• Diana (6/5): - La cercanía con el centro de Santa María Novella, puedes ir caminando a cenar, al súper, a la estación Tuvimos inconvenientes con la calefacción, una de las noches no tuvimos calefacción y tuvimos que pasar demasiado frío, esto ocasionó que algunos de nuestro grupo se enfermaran por el frío. La respuesta para solventar este problema no fue efectiva ni pronta, mágicamente la calefacción apareció funcionando otro día por la noche pero igual hacía mucho frío, lo digo en comparación al momento en que el apartamento fue entregado. En cuanto al subir al apartamento realmente lo consideramos muy incómodo al trasladar valijas, el ascensor no nos pareció muy seguro
• Alia (4/5): Shabby, not chic. Avoid. - The location was useful for the conference centre at the fortress, and easy walking of the city centre sights. Also, a moment’s walk to the tram, which runs directly to the airport in 20 minutes. Shabby rather than chic, with a poorly equipped kitchen, broken and old electrical sockets. Poorly maintained furnishings with the worst beds and bedding we have encountered in years of global travel. Ignore the photos. It looks nothing like this. You will need a lot of mosquito spray and coils too (we were all bitten overnight, ventilation is poor) and bring own tea towels. Bathrooms were clean, showers hot albeit hoses broken or rusted with some black mould evident in seals. No response from agent / landlord to requests for additional electrical extensions to be able to plug in lighting for the rooms. Clearly uncared for and reviews and comments have been ignored by the agents.

• Marlen (8/5): Good but needs some polishing - Location is good. Close to train station which is convenient for traveling by train. Plenty of space. High ceiling. Big terrace, great for breakfasts. 3 bathrooms. Overall our stay was good so fine to stay once more but some areas could be improved to make it perfect. Apartment wasn't very clean. Dusty floor so socks got dirty immediately. Probably they walk in shoes inside. So did the guy who came for cleaning. He did not look very qualified for this. Terrace needs cleaning. Broken pieces of glass all over it, dirt, leaves. Trash in bins present. Some of us got injured. Some matresses are pressed through, hard to sleep. All bathrooms cannot be locked from inside, uncomfortable to do your business. Power socket not working in small corner bedroom. All the lamps there are fake-no sockets to plug in.

• Joseph (9/5): Good place to stay in Florence. Large space for couples traveling together or larger groups Decent variety of restau - Easy access from the train station. Plenty of space for groups traveling together. Nice outdoor space.
• Cynthia (10/5): Gem near train station - Spacious 4 bed 3 bath apartment. Not to mention the huge patio out back. 1 floor walkup, but there is a small elevator. Clean and comfortable, we'll equipped kitchen if you feel the need. Fantastic location, just 7 minutes walk from the train station and most major attractions. Nothing.

• Pepe (8/5): Great apartment in great location - A great location, very convenient, very spacious, you can walk everywhere easily from the apartment and despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. Had a lovely terrace that is very under advertised which we enjoyed sitting out on every evening.... They were very good communicators, a really nice guy met us and let us in. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were v good, with good showers and clean. Overall we had a happy stay and it was ideal for the family. The kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. No sharp knives, only one chopping board. No cloths for drying up dishes (luckily we had brought our own having read previous reviews) and really....the cleaning team could do a better job....the terrace needs a good old sweep, dust under the beds and on the radiators was pretty thick and really, I feel you are missing a trick with your great terrace which could be made beautiful at very little cost...the swing chair is ripped, there is a broken chair dumped in the corner, a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss and even the broom provided was broken so even when we wanted to sweep, we couldn't. But this is just feedback designed to be helpful. Overall we had such a fabulous five nights in Florence and we would comeback and would recommend it.
• Sara (9/5): Superb - Great property - it was very clean and loved the open layout and way more spacious than expected. Our family stayed very comfortably and loved the large balcony - it was also great leaving the doors open to the kitchen and cooking together! Was worried about the location at first because it looked a little far from city center for 2 kids to walk but it wasn't an issue. Check-in was also very easy as Mirko met us at the property - he was super nice and helpful!

• Anonymous (5/5): While the location on this apartment was good, I could not recommend it based on the issues with the power and AC - at l - The apartment was spacious and in a good location. The air conditioning was barely functional and we stayed there the hottest week of the summer. We consistently lost power and spent most of the time there in the dark trying to prevent losing the AC.
• Bambi (9/5): Superb - Large apartment with well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms with good showers and hot water and great sitting/reading room. Although only on first floor, accessible by lift. Great outdoor space, would be good in warmer weather No dishwashing detergent or sponges or washing powder for washing machine. While we were advised of a late arrival fee, our train was delayed beyond our control and although we explained and sent through all appropriate correspondence, we were still charged the fee
