- Verified traveler (10/5): Çok teşekkürler - Otel harbiyede Osmanbey metrosuna 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, çok tatlı ve sakin bir sokakta. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Sistem üzerinden hata oluşmuş, küçük odaya rezervasyon yapmıştık ancak dolu olunca bizi mağdur etmemek için büyük oda verdiler. Odada mini buzdolabı, kettle, kahve, çay, su, temiz havlu vardı. Sıcak su da akıyordu ve hem oda hem banyo temizdi. Kesinlikle tekrardan kalırız burada çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkürler

- Mehdi (9/5): Superb - My family had a great 2-week stay at Wide Suite Taksim. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive throughout. Thank you to all the staff for making their stay so pleasant!
- Rika (7/5): Relaxing and close to the convention centre and taksim square - While small the room was sufficient, and being a bit away from the elevator helped with quietness. Staff very responsive to needs and WiFi worked well. The mattress was dented and uneven. While the venue is smoke free there is a little court yard where people go smoke which is bothersome. While it's easy to walk around there is no consideration from smokers who smoke at the entrances of shops and in the streets.

Bad cleaning (mold in the shower, no liquids, sometimes no drink water, toilet paper, clean towels, slippers). Equipment is too old and part of it is broken (there is no shower door, main light in the room does not work, broken threshold, rusty batteries, no glass for toothbrush). Administration solved obvious cleaning issues, but only after second or third time I asked them.

Property is around 900m aways from Taksim square metro. It has a small kitchen with hot plate and property gives you utiensil to heat your food. Its around 50m inside main road

I chose it based on the ratings I saw on the site, which unfortunately was very different from the reality for me. Many things need to be new or repaired. - Татьяна (10/5): Second time but not the last - I have not got the breakfast, there were cooking facilities,so I managed to have my own choice. The l9cation is great if you want to be close to Taxim,Istsiklal, and especially Havaist-shuttle busese stop to airports and back. It is up and down landscape there,so the hotel was chosen due to possibility to walk with the suitcase without "feeling a mule mode". The staff is great, every time I stayed there, receptionists and even cleaners spoke English. And Russian. And always try to satisfy the expectations. Had an early flight and arrived to a hotel at about 7 am, the staff did their best to provide the room ASAP. Slight refubrishment might be nice.
- Avin (7/5): Good place if you are flexible enough! - In general, it was ok. All clean and good. Nice staff, good location; But it’s honestly a bit strange to write a review for this place as I think we had a little bit of bad luck with us. On our first night of stay the electricity went out. Which was nobody’s fault of course but our night was kind of ruined. It was fixed the day after. Then on the second night of our stay, the air conditioner in the room suddenly stopped working. The staff were nice enough to change our room immediately to a better room with a working air conditioner UNTIL at the third night, the second’s room air conditioner stopped working too 😅 which was ridiculous. And this time, when we told them, they said a technician will come to check it, but nobody showed up! And so we were basically baked in the room because of the heat! Which was rather annoying. But at the end, it was a good value for money! If we consider our situation a bad luck, the only problem was that there was not enough toilet papers in the room. And have in mind that the room on the ground floor, basically feels like a basement. Which is what you pay for of course, cause it’s cheaper.
- Gulcan (7/5): Good - The hotel is on a quiet street, yet very close to Taksim Square. Public transportation to main attractions is convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the building has an elevator. The best part was the staff, who were friendly and attentive. The maintenance at the hotel needs improvement. We had to switch rooms because the AC in our first room was leaking water. In the new room, the toilet bowl was loose, the shower door was stuck, and the curtains were partially fallen. Regular checks of the rooms are necessary to fix these issues. Unfortunately, the room, especially the bathroom, was not cleaned well, and the towels did not smell fresh. Addressing these problems would make this hotel excellent.
- William (8/5): Quiet, comfortable and convenient 2-night stay - would stay again and longer! - Front desk staff Arta, Ali and Kerem were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious with a kitchenette. Well-located on a quiet back street close to shops, restaurants and transport and only a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi. No complaints.

- Olha (6/5): Suitable for short stay, but experience was not satisfying. - We stayed in the triple room for 2 nights. The room was cleaned regularly. All toiletries were provided. Complementary water bottles were nice. We booked this room because it was supposed to have equipped kitchen. We had fridge and stove, but no appliances to cook in. We had an ironing board but no iron. Also one of the window was broken, so we couldn’t close it fully. There was a noise from the street below at night because of it. Also, somehow beds are not very comfortable although they look nice and clean.

It's in the central part and easily accessible to Taksim and Besiktas. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Totally recommended!

They sent a video to explain how to get in after reception closed, but in the end the reception was still open when we arrived. The name is too similar the names of other accommodations nearby. as a result a taxi took us to the wrong place.
