• ANITA (9/5): The place to be ! - The room is exactly like the pictures. Lots of facilities can be used and everything is perfectly clean. The AC is working very well and the bed is big and nice to sleep. There are free bottles of water and clean towels everyday. There is a lift, so no worry for luggages and for elderly parents. The house owner is extremely nice and helpful. The house is on a small road, extremely calm, even if the main street is very noisy and busy. We would definitely come back. Nothing really. Except the fire alarm in the middle of the night because someone on the other floor smokes or cooks, which prevents us from sleeping but the problem is solved very quickly. So it means the house is very safe :)

The hotel is also quite small, what I also like. I can recommend if you prefer being close to center and still calm environment. Maybe having some more plates available would be nice.

• jamie (10/5): Perfect location, spotless, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Bargain at the price - Loved this place. Only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed longer easily. Excellent communication with host. Was very clean, very comfortable and peaceful. I had 2 amazing nights of sleep. The location is perfect, walkable to everything of significance and down an alley (a nice alley not a dingy one) so it’s lovely and quiet. 30 min grab car from airport around 130k dong. Not a bad word to say about the place. If you’re staying for a while it would be perfect as well as had a fully stocked kitchen and the room is very big, dining table even sofa and coffee table. No negatives really

• Davide (9/5): - Excellent studio in city center, in a cozy street far from the noise of traffic but just 5 mins walk from the heart of the District 1. The studio was wide, clean and well equipped (hairdyer, microwave, water heater, wifi, tv, AC etc...). The staff was kind, they allowed us to leave our luggages for hours after the check-out. The reception is open until 6PM, for any problem just text them at their emergency number or in the Booking chat, they reply fast no matter what time is. Nothing serious: the ceiling had two little moldy stains.

Есть микроволновка, мультиварка. Кровать большая, удобная. Отель находится в тупиковом проулке, от этого никакого шума нет. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Мы обошли все пешком. Персонал почти не видели, наше пребывание попало на выходные дни. Но полотенца меняли ежедневно. И воду оставляли. Отель рекомендую!
• Julia (9/5): Würde wieder hier her kommen! :) - Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Das Bett war super gemütlich! Ausstattung war auch top. Einziger minus Punkt war kein Fenster in unserem Zimmer. Aber hat im Endeffekt nicht wirklich gestört.

• Anna Maes (10/5): Quiet Gem in the Busting City - Woody House is tucked away in a small alley just off the main street, situated on a quiet dead-end that feels worlds away from the urban noise. The space itself is impressively spacious, featuring a long, useful counter in the living area and an abundance of closet and cabinet space for storage. The big window has black-out curtains. The amenities are well-thought-out for a comfortable stay, including well equipped kitchen, a full-size fridge and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, plentiful hot water, and practical additions like hooks and a drying shelf. The location is exceptionally convenient; we were able to walk to all major sightseeing spots within 15 to 20 minutes. The manager, Tam Nguyen, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with detailed information well before our arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a serene home base in the heart of the city. Nothing

Apartament znajduje się w bardzo przyjemnej, cichej uliczce w centrum, dzięki czemu można odpocząć od miejskiego hałasu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i zadbane. Ma świetne biurko do pracy oraz osobny stół, przy którym można spokojnie coś zjeść. Meble są w bardzo dobrym stanie – nie są stare ani poobdzierane, co naprawdę robi różnicę w porównaniu z wieloma innymi miejscami. Duży plus za dobrze działającą klimatyzację, która w tym klimacie jest bardzo ważna. Na górze znajduje się też mały taras, gdzie można usiąść i chwilę odpocząć. Dodatkowo jest możliwość zrobienia prania za darmo i powieszenia go na miejscu, co bardzo mi odpowiadało – miałam pewność, że rzeczy są wyprane w odpowiedniej temperaturze. Szczerze mówiąc żałuję tylko jednego – że nie znalazłam tego apartamentu od samego początku mojego pobytu w Ho Chi Minh.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da, für längere Aufenthalte wäre es sicherlich noch besser, da die Unterkunft voll ausgestattet ist. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal nach Saigon kommen.

