Valeria (9/5): - La struttura è nuova, pulita e curata. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale. La posizione è ottima, permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi in meno di 10 min. L’hotel offre la possibilità di parcheggio sottostante con pagamento a parte, ma vista l’impossibilità di parcheggiare in centro è comunque molto comodo. Colazione discreta.

The hotel is in a perfect location right in the center of Tirana, making it very easy to visit the main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Everything was within walking distance, which made our trip much more enjoyable and convenient. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day and the hotel overall was very well maintained. One of the best parts of our experience was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. They were always available to help us with recommendations, transportation, and any questions we had during our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, with fresh food and a nice variety of options every morning. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available whenever we needed assistance or information about the city. The hotel itself is very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is situated in the heart of Tirana, close to restaurants, cafes, attractions, and all the important areas of the city. We could easily walk everywhere without needing transportation most of the time. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable every morning, and the atmosphere in the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. We also appreciated how safe and well organized everything was during our stay. What truly makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service. The staff genuinely care about guests and always try to make the experience as comfortable as possible. It is rare to find such hospitality and attention to detail. La camera era nuova e pulita, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al centro, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni, il che ci ha permesso di muoverci comodamente senza bisogno di mezzi. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto Ester , sempre pronto ad aiutare con informazioni e consigli. L’atmosfera generale dell’hotel è accogliente e curata, ideale sia per un breve weekend che per una permanenza più lunga. Seyda (1/5): - Lage war in Zentrum. Beim Auswählen des Zimmers krabbelte ein großes Insekt auf dem Bett. Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht; es wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt (das Reinigungspersonal war an dem Tag nicht da). In unserem Zimmer war deutlich ein unangenehmer Geruch; obwohl wir die Badezimmertür geschlossen hatten, war es sehr schlimm. Unsere Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht; in der zweiten Nacht konnten sie das Problem beheben. Der Check-out war um 11:00 Uhr. Ein männlicher Mitarbeiter vor Ort sagte, wenn wir auch nur 5 Minuten zu spät aus dem Zimmer kämen, müssten wir den Preis für einen weiteren Tag zahlen. So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt.

The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and very tasty. The only small thing missing was an extra hanger for clothes. The bed was absolutely amazing — very comfortable. There were a few minor technical issues: the bathtub drain (which was one of the reasons we chose this room) was not working, and there was a lighting issue as well. However, the staff promptly helped to resolve last problem.

marian (1/5): Serietà zero - La posizione Hotel vecchio pulizia scarsa colazione scadente e poca neanche un caffè o cappuccino.. inoltre avevo fatto ben due volte richiesta per mio figlio allergico al glutine mi avevano garantito la colazione e la mattina non c’era nullaaa ma veramente nulla.. rispondono che si erano dimenticati il bambino non ha potuto consumare niente inoltre avendolo anche pagato

Gloria (9/5): - The entrance was clean, tidy and decorated well. All the staff, especially Esther, was more than helpful to accommodate and answer any questions. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard. Breakfast was buffet style and again a very good selection, ceraels, cooked food, fruits etc all refilled often. Didn't like the fact that had mismatched wire hangers in wardrobe. No glass in the bathroom but was provided promptly when asked. Would have been nice to have kettle and tea in room should you have wanted to have a hot drink
