- Sarah (8/5): Lovely hotel but the cost you pay on Booking is nowhere near what you’ll actually pay. - Hotel is lovely and the facilities are great You can expect to add $200 a night on top of the price you think you’re paying, they were dipping into my credit card over and over, it felt totally out of control, I paid nearly $800 on top for a three night stay, not just taxes but parking is huge, $30 extra per night for a five year old, all sorts of other things, I felt totally ripped off by the time I left.

Every employee that I encountered was friendly and welcoming. This hotel has all of the amenities that make for a relaxing stay. My only complaint is that the bed and pillows were too soft for my liking .

Every staff member we encountered was kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was ideal. From the folks at the front desk, the security team who went above and beyond - particularly while we were poolside and when assisting in the recovery of my son’s beloved stuffy that was left behind. The knowledge and hospitality if the restaurant staff - excellent. Location was great as it was about a 10 minute ride to the parks. Out of convenience and timing in getting out the door with two kids, we opted to take a Lyft most days but the hotel did have a shuttle to and from Disney parks. We could not speak more highly of this hotel. Great experience! The Svitak Family
- johncD1620UG (10/5): Upscale property close to Disney attractions - My wife and our two adult children recently stayed at the JW Marriot in Bonnet Creek Orlando. The property is located close to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. The hotel staff was very welcoming and pleasurable for entire 4 night stay. The rooftop sushi restaurant was excellent. We watched the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom from the patio outside of the restaurant. Special shoutout to employees Alex (rooftop) and Raymond and Fady ( lobby bar). These employees deserve special recognition for their excellent service and witty personalities. The pool staff was on their game as well. This hotel allows you to unwind from the Disney experience while at the same time being close enough to all of the attractions Disney has to offer. Should we ever return to Disney in Orlando we will stay at the JW.

We did not use the pool this time but have previously. All in all a wonderful stay!
- Z4623ZLjohns (10/5): Great Hotel on Disney Property - My family stayed here for a long weekend and we had a really great stay from start to finish. The hotel property was really nice and they had several different dining options that looked really great however I only experienced the breakfast buffet and the pool side grill. They both had really good food and I would definitely recommend if staying here. The lobby restaurant looked really good and they also have rooftop Japanese restaurant that I was able to visit but not dine at. The rooftop was beautiful and you can see the Epcot ball and fireworks in the distance. The pool area was nice and large enough to not feel crowded. The rooms were clean, large, and modern. Our room came with two sofa beds and one king bed that was perfect for our family. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. On top of everything you are only a short drive from Disney Sorings and all the parks. They offer shuttle service but we did not use it. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.

The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, setting a negative tone the moment I arrived. The rooms are small, and clearly showing signs of wear that have been ignored for far too long. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely abysmal—well below what you’d expect from a brand of this caliber. Even the valet staff managed to be discourteous, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this was a thoroughly unpleasant experience, and I would not consider staying at this property again under any circumstances.

