Tawny (6/5): - The location of the property was great and the interior was as described. There was construction going on in the building and the space swelled terribly of chemicals, giving everyone in our party headaches. We reached out immediately and suggested several solutions. The property owners were slow to respond and never provided a solution during our week-long stay. I do not recommend this property, or the host. The person that checked us in told us they have hundreds of properties in Florence.

Lil (10/5): Excellent luxury apartment a block to duomo - Fantastic location, right in the center of everything minutes to duomo, easy walking to all sights wonderful space, very comfortable with two bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo. Lift to the third floor. Street noise all night but to be expected in the middle of the city
Karla (7/5): Beautiful apartment located in a prime location! - Excellent location. Beautiful apartment, however, it was not ready for our "late arrival", we needed to leave so housekeeping could finish with an okay job. They did not offer a cleaning /towel service etc for a 9 night stay with 5 guests. We were left with 5 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper. lol! When trying to contact management for questions, they didn't respond. The apartment did have washing machine, but thick towels took longer than a day to dry. Some maintenance issues need to be taken care of as well.
