st (8/5): - It is near to the train station, and the view from a balcony is the best. The employee gives you advice if I have had trouble with a kindness. When oneself stayed, the manner of the hotel guest was bad, and a person sleeping in the middle of the night turned on electricity even if and talked in a big voice and was a feeling to bathe in a shower. 電車の駅から近く、ベランダからの眺めは最高です。従業員は親切で困ったことがあれば相談に乗ってくれます。たまたまかもしれませんが、自分が泊まった時は宿泊客のマナーが悪く、深夜に寝ている人がいても電気を点けたり、大きい声でおしゃべりを続けたり、シャワーを浴びたりといった感じでした。バストイレは男女1つずつですが、女性限定ドミトリーの中に女性用があり、隣接して男性用があるので、女性限定ドミトリーに泊まると一日中誰かしらが出入りします。逆に他の部屋に泊まると、タイミングが合わずなかなか使えないという短所があります。という事で、神経質な人には向いていないかもしれませんが、物価の高いドバイでは貴重な存在だと思います。
Verified traveler (2/5): - 위치는 훌륭하나 오래된 건물이고 주변이 고속도로 가까이라 너무 시끄럽습니다. 화장실과 샤워실을 칸막이로 막아 만들어서 위쪽이 트여있어 블편함을 느끼며 샤워를 해야했고 특히 다른방 사람이 와서 샤워실 들어가 한시간 동안 빨래하느라 나오지않아 씻지도 못하고 잠들어 매우 불편했음
Sue (2/5): this place must be closed, reported to police! - 저는 두바이에 17년을 살았기에 두바이에 있는 호텔들 상태에 대해 너무나 잘알고 있다. 이곳은 일단 불법영업인듯 하여 호텔닷컴에서 반드시 광고를 내려야 할듯 하다. 길거리의 노숙자도 들어가기 싫을정도로 끔찍하게 더럽고 낙후된 곳이다. 숙박시설로 등록된곳도 아니고 임의로 개인이 가정집에서 운영하는데 1401호라고 찾기까지도 간신히 빌딩안 누군가가 알려줬다. 상호도 간판도 없고 비밀스럽게 남성이 자다 일어나 눈을 비비며 문을 열어줬고 그안을 보는순간 난 바로 기겁하고 나왔다. 환불받기를 강력히 주장한다. 절대 돈을 받고 운영할수 있는 숙박시설이 아니며 환불이 안되면 경찰에 신고할것이다. 호텔 닷컴에 너무나 실망했다.
