, but you can solve the problem by leaving the car in the common area.

• Jrvalente (8/5): Relaxing with Beautiful Weather - The location is very central to the things I like to do. It is close to excellent restaurants. It is also in close proximity to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon and a short walk to the Coliseum. These things are not in any way a major issue. It would be nice to have one softer pillow. The only other disadvantage is that it is a third floor walk up but I knew that when I booked it as I stayed there before.
• Emma (9/5): Well located apartment only a few paces from Piazza Navona - This is a simple apartment in an internal courtyard style building in very convenient location just off of Piazza Navona. It has a double bed, shower, under counter fridge, washing machine and air conditioning, all of which work well. There was some daytime noise from the neighbours, one in particular played his music sufficiently loudly that another neighbour went to remonstrate with him. However, it was consistently quiet at night. The apartment is professionally run. We exchanged messages with Cristina, whereas we met Gea at check in. The hosts kindly allowed us to check in early and were willing to allow us to leave slightly late, though we ended up leaving ahead of the check out time. The outer security door to the building and the inner security gate to the staircase leading to the apartment were both left open by others on multiple occasions during our stay.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located in the very center of Rome. If you like to walk you can reach almost everything without use of public transportation. Our host Cristina was exceptional!
• Edita (10/5): Exceptional - At first, our plane landed very late, Cristina waited for us to let us into the apartment. Second- whole apartment with everything you will need at your stay. All devices are working, everything are clean. We founded coffee on the table, it was perfect thing first in the morning. Please note, that it is not a hotel, it is an apartment surrounded by local people. If you want the best location in Rome, to feel like a local- this apartment must be yours.
