• oishi (7/5): 清潔感があって良かったです - カプセルが大きくて枕の形が自分に合っていて寝やすかったです。　ロッカーには大きめのスーツケースが入りました。 タオルは清潔で臭いもなく快適です。羽田からの朝早い便のための利用で寝るだけだったので料金が安いのはとても助かりました。　また利用したいと思います。 トイレは宿泊階についていますが洗面はできません。歯を磨くだけでもシャワールームに行かなければならないのが不便でした。　寝る場所とシャワールームとロッカーが全て違う階にあり、一つしかないエレベーターを使わなければならないのがとにかく面倒でした。

• Olivier (9/5): L'expérience à ne pas manquer ! - L'expérience à ne pas manquer, je suis resté 2 nuits et franchement l'établissement est super bien géré. Globalement c'est très propre, il y a des WC à chaque étage et un étage casier et douche ce qui permet d'éviter le bruit dans la partie dortoir. Tous les jours ils changent les draps et donnent de nouvelles serviettes (vous avez même un tapi de bain). La localisation est très bien et le métro à moins de 5 min. Le rapport envoyé pour le sommeil est hyper bien détaillé et très instructif. Pour terminer une vue sur la Tokyo Tower depuis le roof top qui vaut le détour ! Franchement rien à dire, je pense y retourner.

• Anne-Laure (7/5): - Très proche de la sortie de metro. Check in 24/24 très simple. Capsule confortable. Nous avons passé une nuit calme, mais prévoir boule quies et masque de nuit néanmoins car les autres clients peuvent aller et venir. Douches et sanitaires très propres. L'organisation entre les étages (douches sur un etage, locker sur un autre et capsule sur un différent encore) qui dépend fortement de la disponibilité de l'unique ascenseur.
• Michal (6/5): It's a great idea but unfortunately uneducated tourists may make your stay there unpleasant. - It's a proper capsule hotel - be aware your bed is separated just with a blind, there is no proper door to separate yourself from other guests sleeping in other capsules. The staff is very helpful and assist you with your queries immediately trying to support - I really appreciate their help on the issue which happened during my stay. As much as I like the idea of capsules unfortunately other guests may make your stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately Japanese hospitality may have its disadvantage - this nation is just too polite and not strict enough towards international tourists who do not respect minimum rules they are asked for. Foreigners leaving their smelly and dirty shoes next to their capsules make it impossible to fall asleep - it is a minimum ask the hotel has towards it's guests and they are not able to respect that, needless to say that you have to neighbor with travelers having clear misunderstanding what hygiene is. The concept is great but be aware that other travelers may not be on the same page with accepting rules, and I admire Japanese to for staying polite and friendly towards internationals disrespecting the rules to lock your smelly shoes and not bring them to your bed. It was just impossible to fall asleep because of the bad smell andI raised it in the middle of the night to the staff - their reaction was spotless and immediate - this proves how customer oriented and helpful the team of 9h is - they immediately ventilated the area, cleaned up dirty shoes of other guests and spread room deodorant around. This shows the issue with the stay is not on their side but on the other misbehaving travelers.

• eiko (6/5): - 清潔あり、10階は開放感があり、景色がとても良かった。 シャワー室やドライヤーの数がたくさんご用意されていた。 トイレも混まずにすみました。 深夜でも利用客が定期的にチェックインしてカプセルに入っていた為、その都度起きてしまい、眠れなかった。

• Flávia (4/5): Péssima ! - Sinceramente eu não gostei e não ficaria de novo . Além de tudo ser separado ( em diferentes andares) , o local de banho é no primeiro andar , eu dormi no nono andar e a minha bagagem ficou no terceiro andar, imagine a função perde ai quase 40 min só para tomar banho e sem contar que todo dia tem que tirar tudo da cama para eles arrumarem. Não vi necessidade, fiquei 4 noites e todos os dias eu tinha que tirar tudo e colocar de novo depois . E sem contar que a comunicação foi pessima eu tinha café da manhã incluso , ninguém me falou ( porque não é todo mundo que tem ) , eu não perguntei, por fim paguei pelo café da manhã e não tive . Não gostei da acomodação, e não ficaria de novo ! Não vale a pena !

J'ai fait une demande pour changer ma réservation même avec un supplément mais ils ne veulent rien savoir j'ai perdu mes deux jours de réservation. Hôtel pas du tout commerçant.

