- MIKA (8/5): - とにかくコスパが良いです！ 部屋はちょっと驚いてしまったぐらい狭いですが、清潔感はあり宿で過ごすのではなく、個人で泊まるだけなら何の問題もありません。 次も機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。 洗面台兼シャワーの蛇口が硬かったです。 でも、ひねれないわけではないのでそこまで問題ではなかったです。
- Toi Ting (10/5): Highly recommended place - If I could that this hostel 6 stars, I would. The hostel is located in a shopping arcade in a quiet residential neighborhood. The shopping arcade has everything that I needed: a Super Tamade (one of the cheapest supermarkets), bakeries, tons of great restaurants, and next door is a tiny market stall for fresh vegetables and fruits. It was just 5 min walk from the train and metro lines. I’ve booked a 1 persons room and I’ve been extending my stay multiple times, because I like it so much. You don’t see the staff, but they are very kind. The self check in was arranged perfectly and the communication was quick and clear. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything I needed. Downstairs in the lobby is a water tank installed, where you could get cold and hot water. There is a rooftop that you can use. One note: there is not kitchen, but for me that was okay. There are so many eateries around the area. When you get take-out, they will give you chopsticks. I’d definitely come back here again, if I would come to Osaka. I loved my stay here! Nothing!

- Suzuki (8/5): 満足しました♪ - なんといってもコスパがいい。 あの料金で家族4人が不満なく泊まらせていただきました。 寝れれば良しと期待していなかった二段ベッドは以外にもマットレスが良く、ぐっすり寝ることができました。 強いて言えばエントランスから部屋に入ってくるすきま風が寒く、二段ベッドの上と下で温度差があり空調設定が難しかったところでしょうか。 他の書き込みにもあるように、向かいに安い時間貸し駐車場もあり、南海線駅も近くすぐに中心部に行けるところでロケーションも良かったです。 とにかく総合的に満足することができました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました。
- YI-TING (9/5): CP值高且員工訊息回覆速度快 - 1、預算:星期日住宿，一晚不到台幣900元，有浴室的獨立房間，以目前大阪房價，CP值極高。 2、交通:距離南海電鐵岸里玉出很近，當天月台前往玉出口的電梯維修==，得自行搬行李下樓梯。 3、治安:OK，且周邊生活機能佳。 4、房間:床鋪軟硬適中非常好睡，窗簾遮光性很夠，走麻雀雖小五臟俱全路線，電冰箱、吹風機、衣架通通都有。 下次獨旅一定會再選擇入住，一群人的話可能就會選擇住飯店，畢竟空間太精實了，但便宜治百病!

Entrare è stato molto semplice. Posizione comoda per andare in centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Ci tornerei! Un pó piccola, ideale per soggiorni brevi!

Can use common facilities even after check out. A little far from central area with strict check out time. They knocked on our door at 11am sharp.

- Naoko (9/5): - 到着時間を事前に知らせる必要がなく、自分のタイミングで入れるオートロックなのがとても良かったです。 商店街の中にあるのも情緒があって、でも宿は清潔感があって必要最低限な設備だったのが居心地良かったです 今は少ないから必要ないと思われていたのかもしれないけど、喫煙できる場所を教えてもらえたらありがたかったです
- KEIKO (8/5): 2度目の竹宿 - 昨年もお世話になりました。今年は部屋がやや狭かったのですが、水回りも清潔で宿泊するのには何の不都合も無かった。宿泊客とは一度も顔を合わせなかった。大変静かで良かった。コスパは最高だと思いました。 フロントはいつも無人でスタッフの方には一度も会わなかった。 部屋に置いてある近辺の地図は少し古いのでは？ 食事のできるお店等をもう少し詳しく書いてあると嬉しいです😊 営業時間やオススメ等。

- Linh (10/5): - The location is perfect - it's accessible to both Osaka metro line and Nankai line, with supermarket, local diners and convenience stores nearby. Everything is tidy and well kept, I was able to rest well during my stay there. Instruction to checkin, checkout, do laundry and explore the areas are well communicated, I had no difficulties at all. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka The faucets in my room is particularly rigid and hard to turn, but it doesn't bother me that much.

- Sawa (7/5): - 離南海電鐵車站很近，附近也有地鐵站。 房間雖然在一樓，但是房門很厚，隔音效果還不錯，房客也都很安靜。全程都遇不到飯店的服務員，入住退房全都不需要接觸人。 入口處有飲水機(有熱水跟冷水)跟微波爐，還有很多桌椅可以在大廳用餐。 冰箱冷度可以調整，床軟硬適中滿舒服的，枕頭也好躺，該有的設備都有，可惜沒有加濕器(秋冬去很乾燥)。 浴室只有淋浴間，水柱還滿強的，溫度也很夠，就是開關不好轉動，很容易沒關緊漏水。 有獨立空調，能開冷氣、送風、暖氣，窗戶也可以開。 WIFI速度可以，看影片沒有卡過。 旅館外的馬路就是商店街，但是晚上都關的很早，有一間玉出超市(不大、但有熟食)，晚上沒東西吃可以買，便利商店要再彎出去大馬路上或者往南海電鐵方向有一間，靠近大馬路有鳥貴族可以吃烤串~~~ 以這個價格來說，缺點都能忍受，便宜治百病，而且都是一些小缺點而已(可以忍耐的程度)。 靠近旅館的南海電鐵入口沒有電梯，需要推著行李走到另一邊有人的閘道才有電梯(還滿遠的)。 離最近的玉出地鐵站走路要6分鐘，如果是已經跑整天的行程了，走回來是滿累的(有點距離)，且靠近旅館這一側的出入口只有樓梯。 房間較小，打開行李後出入口的門就不能開了，每次要開門都要先把行李立起來放在角落才不會擋住門，一進門就有一個味道，不知道是不是廁所的味道(廁所門底下的門縫超大)，但還能忍受的範圍。 桌子很小，放不了太多化妝品。也不方便用餐(建議到大廳用餐)，電視完全打不開XD 只有兩個掛衣服的掛鉤，而且還很高(需要踩到床上)。 沒有提供備品(浴室只有沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤絲精、1支牙刷沒有牙膏，還有毛巾跟浴巾)其他沒了。 住了3晚完全沒有看到飯店的服務人員，但好在用BOOKING留言很快就回復。進出房都要帶著鑰匙，門一關上就自動上鎖，沒有鑰匙是打不開的，如果去大廳活動一定要帶著，不然會被反鎖在外面，現場沒有客服喔~~~ 雖然大廳都有監視器，但是自助寄放行李還是有點風險(所以絕對不能放貴重物品)，畢竟大門只要輸入密碼就可以進來，無人管制(還好日本治安算不錯)。

Chambre de taille correcte, permettant l'ouverture d'une grande valise, avec salle de bain et WC intégré. Salle commune très grande au rez-de-chaussée, avec micro-onde et distributeur d'eau chaude et froide. Porte d'entrée avec digicode sécurisé. Salle d'eau assez petite, mais fonctionnelle. Chaleur dans la chambre, malgré la climatisation.

- Constanza (10/5): Económico - Todo es bastante barato comparado con zonas más céntricas. Justo al lado hay un supermercado y tiendas con artículos personales súper económicos. El hostel está completamente equipado, queda cerca del metro.