For the ULI Florida Summit in February 2026, we welcomed over 700 registered attendees, and the feedback from our members was overwhelmingly positive that highlighted not only the beautiful location, but the seamless execution and outstanding level of service throughout the entire experience. From a planning perspective, Leslie was an invaluable partner. She was proactive, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented in the months leading up to the event, and her expertise truly elevated every aspect of our preparation. Onsite, she remained calm, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead when it came to logistics. Her professionalism and commitment made what could have been a complex event feel effortless. I truly can’t imagine a higher level of service. I would also like to recognize Lauren Hooper, Senior Sales Executive, who was equally outstanding. She approached the partnership with integrity, never overselling or overpromising and the team delivered exactly what was committed, which is something I deeply value. - TucsonLocal1 (6/5): Ok JW Marriott - 3 stars I enjoy the JW Marriott brand and have stayed at many throughout the world. I’d say this is an average one…not great, but not bad either. Staying here for an onsite conference, I was most impressed by the food and service. The conference catering was excellent and creative and the breakfasts at Unreserved were top notch along with the service…definitely the highlight of my stay. The conference facilities I felt were below average. Both the lighting and sound system were off and affected negatively the conference. Check-in was very slow. 15 minute wait with only 1-2 people working the front desk. Rooms I thought were just ok. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and I did hear some noise from the restaurant above even after they closed…I believe it was the plumbing as I overheard another guest complaining about this. I didn’t use the pools, but did use the fitness center, which I felt was small and had limited equipment. I request I made of the front desk was granted and overall the service was helpful. Again, not a bad stay, but other than the food and service at Unresreved, nothing was memorable here.
- 11ericu (8/5): Nice hotel but…. - Stayed here for 3 days in early March for business in the area. Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member. Chose this hotel due to it being a Bonvoy property and in a good location for my business meetings. Positives: -Good check in process. Immaculately clean lobby area. Smelled very ‘fresh’ upon entering. The hotel definitely has a ‘newer’ vibe to it. For as large as the lobby is, it was surprisingly quiet. -Had 1 King room. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. -Excellent bathroom. Love the Aromatherapy Associates bath products. Their scent is very clean and not perfume-y at all. Definitely a highlight of the JW Marriott properties. -Pool area also very clean and well kept. Pool attendants were very friendly and helpful. Anna was a highlight. -Lobby bar staff also very professional and friendly. Had a quick app for dinner (meatballs) and a good adult beverage. -WiFi speeds for elite members was good. ~100 mbps up/down speed and free for elite members. -UnReserved for breakfast was very good. Food selection/spread looked and tasted good. Service was good as well. -highly responsive from there front desk via a texting option. Any requests were handled in a very timely manner. Negatives: - while the location for my meeting was good, there isn’t much around the hotel. You need to get in an Uber/Lyft to go anywhere. Disney Springs is about a 10-15 minute ride. -I was ‘upgraded’ to a ‘fireworks view’ room. Don’t really consider this an upgrade per se. I couldn’t care less about the fireworks, and the views from the room were somewhat obstructed since I was on a lower floor. I think my main view was the top of the valet area. -Incredibly small closet/wardrobe. And inside the wardrobe was a small set of drawers and an in-room safe. But they both took up a lot of space. Add to that the 2 robes hanging in the closet….it was basically useless. I ended up taking the robes out and throwing them in the bathtub. Just no room for them in the closet. If you’re traveling on business, the closet has room for 2 days of clothing, max. I like this hotel a lot. The clean, fresh, new look/smell was inviting. The bed and pillows were both comfortable. The pool area and restaurants were both very nice. But, the small closet was really a problem. The hotel has to expect people stay here for more than 2 days and it’s just not enough space for clothes. Fix that and you have a 5 star hotel.
- LiALiliG (8/5): Adult vibe, relaxing, yet close to the Disney parks - We had a somewhat bumpy start, this beautiful, modern property, and I, because first my room wasn’t ready, although my Luminous booking included an early check-in (and it was after 14:30 anyway), and when – after asking again at the regular check-in time at 16:00 – I finally got a room, there was a technical problem in the bathroom, which made me ask them to give me another room. I had to wait another 30 minutes, and eventually got a (much nicer) room on the 8th floor, with a nice view. The first one had only been on the 6th floor (floors start counting at 5 or 6, so not really a great view from there), but 8th floor was quite nice, and I was happy to move in. Apart from this minor issue, I liked the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek a lot. The pools – family pool and adult pool – are big, the vibe is nice, service is good, the staff are friendly and efficient. The valets were excellent, as were the waiters at breakfast time in the restaurant with the nice name „Unreserved“. The staff at the pool bar and at the fancy – and very very delicious – „Illume“ sushi restaurant on the 9the floor were a bit distant, but that was maybe meant to be posh or so. „Illume“ is a very nice place, and I guess, you’ll always need a reservation (via OpenTable works well); it’s huge, but it was sold out, it seemed, the evening I met there with my cousin, because apart from the extraordinary sushi they serve, they have a beautiful terrace, from which you can watch the Disney Fireworks in the theme parks at 9 p.m. The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek seems relatively new and very modern, and if you want to stay out of the quite noisy theme park visitors‘ buzz at the nearby Signia by Hilton or the Waldorf or some other places in the area, and still want to be close to the parks, I’d recommend it to you. I’ll be back, although I kind of felt that it could be one of hotels, where it might make sense to not accept the first available room they offer, for it might not be the best one. On the other hand I need to say that the executive suite I had booked, was huge and comfy. Windows can’t be opened, though.

