• Anna (10/5): - Klimatyczne, stylowe wnętrze, cicho, czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżko, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia (kawa, herbata, przemiły słodko - owocowy poczęstunek na powitanie), super lokalizacja - bardzo dogodny dojazd tramwajem z lotniska i do Starówki, doskonały kontakt z gospodynią (nie spotkaliśmy się z Anną, ale była w każdej chwili dostępna na WhatsApp lub przez sms, ze szczegółowymi instrukcjami i radami). Szczególnie dziękujemy za mapkę turystyczną i za podpowiedzi co zobaczyć i zjeść :-)

• Heli (10/5): Suloinen pieni hotelli ja ystävällinen palvelu. Suosittelen! - Sijainti on hieman sivussa keskustassa, mutta sieltä pääsee hyvin liikkumaan. Anna oli uskomattoman ystävällinen, hotelli kaunis ja siisti. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Olimme tyytyväisiä kaikkeen.
• Barteld (10/5): Wonderful experience in a tranquil neighbourhood but close to the city centre - We were very warmly welcomed by Anna, who gave us lots of tips and recommendations of things to visit. We liked the tranquility of the neighbourhood and peaceful garden. Nothing.
• Loretta (10/5): - Everything! We had the loveliest time here. The house is beautiful, it really does feel like a home away from home. We especially loved all the little details - the information on Florence, the goodies baskets, the tubs in the fridge, the homemade bath products. So much thought and care, which was very much appreciated after having been away from home for many days. And the bed was so comfortable. There was nothing to dislike.

La chambre était parfaite, très calme, très confortable, très propre, dans une jolie maison ancienne. Le tram pour le centre ville est à quelques minutes de marche seulement. Merci Anna pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue! Nous serions ravis de revenir chez Anna lors d'un nouveau séjour à Florence. La salle de bain est toute petite mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gênés.

De accomodatie was erg compleet: alles en meer was aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf. We werden verwelkomt met een mandje met eten en drinken. Erg fijn na een lange reis. De bereikbaarheid is goed en het ligt in een rustige straat.

• Oleksandra (10/5): - A great place to stay in Florence! It has everything you need, and the host thought of every detail. Air conditioning was a lifesaver, and my room had a private patio. Close to public transport and high ceilings which evoke the feeling of a meticulously renovated, historic Italian residence.
• Laura (10/5): Absolutely fabulous. - I cannot recommend this place enough. Upon check in, we were greeted with a welcome basket complete with juices, fruits, biscuits, maps, and recommendations etc. Our bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo, handmade soaps, makeup pads, q tips, a nail file and even micellar water and organic face and body moisturiser. The attention to detail was second to none, the room was very clean and spacious too, and we had our own shelf in the fridge and access to all the kitchen facilities and shared living room. The hosts ensured we knew they were available at any moment via whatsapp etc. I would stay here again for sure. Perhaps for those walking places, the location is not as central as someone may like, but there are many modes of public transport minutes from the building.

• Andressa (3/5): Confrontational host. - Anna was very welcoming. The room smelled amazing when I arrived, and she thoughtfully left a map of Florence, and great restaurant recommendations. The location is convenient; there are bus stops nearby, and it’s about a 30-minute walk to many major tourist sites. It was quiet at night, and the neighborhood felt safe. The bathroom was clean, but there was an uncovered window facing nearby apartments. At night, it felt uncomfortable knowing someone could potentially see inside. I had to hang a towel over it for privacy. Bathroom windows should really be covered to ensure guest comfort. Also, the bed felt slightly uneven. Not exactly a dip, but something was off. It wasn’t a big issue for a short stay, but might bother someone with back problems. This is an update on my original review, responding to the property manager: After booking the room, I requested a check-in time of 12:00 p.m., to which you replied: "We will try to prepare your room as soon as possible. But if it is not ready when you arrive, you can leave your bags..." Based on the possibility that I MIGHT have access to my room, I decided to arrive later. So I officially CONFIRMED my check-in window as 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. I arrived before 8 p.m., not knowing that the arrival time had to be precise. In response to my complaint about the bed, saying that the couple who stayed after me gave you a 10 in the partial evaluation of the quality of the bed doesn’t help anyone. That’s great for them. But I thought the bed was terrible, and that should be enough. Regarding the bathroom, I repeat: the picture you sent shows a different view, and that’s very confusing. I took pictures of the view from my bathroom window as well and they don't match. You should be able to handle a small amount of criticism and move on. You shouldn't have sent me several messages about how great you were, how you waited for me, how you allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out, as if that's such an uncommon practice. I understand this is your business, and I wasn’t trying to damage it, but I don’t appreciate how confrontational you were. Please do not send me any further messages.

Maybe a bit further away from downtown Florence that would be ideal. There is tram that takes you there in 20 minutes.

