• Christina (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο μετρό και επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα. Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη. Ήταν η βασική, είχε καθαρά σεντόνια/πετσέτες, οι επιφάνειες και το πάτωμα δεν ήταν τέλεια (overall 7/10 καθαριότητας). Θα μπορούσε να έχει κάποια παραπάνω καθαριστικά (πχ. επιφάνειας, σφουγγάρι για τα πιάτα). Δεν είχε σαπούνι χεριών σε 2 μπάνια. Μικρά πράγματα που μπορούν να βελτιώσουν στο μέλλον.

• Comischell (8/5): Nice place to stay with a group. - The location was great! Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. Spacious. Private and separate bedrooms. Comfortable. Nice place once we found it and figured out lockboxes. Only one tablet for dishwasher and laundry machine not great. Had to buy supplies. Several light bulbs out.

• Claire (6/5): Amazing apartment BUT VERY BAD Service and support - Looks like on the pictures. Spacious, very bedrooms and bathroom. Well located and close to metro station. Very kind neighbors. Elevator. Fairly noisy on street side (1 bedroom) but very quiet on courtyard side. The service was awful: when we arrived building have been changed and apparently Urban Melody was not aware… a very kind neighbor let us use her building access key during our stay. However Urban Melody did not manage to give us a copy of the key, they only contacted us to ask something and always very last minute! Like they expected us to be at home all the time to help them fix the key issue. And they never thanked us for informing them, managing a solution without their help, or just to help them. Very disappointed as they asked us to rate them 10 while never answering our requests!

• Cyril (10/5): Great stay for a family of 8. The place could fit up to 15 pax because of how big the place it. Modern design and applia - spacious and modern elevator was too small, and ground floor and hallways looked a bit scary since the lights turn off at night

Location is near a metro station, so easy acces to all the hotspots. Is modern with fast internet, every room has a smart TV, with is great stream Netflix, Youtube etc. Would stay again.
• Lucy (10/5): Fabulous apartment in great location - Absolutely stunning apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished with comfy sofa's to relax on and beds to sleep well to recharge the batteries for the next day. Great location only a short walk from the parks or the metro to see the rest of Athens. The host Esmerelda was a charm to deal with. Exceptionally helpful with any queries. I would highly recommend staying here if you go to Athens. When we return we will be staying in the same place.