I dont know if they keep guest with pets in a designated area of the hotel, or certain rooms. I do like pets but I hate pet friendly hotels. The thought of sleeping in the same beds as pets it disgustes me. A friend died beacuse she got a tick from a pet that was brought from another country.

The rooms are fantastic housekeeping is great clean well kept all of the staff is friendly as can be from the bartenders to the kids at the pool. Highly recommend this place.

- 694opheliac (10/5): Best front desk experience! - Came here for a National Work meeting. Travelled for over 12 hours from west coast and arrived well after midnight. Sadly, all food options were closed at the hotel. I want to give a shout out though to Steven, I believe he is the evening manager, who went above and beyond. He gave me snack/bar options from their employee snack stash to tide me over until morning. So kind and very appreciated! The hotel staff were all friendly and the resort is very clean and beautiful. Thank you!
- 426dada (10/5): A weekend getaway that turned 5 days - We had an excellent stay at this JW in January 2026. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near DISNEY attraction (especially Disney springs) and yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. The staff truly stand out: warm, professional, and consistently attentive, making check-in, dining, and daily requests seamless. Juan and Jesus really stood out to use. Housekeeping was also amazing each day. Well appointed rooms really made this a true 4 star property. The pools are beautifully maintained and offer plenty of space to relax, while the cabana experience adds an extra touch of comfort and privacy. Parking garage was easy and well organized, which made coming and going stress-free. The breakfast buffet was a solid , with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options catering to different tastes and dietary needs. It’s a great way to start the day, whether you’re heading to meetings or to the theme parks. Overall, the resort strikes a great balance between comfort and functionality, making it well-suited for both business travelers and families. Whether you’re here to work, relax, or do a bit of both, this JW property delivers a consistently high-quality experience. Side note , due to the storms in the northeast, we had to add 2 days to our stay. The staff went out of their way to provide us a fair rate to stay in the same room. We are grateful to their flexibility and help to some many guests like us that needed extra assistance. We will be back!

It’s consistent and offers a great selection of fruit, breads, pastries, granola, berries and made to order eggs. But, the service from staff and chefs sets the bar for high-end hotels. Danielle is a server who is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience!

- Red_Dolphin-Media (2/5): Very Poor New Reality at a once great hotel - I was a big fan of this hotel when it opened and stayed many times - it has a great location in Bonnet Creek very close to Disney and the hotel itself is beautiful. What it is now is something much different. Rude and apathetic service is now consistent and elite members they once showed great care for are treated like garbage. On top of that, there is dishonesty and a laundry list of unkept promises. Honestly hated the stay here and don't wish to return. So many better options in the area. They got too big for themselves, they play games, and can't be trusted. Sorry.

The SPA is worth a visit!!! Absolutely!! The mini market has some vegan options. Shuttle buses to Disney Parks are available and easy to book and go with these. I will absolutely come again if I visit Orlando another time!! Thanks to all the staff and team members!! just some more vegan options in general, but apart from that, really, everything was amazing!! Well, the cleaning staff removed the soap, and regarding saving the planet and using resources consciously, this was not the case. Please make sure to not waste precious material like soap and even water. I remember not having put the towels on the floor, but they did take them anyways. Please forward that to housekeeping, thank you!!
- mikex2017 (8/5): Not for Disney - Very nice hotel but don't stay here if the main goal is Disney (and you want to use the shuttle). Yes they do have shuttles but the experience is not great. We went to Magic Kingdom one day and Animal Kingdom the second. The bus makes multiple stops so the first day we were dropped off at Magic Kingdom last as the bus did Animal Kingdom first and Epcot second. Overall took 50 minutes to get to the park from the hotel. Second day, the same bus did Animal Kingdom last and Epcot first. Both days we wasted 50 minutes on the shuttle and would have just taken an Uber had we known that the park order changes. Also note that you may need a reservation for breakfast at the restaurant named Unreserved. This fact should have been communicated at check in, especially if you're going to name your restaurant Unreserved.

