Thank you very much and I apologized for not asking your name but you know who you are. No in house restaurant at the hotel but there are so many great restaurants around the area that you can just be on foot, for few minutes.

- Mary Kate (10/5): Peaceful stay and very clean. - The bathroom and facilities were really nice. We had complimentary water each day. The staff was extremely friendly. I wouldn't say I didn't like the location, because it is in a very peaceful area of town with parks nearby... but it is definitely 25 minute drive to get to most of the main attractions and can be up to an hour drive from the airport with traffic. Our location felt more like a local peaceful stay but you are definitely not in the main city hub if that is what you are looking for.

- Áine (8/5): - The hotel was peaceful and clean. The neighbourhood felt safe and was quiet. Toiletries, towels and water bottles were replaced delay. Lovely bakeries, restaurants and a shopping centre within walking distance. Location wise if looking to go into the centre of the city, district 1, to the markets, bars etc it did take about 40mins in a taxi due to the traffic.
- Kevin (9/5): Comfortable cheap but don’t expect apartment style facilities - Quiet location at a good price and very peaceful To call it a studio flat is being generous and although the kitchen had many of the big items such as hob/ microwave etc there was no crockery, pans or utensils and nowhere to sit and eat so I wouldn’t regard it as suitable at all for anyone planning to prepare or eat anyhow in the room

Would stay nowhere else in HCMC. Staff at reception was excellent and pointed me in the right direction for a hairdresser and nail salon. Our room was cleaned daily. Hotel felt safe and friendly.

- Chaitra Sathyaprakash (9/5): Comfortable and convenient! - This is a lovely hotel in District 7. I visited Ho Chi Minh City for the first time for a wedding, and the location was perfect for the venue. There are also several great shops, cafes and restaurants in the area, so finding everything I needed was no problem. Grab rides were accepted quickly so getting around when I wanted to visit the central area or go to the airport was easy. Room and bathroom was really clean and good sizes. There is an efficient laundry facility. The hotel does not provide breakfast, though these are apartments so there is a small kitchenette in the room to use. The only issue with this is that there aren't may bowls, pans or kitchen items to use. There is a microwave and a kettle though.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Basement room is OK - Golden Tree has been my go-to place in District 7 for many yesrs. Good location, much more peaceful than anything in the more central parts of HCMC, functionsl rooms. This time I stayed in one of the basement apartments. They are a bit bigger than the regular rooms, but the lack of direct daylight is a minus. Had to go get an umbrella a couple of times when I realized that it was raining. In a regular room I would have known right from scratch.
