DIMITRIOS (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία του δωματίου ήταν πολύ κοντά στο μετρό, και η γειτονιά ασφαλής, με ωραία μαγαζάκια. Οι πετσέτες σε πέντε μέρες δεν αλλάχτηκαν, μόνο του προσώπου αλλάξανε την τρίτη μέρα..Το πρωινό είναι ένα κρουασάν και ένας καφές με κουπόνι σε κοντινό καφέ.
Sofia (10/5): Comodo, qualità prezzo ottimo, stuff molto gentile - In primis ho dormito cosi bene che non mi sono svegliata neanche mezza volta, andata a dormire e svegliata la mattina, e questo non mi capitava da anni, conferma anche il mio compagno. La stanza è pulita ed accogliente. Come posizione è fantastica e molto comoda. Sono andata per fare delle analisi del sangue e sono andata alla clinica privata a piedi, a due passi sta la metro “Bologna” e quindi comoda per raggiungere il colosseo, da li poi abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi tranne una tratta in taxi perché eravamo stanchi ma fattibilissimo comunque tra mezzi e a piedi. Quando stavamo per andarcene pensavamo di aver dimenticato in stanza il power bank e il ragazzo ci ha fatti andare a controllare malgrado il check out e ci ha aiutato a cercare. Basta cosi poco per essere gentili. Quindi non posso dire che lo consiglio e stra consiglio, e se dovessi mai tornare a roma ci tornerei. Colazione inclusa fino alle 10:00, il bar è a due passi dalla struttura, 10 m a piedi, anche quello molto carino. Lo consiglio vivamente, un esperienza molto rilassante
Tahnisha (8/5): Decent place in Rome - The location is close to multiple restaurants and a large bus station (be mindful of the uphill trek with luggage). The room was spacious, fairly clean, and provided a kitchenette. Extra pillows in a cabinet. The room smelled slightly musty when we came in. The shower head was broken so we were lucky the wand worked and the shower floor had some staining. The man that runs the desk was not very welcoming but gave us enough info make it work.

Kylie (7/5): - The building is in a great area in Bologna. 5 min walk to metro line or bus stop, which takes you right into the city. Easy to get to once you arrive at Rome Termini, but getting there from the airport is a trek with luggage and language barriers! If i could do-over, I’d just pay the money for a taxi. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Good communication from host prior to arrival - he had to come out late to let us in (9:30pm) but he quickly wanted to leave, so instructions felt rushed. Breakfast is pastry and coffee just up the road (2 min walk)…not much, but gets you started. Nice little balcony but no chairs to sit on (neither in room) - but too hot when we were there this week (30 + degrees C). Lots of Mould in the bathroom particularly the ceiling - needs a decent clean! No insulation between rooms - could here other people all the time. Room for 4 - beware this includes a small bunk bed. Young adult kids felt a little uncomfortable.

Kiki (9/5): - Πολύ κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες, ήσυχη περιοχή . Στο δωμάτιο είχε εσπρέσσο κ 2 μικρά νερα. Μείναμε 2 βραδιά. Το πρωινό.Το περνάμε σε ένα καφέ λίγα μέτρα από σπιτι.Στην τιμή ήταν ένας καφές κ κρουασάν . Το οποίο την πρώτη μέρα ήταν μπαγιάτικο ενώ την δεύτερη μέρα είχαν τελειώσει κ αντί αυτού μας έδωσαν 2φρυγανιες που επιστρέψαμε.

Thomas (9/5): - Schönes Appartement in einer ruhigen Straße nur zwei Minuten von der Metro und dem Piazza Bologna entfernt. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Um die Ecke gibt es Bars, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert.

gomez (7/5): Repetiria, pero tiene que mejorar los aspectos comentados, para hacer mas agradable la estancia. - La ubicacion, en un barrio residencial, te alejas del bullicio del centro, merece la pena la tranquilidad. Aunque te alejes un poco, bastante cerca del metro La falta de utensilios en la cocina. Hace dificil el cocinar. A pesar de tener horno y fogones No hay microondas. Si quieres calentar algo que no sea agua, solo tienes una cazuela para guisar y dos sartenes. La poca variedad del desayuno, un croissant y el cafe, sin otras opciones, los tres dias.