She was very attentive to his areas of concern and made sure to address those thoroughly. He said that it was one of the best massage experiences he has had and would highly recommend Susan if you want to get an amazing relaxing and rejuvenating experience!

I was welcomed into the salon by Marwi with sound bowls and a mimosa. Five star treatment from start to finish with their pumpkin pedicure. I highly recommend any service with Marwi!
- andrearS9945VR (6/5): Not worth the price and upcharges - My husband and I stayed here for a short vacation prior to a conference I had for work. I'd like to be able to give a higher rating, but we had issues from the start. When we checked in, we went to our room, and there was a maintenance cart blocking the door. We asked someone from housekeeping how we should proceed, but they just shrugged and walked away. After much back and forth, we were assigned a room that overlooked a roof, and nothing else. It wasn't what we paid for, but fine. Fast forward to our dinner. We are here from Chicago, and went to the rooftop sushi restaurant for dinner. Not only is it overpriced, but the fish seemed... sour. For $25/ roll, you expect the fish to be fresh. Since dinner wasn't a success, we decided to grab a snack in the market. Sadly, the market closes every evening at 7 pm. There are no other options for snacks other than room service, which adds an immediate service charge and mandatory tip. Overall, the hotel isn't worth what they charge for the services, amenities and food. If you are planning on staying here, make sure you get a deal.
- terriwK9015KH (10/5): JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Orlando 10/10 - The JW Marriott has become my preferred hotel in Orlando. The property is pristine, the staff consistently attentive and responsive, and the team delivers truly superior customer service that sets this hotel apart. Hats off to the GM for ensuring this property continues to exceed Marriott’s highest standards. This was a 10 out of 10 experience overall. The only watch-out was the Sunday breakfast buffet, which did not offer à la carte options and required our entire party to purchase the full buffet. Most of us only had omelets, fruit, and yogurt, far less than the buffet price justified. À la carte selections should always be available. Lastly, Illume is a must when staying at this property or even just visiting Orlando. The sushi chef is exceptional, and we would have visited multiple times if our trip had been longer. Illume has secured its place as a must-return destination for us.
- Atlantan1972 (8/5): Very nice hotel - This is a lovely hotel. We had to wait in line at check in for awhile and since we had Marriott status the front desk person upgraded our room to a nicer suite than we had reserved. It was a lovely room with a large bedroom, living room and bath and even an extra half bath. There is a separate bath and a wonderful shower. The bed was very comfortable and the linens very nice. The reasons I rated this hotel a 4 rather than a 5 were that (i) we failed to received housekeeping one day and at 5:10pm they could only provide fresh towels and emptying trash, (ii) when we checked out the bill was not correct and it took awhile to get it corrected and (iv) Finally I was disappointed with the overpriced Thanksgiving Day buffet. The raw bar was good but everything else was fair or not good. Breakfast at Unreserved was good but if you are a large party a 20 percent gratuity is added and servers only provide coffee and some clear dishes. So I would say 20 percent is high for limited service. I would recommend this hotel.

- Restefania (10/5): Our new favorite Orlando hotel! - Let me just start by saying this JW is absolutely spectacular! We normally stay at the JW at Grande Lakes but we recently discovered this hotel and I think this is our new favorite property in Orlando. The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated but still feels smaller, very comfortable and quite homey. The service is outstanding and all the amenities are as good as any other high end hotel. One thing this hotel gets right is that it has plenty of comfortable seating all around the hotel, both inside and outside. This is very important in a hotel and something that other hotels often missed the mark on. The restaurants in the hotel are also excellent so you can enjoy a great meal without having to leave the property. It is located in the more exclusive Bonnet Creek area where there are other really nice properties and it is very close to all the parks so really convenient. Overall, this hotel is 5 stars and definitely one we will return to!
- Faith (10/5): Great location for families on a disney trip - Property is new cleans and great for families. Food is great. Playroom for kids was a great bonus. Great stay. We liked it a lot. The front desk staff needs better attitude they aren’t very helpful and referred to my 3 kids at check in as “so many kids” and were trying to offer me the presidential suite for my “so many kids”. You think for being a family friendly property the staff would be welcoming.