And sooo clean. The place is quiet, we slept really well and with the tram (which goes every few minutes) it is not so far to the city centre. Moreover, you have everything needed very close (caffeteria, restaurant, groceries). The owners are very very kind and helpful. Thank you both for everything 🙂

Anna maintains it to a great standard and supplies everything you could need for your stay, including plenty of helpful information about Florence and the area. Anna you are a great host! Location is a bit further out of town but easy enough to get around using the tram or by foot (half hour walk to main train station and centre of town).

During check in you are getting recommendations about Florence (where to eat, which places to visit). I recommend them, because these places are local, tasty and chip. • Yuji (10/5): Great apartment within walking distance to the great sights - Anna and Giovanni were very helpful and addressed any issues we had promptly. The location is a bit of a walk, but still walking distance to all the amazing sights in Florence. Stayed for the 3rd Thursday of the month, so had to park a bit further away as the streets had to be cleaned during the night. Anna gave us clear instructions though to address this issue.

They were truly attentive and delightful hosts. The house we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were charming. There are markets and lovely restaurants in the vicinity. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to the city center, and there is also a tram option nearby. Florence is undoubtedly a breathtaking city. Staying at Rooms by Anna was definitely the right choice in this beautiful city. Thank you once again very much!

• Cynthia (10/5): Springtime in Firenze - Anna and Giovanni are gracious hosts; they met us at the home to orient us to the facilities and provide recommendations. The house is gorgeous, with spacious rooms. Our room had an external bathroom, with robes and lovely handmade soaps by Anna provided. The room also had a back alcove to sit in in the evenings to unwind. Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen had all the necessities, and there's a nice secluded backyard. As light travelers staying for 6 nights, we appreciated having a washing machine to use. The location is less touristy, with local shops and residential homes, which we prefer to truly get a sense of a place. We found a great cafe, gelato, and pizzeria nearby. The tram was also close by to reach Firenze center easily. Despite the proximity to the train, you could barely hear them. We heartedly recommend Rooms by Anna and would definitely stay there if we return for a visit.

• Nil (8/5): Very good - The facility has everything you might need from coffee/tea, a room for reading/watching tv, a balcony facing the yard and even some socks to keep your feet warm. The rooms are really prettty and there was even a couch of sorts to lay down on. Bath products are handmade by Anna or organic which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was really small but functional. One issue is if you stay here at cold temperatures your feet are frozen when you step on cold marble floors :/ i wish there were some carpets or flip flops to limit the contact.

• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of the most incredible places we have been fortunate enough to stay at so far during our travels in Europe. Anna is an absolutely phenomenal host who is extremely communicative through messaging and will go out of her way to ensure you have the most comfortable stay possible. We were greeted with a welcome box including fruit and biscuits, and as much information as you could possibly need about Florence. Our room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, and all the amenities we required could be found onsite including a kitchen and laundry. It is worth noting that the location is around 30 minutes to the centre of Florence by walking, and we did not see many restaurants/shops in the immediate vicinity that interested us.

• Tiantian (10/5): Exceptional - The guesthouse is very easy to locate. With instructions from Anna and Google Map, you can’t miss it. It’s in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket nearby, you can get everything you want. The guesthouse is super clean and comfortable. We had the best rest there. Anna and Giovanni are very kind, attentive to the little details. We felt like home.
• Delano (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hosts, appartment was big and tidy, lot of facilities and close to the tram. Also very quiet neighbourhood.

• Bopanna (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in florence - Anna and her husband are very kind people. they gave us a lot of information about restaurants and places to visit. They allowed us to check in early and infact waited for us for 2 hours as our train was delayed The house is very big with shared kitchen and garden and a living room.Bedrooms and bathroom are Private and not shared . House has 2 levels. The house is very clean. Everything you need is there The attention to detail is astonishing like umbrellas .. socks..sweing set etc etc..Once of the best places I've stayed Very big bedrooms..spacious bathrooms.. lot of towels.. handmade soaps.. comfortable beds... Toys for the kids.. Tram station is 5 min walk. Nothing to complain. everything was good..

• Mikołaj (10/5): Wonderful room in a very quiet neighbourhood. Recommended for families. - Anna and her husband are such an amazing people. They let us do the early checkin, showed everything in the neighbourhood and also recommended some great restaurants. The room itself is lovely, very clean and spacious with beautiful garden.
• Gabriel (10/5): Excellent hosts - Anna and Giovanni are very kind. We loved the recommendations they left. The house is very well cared for and the location was great as well. The window for our room (mughetto) had a screen which I assume is for insects. However, it is not fully closed on the lower side so some mosquitoes could slip in.

Anna has prepared really useful folder with all needed information what is around and also with her suggestions for restaurants. Anna’s complimentary fruit basket and cookies and home made soap were a lovely touch. Excellent supermarket nearby and only a few tram stops to the centre. Highly recommended. I liked everything.

We had everything we needed and got useful tips from Anna and her husband what to see in Firenze. The location is nice, near the tram station. I would definitely recommend a stay by Anna.