• Tetsuya (7/5): グッドなカプセル、バッドなエレベーター - 久しぶりにホントのカプセルで寝ました。ドミトリーの二段ベッドやカプセルとうたいながら手作りの仕切りだったりのところも多いが。まあ値段とバランスが取れていれば良いのだけど。9hours さんはガチのカプセルでガタガタミシミシしなくて快適でした。 男性の場合の話です。一番出入りするロッカーやシャワー、洗面所のある2階と1階のエントランスの行き来は階段も使えるように是非して欲しい。狭い立地とは言え、奥に非常階段はあるが平時は使用禁止。エレベーターは2基あるが男女別で遅い。建築基準法で非常階段の常用は禁止でしたっけ？朝晩の忙しい時間帯ではわずか一つ上や下の階の移動に5分掛かる、気がしました。寝るだけなのカプセルへの行き来は実際一往復ですみましたから、こちらは階段なくても問題は少ないかと。僕は今回急ぐ必要がなかったのでいいですが、ビジネスで使いたい人やイラチな人は無理かもしれません。今の時代は当たり前なのかな？思わぬところに落とし穴。

• Angela Constanza (5/5): Recomendado solo para trabajos - Puedes ver la torre de tokyo y las duchas son maravillosas, además de que te entregan algunas cosas como el pijama, toallas, cepillo de dientes y tapa oidos El colchón era muy duro, pero mas allá de eso, tuve que dormir todos los dias con la cabeza hacia la salida de la capsula porque había un desnivel en mi cama, a mi amiga le pasó exactamente lo mismo. Es terrible tener que salir todos los días a cierta hora para volver en la tarde después de la limpieza, se agradece la limpieza pero el tener que forzarnos a salirme me pareció muy molesto. La cápsula en si es buena si vas por poco tiempo, con poco equipaje o vas por trabajo. Se agradecen los lockers pero dada la cantidad de cosas que habíamos comprado la mayoria quedó en el piso de abajo. Ni hablar de todas las prohibiciones que tiene el lugar, restricciones de horarios para uso de la zona superior, etc. Creo que fue una experiencia que viví y NO repetiría nunca, porque por el valor podriamos haber pagado algún hotel para estar mas cómodas

• Annas (1/5): Le pire capsule hotel, et le pire hôtel tout court de ma vie. Un repaire crade, des vestiaires odorants et moisis, et un - De dehors, l’hotel est esthétique. L’intérieur, s’il était propre, le serait tout autant. L’hotel est dans un niveau d’hygiène déplorable. Pour avoir essayé plusieurs capsule hotel dans ma vie, celui-là était de loin le pire. Il rassemble toutes les craintes qu’on peut avoir dans ce genre d’hotel. On vous donne un ticket avec un matricule, que vous devez balader dans tout l’hotel. Il vous donne votre numéro de casier, casiers qui ne sont pas au même étage que votre capsule. Donc si vous voulez vous changer il faut faire un aller retour au 2e étage. Les casiers sont directement a côté des nombreuses douches, donc dites bonjour à l’humidité dans vos casiers et donc, dans vos affaires. Les parties communes (locker room + douches) étaient sales, très sales, tapissées de taches et d’ordures, odorantes (une odeur de vestiaire de foot), et peu sécurisées. Les casiers en hauteur ne sont absolument pas pratiques et sont trop petits pour y insérer un sac sans forcer. La salle dortoir est également dans un état similaire. Une odeur de renfermé enveloppe la pièce, dans laquelle tout le monde ne respecte pas l’interdiction de chaussures. Les toilettes sont a cet endroit, et pour les avoir essayés, une forte odeur de vomi m’a empêché d’y faire toute affaire. Ma femme et moi n’avons pas pu supporter tout cela, et avons, au bout d’une dizaine de minutes et sans utiliser la moindre installation ou amenity préparés pour nous, demandé un check out immédiat et un remboursement pour toutes les raisons mentionnées. Les deux employés ont refusé catégoriquement et sans justification, alors que tout ce qu’ils ont préparé était encore inutilisé et allait donc être vendu a quelqu’un d’autre sans aucun inconvénient pour eux. Ils ont ensuite explosé de rire lorsqu’on est sorti. Fort heureusement, a quelques mètres de là, et pour un peu moins cher, nous avons pu passer une très agréable nuit à l’infiniment plus confortable, propre et respectueux de ses hôtes Henn na hotel, ce qui a sauvé notre soirée. N’oubliez pas de nous remercier pour les 10000 yen que nous vous avons...

I paid for breakfast, and was given a ticket to go to Tully’s cafe. It wasn’t straightforward to find the cafe, and the set you can get with the breakfast ticket are terrible, totally not worth it.