- josephsX9128AI (10/5): Climbing wall - My family and I spent some time at JW Bonnet creek and my niece really wanted to experience the kids area/ climbing wall. Naomi was the team member working the area that day. She was the kindest associate we have had the pleasure of meeting. She assisted my niece with her harness, giving tips on how to advance the wall, and stuck by her side throughout our entire time at the experience. My niece is 8 so took some time to get her footing. Naomi assisted her the entire way through all different parts of the wall. She was kind and did not make us feel rushed. She is the perfect example of the type of team member you want when doing an experience like this. My niece felt so comfortable and had the most amazing time. After we did the ferry hunt, which she also loved. Thank you so much Naomi and JW staff for such a great and memorable day. We will be back!

Kudos to the following staff members: Tristan at Front Desk, Sean at Valet and Ana, our housekeeper. These individuals went out of the way to make our stay memorable. Almost every employee was courteous, friendly and professional. Lunch at Bazaar was excellent. Great food and presentation. J W Market was also excellent. Dinner at Illume not great. Could not recommend fining here. Was under construction ( so we were told), so no outside deck seating. Serve ice was a bit hap hazard to start but did get better. Hot appetizers were very delicious. Nigiri and Sushi rolls need work. I trained with a sushi master chef from Osaka and he would have been appalled at what was served. Rice was undercooked and not seasoned properly. Other than Illume, we highly recommend this property and look forward to a return.
- laj2e7 (8/5): Modern hotel with an adult vibe - This is a beautiful modern property within minutes of Disney. The amenities for adults are very good. The spa is well appointed. The rooms are average size but the bathroom is well designed for a family. The kids lounge was nice with lots of games and books. It is staffed during the day. The hours ended at 6 which was not convenient for those who were in the parks. The putt putt course was boring and very difficult. It was not fun for young kids . The climbing wall and bridge were good for older kids to climb. The pool was beautiful and well-equipped. I would not recommend it for kids. Although there was a zero entry poll entrance for young kids, the ambience was adult. The fairy door/house hunt was clever and entertaining. The fireworks are visible from the lounge in the roof. The breakfast buffet was $44 dollars but quite expansive. This is the perfect business of adult getaway. I would not recommend it for families with young children h leas you have other entertainment planned .

- V9621STdaniellea (10/5): Close to Disney parks without the crowds - My partner and I stayed here for the Wine & Dine Disney race. We wanted to be close to the parks, while being in a quieter, more adult-friendly hotel, and this was a perfect fit for that. From the moment you arrive at the entrance, it’s clear that this is a luxurious, splurge-worthy property. Frankly, I was not impressed with the initial person who checked us in. She wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t go over any of the hotel amenities or what the resort fee included. Since it was too early to check in, we dropped off our luggage and went out. Not long after we left, our room became available. When we returned, I approached a different associate instead, who completely turned things around. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to explain the hotel’s offerings. Throughout our stay, she greeted us each time we passed through the lobby, which really made us feel welcomed. For those running a RunDisney event, note that this hotel does not provide shuttles to the races or to the expo since it’s not an official Disney hotel. It would’ve been nice if they offered at least one shuttle option, especially since we met several other runners waiting for rideshares on race morning. I also mentioned that we were staying for race weekend in a pre-arrival email and during mobile check-in, but there wasn’t any special acknowledgment of it. As a Platinum Elite member, I also didn’t receive a welcome note or upgrade, which was understandable since the hotel was fully booked, but I was hoping for at least a note about the race. Overall, this is a beautiful and relaxing property with plenty of dining options, great Illy(though pricey) coffee in the lobby, and fun on-site activities. The hotel does offer shuttles to the Disney parks, but they have to be reserved in advance through their portal. As others have noted, the breakfast that’s included for Platinum Elite and higher is definitely worth the visit. Despite a few minor misses, this was a luxurious and comfortable stay — and one I’d definitely return to in the future.