Sibel (6/5): - Wir haben das Apartment mit den 2 Badezimmern gehabt. Die Nachtkästchen waren staubig, alles andere war eigentlich sauber. Die Lage war super, U Bahn in der Nähe. Es gibt einen tollen kleinen Balkon. Und man konnte jederzeit mit dem Vermieter über Whatts App in Kontakt treten. Es gab warme Wolldecken, aber keine Deckenüberzüge. Mit den Wolldecken direkt wollten wir uns und die Kinder nicht zudecken also hatten wir nur Leintücher und uns war kalt. Also haben wir die Klimaanlage auf warm eingeschalten in der 1ten Nacht. Das war wohl ein Fehler, denn mitten in der Nacht sind wir wegen einem Gestank (wie Abwasser/Kanal) aufgewacht. Wir dachten es sei vom Badezimmer, doch wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet hatte, gab es auch keinen Gestank. Der Vermieter sagte dazu nur, dass das nicht möglich sei. An einem Abend schrieb uns der Vermieter, dass er am nächsten Tag mit 4 zukünftigen Mietern in das Apartment kommen wolle, um diesen Gäste die Wohnung zeigen zu können. Wir haben ihm erklärt, dass das für uns nicht in Ordnung wäre, weil wir doch unsere privaten Sachen drinnen hätten. Er hat dann gemeint, er wäre ja dabei und würde auf unsere Sachen achten. Wir haben ihm nochmals klar und deutlich gesagt, dass auch er ein Fremder für uns ist und wir nicht möchten, dass er ins Apartment kommt solange wir noch dort sind. Er hat das wohl nicht ganz verstanden, weil er gesagt hat. Dass er das schon vorher bei anderen Gästen auch gemacht hat, aber er hat es aktzeptiert und ist nicht gekommen. Am Abreisetag ist er dann, 5 Min vor ausgemachtem Zeitpunkt, mit 4 anderen Leuten, an der Türe gestanden und hat geklopft. Wir waren schon fertig, aber trotzdem sind wir (2 Mamis und 4 Kinder) dann im Stress rausgegangen.
Federico (7/5): Aprueba pero es un ni... - La habitación era grande y estaba cerca del subte y de algunos servicios. El personal se comunicó con nosotros para poder hacer el check in. La habitación da a recepción, no era ruidosa pero era medio incómoda. También decía que tenía desayuno en la habitación, cosa que no fue así, te dan un baucher para ir a desayunar un café y un croissant a 2 cuadras del lugar, cosa que es medio incomodo. La cama grande como tal, son 2 camas chicas unidas.
Julita (10/5): - Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra którym można było się szybko dostać do ścisłego centrum Rzymu, okolica cicha aczkolwiek było kilka marketów i restauracji dookoła. Bardzo blisko była restauracja śniadaniowa, akuratnie jedliśmy w niej ale wpadaliśmy na kawę lub drinka, bardzo fajny klimat. Apartament był przestrzenny, komfortowy, czysty, spełnił nasze oczekiwania co do wyposażenia a obsługa była bardzo miła, pomocna, kontaktowaliśmy się za pomocą komunikatora Whatsapp, mogliśmy się zameldować szybko po przyjeździe także jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni :)

Themis (7/5): Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καλά. - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολυ κοντά σε στάση μετρό. Ωραία γειτονιά με σχετική ησυχία. Οι τηλεοράσεις ήταν σε άκυρο σημείο στα δωμάτια. Τα στρώματα πολυ χρησιμοποιημενα,κακής ποιότητας .

