- Guilherme (7/5): Localizada perto da área turística de Shinjuku - Localizado bem perto da area turística de Shinjuku, do lado de uma loja de conveniência. Não gostei do cheiro do apartamento quando cheguei, tive que pedir para abrir a janela. A localização não é muito legal para famílias. Perto de motéis e casas de dança.

Se si è in cerca di una struttura con locali/bar vicini, è quella giusta. 7 11 sotto all’hotel e bella vista sui grattacieli più belli di Shinjuku Per chi desidera stare più in tranquillità, suggerisco di non scegliere questa zona. Zona un po’ rumorosa considerato il campo davanti e la movida notturna.

Generally was fine - hairdryer was also provided which was great. The towels and sheets were clean, but the room wasn't. The walls were dirty and the floor was too. Generally could do with a clean.

- Monika (8/5): Good location but… - Great location, easily accessable grom Shinjuku Station, shopping streets are close by. Rooms quite clean and nice, had a nice view. The rooms are really small - two adults with two big luggages - it is a bit challenging. There is nearly no interaction with the staff - both check-in and check-out you are just sent to the machine and have to do it yourself. The staff members looked like they are tired of people - no smile. Service was meh

- Ying K Lui (9/5): It's a great property, - The location of the Hotel LiVEMAX Kabukicho is great. It only takes around 10 minutes' walk to the Shinjuku Station & everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, including ramen, chargrilled seafood, sushi & sashimi, yakitori, wagyu beef yakiniku. Shinjuku is one of the major suburbs, and you can take the train to anywhere in Tokyo. The room is rather smaller than expectation for 2 guests. Two of my friends are staying in the same size of room as me. They ended up require changing to another larger room which is for disability guests.

- F. Xavier (7/5): Un hotel ben situat - La seva situació. L’habitació i el bany tenien el necessari i estava net. La bona actitud i atenció de la majoria del personal de recepció. Havent demanat una habitació per a no fumadors , l’habitació feia molta pudor a tabac. L’actitud poc empàtica i inclús antipàtica d’un dels nois de recepció, que havent-nos donat permís per deixar les maletes una nit, ell sense escoltar-nos ni mirar-nos a la cara ens ensenyava el mòbil on posava que no podíem deixar-les. Sort que els seus companys i companyes van tenir una actitud completament diferent.

TOP! - posizione prezzo e dotazione della camera veramente tutto perfetto e ok. servizio pulizia camera impeccabile.. ascensori velocissimi e servizio lavanderia a gettone. sono presenti distributori. unica nota negativa c'era ogni tanto la puzza di fognatura che usciva dai servizi dal bagno ogni tanto risaliva odore sgradevole ma comunque sopportabile. nulla di eccessivo. succede in tantissimi servizi a tokyo. la camera era profumata.

- Juliette (7/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was in such a convenient location. The rooms are very small and not much ventilation so bathroom and towels stay damp even with ventilation on. But hotel offers to change towels and make up rooms which was great.

Comfortable beds Clean rooms and bathroom Check-in staff held our bags at first. Then got us into our rooms as soon as they could, a bit early Rooms a re small. But hey it is Tokyo. the streets around the hotel did seem a little dodge but we did not see or have any issues

Customer service was non existent, I messaged several times on booking.com and direct mailed them to confirm something with no reply, don't bother opting for breakfast, it's horrible, a tiny box of rice, veggie, dry meat and tea.

- Monique (6/5): Je pense qu’il y a mieux et surtout mieux placé - Il y avait un micro-ondes en plus de la bouilloire et un frigo ça c’était bien comme équipement. Il ne faisait pas le Takkyubin pour le transfert des bagages. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de service et le personnel n’était pas très agréable. Il manquait une barre au frigo et surtout ce n’était pas très propre. Le pire c’est que pour une chambre fumeur la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas.