The room was large with a self contained kitchen and bathroom. Also had a decent desk and separate eating table. I'd happily stay here again

• Nastiya212 (10/5): Просторно, комфортно, чисто. - Понравилось все. Расположение удобное, рядом кафе, магазины, достопримечательности. Находится жилье в проулке, но найти его не составило труда. Мы данное расположение оценили как плюс, т.к. было очень тихо, шум дорог не слышен вовсе. Да, вид на соседнее здание, но это не парит. Очень милая женщина на ресепшн. Работает она с 9 до 6, мы выселялись рано, оставили ключик на ее столе и просто захлопнули дверь. Вход все равно возможен только с ключом. Номер просторный, чистый, есть кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, рисоваркой и плиткой. Холодильник морозит супер. Кондиционер тоже замораживает. Но в кровать не дует. Большой шкаф, стол, есть телевизор. Отдельно стоит обеденный стол со стульями. Очень удобный диванчик со столиком. Кровать большая, удобная с белоснежным бельем. Полотенца чистые, ароматные, 5 штук для двоих. С/у небольшой, но комфортный, хорошая душевая. Есть фен, мыло, гель, шампунь. WI-fi работает хорошо, без перебоев. Не было такого.

A cut above others I've stayed in - In the heart of District 1, and a short Grab from Bui Vien, Ben Thanh etc. Perfect check-in, and trouble-free entry when the front desk is not manned. Even the elevator has air-con! The shower is a bit 'compact', but it's powerful, the apartment was spotless, and it's great value for money. Highly recommended. Struggling to find anything significant. The air con could go below 18 degrees, so it took a little while to get cool. Everything else was perfect.

Noi abbiamo alloggiato nel monolocale executive: molto grande, con tutto l’occorrente necessario e un bagno comodo, con doccia chiusa (che abbiamo scoperto essere una rarità in Vietnam!). Lo staff ci ha gentilmente aspettato un quarto d’ora dopo l’orario di chiusura della reception per un check in più agevole e ci ha tenuto i bagagli l’ultimo giorno dopo il check out. Non ha la comodità di una reception aperta h24, ma entrare e uscire è comunque molto semplice e lo si può fare in libertà.

Det er ingen støy fra trafikk eller naboer. Vi sover veldig godt. Rommet er usedvanlig rent. Badet er rent. Sengetøyet er rent og komfortabelt. Rommet er romsligere enn vanlig hotellrom med sittegruppe. Det er klimaanlegg og rommet er bra ventilert. Vi kan parkere vår motorsykkel gratis og trygt i kjelleren. Hotellverten gir oss alle informasjonene og svarer raskt. Vi kan dessuten vaske klær gratis. Vi vil overnatte i Woody House Saigon Center igjen neste gang. • Lauren (10/5): If we ever get the chance to come back we could want to stay at Woody House again. - Woody House was a brilliant place to stay. It has great decor - very cosy and comfortable. Very open, airy and light with lots of space. Our room had everything we could need - lots of storage, a sofa, table to eat at, TV, microwave etc. The shower and bathroom space was great - brilliant water pressure and warm water (which can sometimes be hard to get in some Vietnam accommodation!) Everything was very clean too. We ended up extending our stay at Woody house as we were so happy there. Location is brilliant - it is amongst everything you would want to visit, from the food market to the war museum - but is tucked away down a side street so that it is not busy and loud while you’re trying to sleep. Honestly a wonderful stay. Everything was great.

Small discomfort is that it can be quite hot for the person lying at the side near window during the night. Air conditioner couldn't reach me.

• Suzanne (10/5): A fabulous studio in an amazingly peaceful alley right downtown. - This is an amazingly quiet studio in a great central position, as it is positioned in a small dead end alley which comes off a busy roundabout. It is just like the pictures show, and the house the studio is in only has a few floors, so it is like an oasis of calm amid the frantic downtown. Close to everything really. The house entrance is closed up by shutters so make sure to have the door code before arriving in case you get there outside of office hours.

One thing I deeply appreciate is the air conditioner, which continues to run even when you're not in the room. You'll be grateful for the cool air when you return. This is much better than five-star hotels that operate their air conditioning with a card key. I didn't find one thing to mention.

Very good location near many attractions. The place is just off a busy street but is far enough away to be quite. The room overall was clean but there was an odd stain on the floor near the fridge. Very minor though and didn't affect the quality of the our stay.

It was located on a quiet street which was a major plus point. It was super comfortable and convenient. There was minimal to no interaction with the staff. But this was not a major issue at all. Just a difference from the other places we stayed at in Vietnam :)

Lady at the reception was friendly and took care of our luggage after check out. They have washing machines and clothes drying area for guests to use. Shower pressure could be a little better but we were in the 4th floor.