Micael (7/5): Boa escolha - Boa localização, perto da estação de metro. Quarto limpo e confortável. Pequeno almoço composto por uma bebida e um croissant/outro bolo.
Fernando (8/5): - Estava muito limpo e organizado. Fomos bem recebidos pelo anfitrião. Tinha limpeza de quarto. Fácil acesso a transporte público eficiente e supermercados e restaurantes próximos. Como estamos em uma família com quatro pessoas, a parte de cozinha deixou a desejar um pouco. Só duas cadeiras, por exemplo, e alguns itens de cozinha.

Dirk (7/5): - Die Zimmer sind ok und das Hotel ist gut gelegen. 1,3 km (10 Minuten mit der Metro) aus dem Zentrum. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück ist nicht im Hotel, sondern 200 m entfernt im Bistro. Der Gutschein ist für ein Kaffeegetränk und eine Backware. ENDE Das ist traditionell aber der eine oder andere mag halt gern gemütlich frühstücken.
Evgenia (7/5): - Very clean apartment, close to the metro station with very responsive, nice staff. Quiet neighborhood and no noise at night. The drain was clogged and it didn’t absorb the water properly - both in the shower and in the sink. Also, they told us that they will clean every day but it was only available as service between 9-10 am forcing you to wake up and leave the apartment very early. When coming to clean btw they didn’t bring clean towels, they only cleaned the floor and made the bed. Lastly, breakfast was very poor, in a nearby cafe where you can only take croissant but it’s not even good quality.
emma (8/5): Good location, great local amenities! - Lovely clean, brand new apartment with lots of local amenities and 2 minutes to the metro. Breakfast is at a lovely cafe 1 minute walk away. Helpful host who waited late as our driver didn’t pick us up from the airport at the correct time. Everything was just what we booked.
Luis Martins (9/5): - Muito agradável, com instalações que permitem uma estada tranquila. A entrada do alojamento senta-se logo o quentinho do edifício. O quarto foi limpo e arrumado todos os dias. A reserva com pequeno almoço, neste momento não o faria. Um cappuccino e um croissant... todos os dias, não considero um pequeno almoço.
Rémi (4/5): Très déçu - La propreté et la situation géographique, à proximité du métro donc très pratique. - le lit double qui en fait est 2 matelas individuels très fin (pas très confortable) avec un trou entre les deux.. - le pommeau de douche plus vieux que le Colisée - l'insonorisation inexistante, nous avons très peu dormi durant ces 3 nuits malgré les boules quies - petit dej passable. Bref pour le prix quelle déception...

Lazur (7/5): jó volt - A környék megfelelt a pogári értékrendnek, tiszta biztonságos környék, kedvező távolság a metróállomástól. A reggeli jó volt A szobában lévő emeletes ágy inkább csak gyerekeknek való. Az egyik nap korán indultunk a nevezetességek megtekintésére de 7:15 kor még nem volt nyitva a reggeliző hely, így máshol kellett reggeliznünk.
Edu (10/5): Para disfrutar de Roma sin dormir en el centro - Absoluta comodidad y tranquilidad en el edificio. Magnífico trato de Iván como del personal de limpieza. A dos minutos de la estación de Metro de Bolognia y con muchas conexiones de bus. Nada en concreto
Ana Delgado Florido (7/5): - Habitación amplia, todo estaba limpio y aunque no está en el centro, el metro está a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Nadie nos explicó como subir o bajar la calefacción y cuando llegamos el cusryo estaba demasiado caliente. La cama litera es muy pequeña para un adolescente, para niños pequeños está bien, pero en nuestro caso con hijo de 15 años se quedó pequeña.

Bei874 (8/5): Struttura consigliata vicino Tiburtina/Piazza Bologna - Posizione, accoglienza, arredamento, disponibilità del personale decisamente di livello. Alcuni dettagli vanno più curati. C'era una presa completamente sfilata dal muro e coperta macchiata e con una bruciatura di sigaretta. Sifone della doccia con perdite del tubo.

Jesus Arcadio (10/5): Good location and beautiful apartment - The apartment is beautiful almost like new and the location is superb. The heating system is not easy to use. We couldn’t turn it on just the AC. This time we didn’t feel that the service from the host was wonderful as usual. We felt that he was in a rush to go somewhere else.