- 777everettm (10/5): Excellent choice! - JW Marriott Bonnet Creek is a great choice, especially if you are there for a conference. The rooms are excellent (the Illy coffee is appreciated) and the facilities are great, especially the pools. The breakfast/brunch is especially well done and the servers are very courteous. The Disney shuttle was helpful too. There was a problem with my reservation/billing. Long story, but my experience revealed a problem with "the system" for my unusual situation. I am happy to say that the staff were helpful and fulfilled their promises, and the problem was ultimately addressed to my satisfaction. This is something you can't take for granted anymore.

- Ped19 (10/5): Beautiful, convenient and ideal for a bit of luxury on a Disney/Universal holiday - We had an immense stay at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. The hotel is stunning, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location for Disney — close enough to feel part of the magic, yet calm and luxurious. The staff were fantastic — genuinely warm and friendly. A special mention goes to Robert at the front of house, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. This guy needs a promotion! During our anniversary trip, my girlfriend accidentally lost her hair towel, which was likely picked up by housekeeping. Not only did the team replace it right away, but they also surprised us with champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a handwritten note — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disney who wants a luxury experience with Disney transport access but without staying in a Disney-owned resort.

- SavvyJudge (8/5): JW Bonnet Creek - This JW is very nice and appears on the newer side. It’s in a decent location if you have a car or transportation to the places you want to go (they do have a Disney shuttle). It’s tucked into the natural, lush landscape, which feels removed from the city. We had a king suite on the 9th floor with pool view. The views of the surrounding area through the wall to ceiling windows was great. They seem to hold a lot of conferences here. There is a nice 5K loop from hotel to end of road. The food (room service, poolside, Japanese restaurant) is okay. The best meal is probably their breakfast buffet…they do a great job with this! The staff is 5 star! Who ever manages this hotel runs it at the highest level. Housekeeping Anna, Lina, and crew were very professional in dealing with an issue. Spa was nice….could up their game with a hot tub and cold plunge. Overall, lovely upscale hotel for mature guests.

Great business-friendly hotel but also saw a lot of families going to Disney. The hotel has a great Michelin rated steakhouse inside along with an amazing buffet for breakfast. Excellent service and help from the entire staff. They also have Illy coffee throughout the hotel which was fabulous. A great option for your next visit to Orlando.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and so comfortable, but what really set our stay apart was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making our experience memorable. Three team members in particular went above and beyond to make our stay extra special: Carmen (Front Desk): From the moment we arrived, Carmen made us feel cared for. She went out of her way to recognize the special occasions we were celebrating and to make sure everything about our room was perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made such a lasting impression. She is the type of person who makes you feel like you’re the only guests in the hotel, and we are so grateful for her efforts to make our stay unforgettable. Lisa (Unreserved Bar – Breakfast): Each morning at breakfast, Lisa transformed what could have been a simple meal into one of the highlights of our trip. Our daughter is full of energy and curiosity, and Lisa made it a point to connect with her every day—talking with her about the rides, our plans, and all of her favorite things. She showed such genuine warmth, patience, and care that our daughter looked forward to seeing her each morning, and those breakfasts became some of our favorite memories. On top of that, Lisa’s service was impeccable. She is the type of person who makes you feel less like a customer and more like family, and we will be sure to ask for her when we return. Jory (Unreserved Beer Garden Bar): Jory is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. His skill behind the bar was excellent, but what really set him apart was his ability to connect with people. I had the chance to spend a few hours chatting with him one afternoon, and over the course of our stay he made it a point to check in on us daily. He shared fantastic tips and advice for making the most of our time in Orlando and always went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He took the time to get to know my husband and me, and even went out of his way to engage with our daughter and make her feel special too. Jory didn’t just provide great service—he created a truly memorable experience for our family, and that is something rare. Between the stunning rooms, the comfortable spaces, the excellent food and drinks, and the world-class staff, JW Marriott Bonnet Creek exceeded every expectation we had. The hotel is immaculate and welcoming, but it is the people—Carmen, Lisa, Jory, and so many others—who made it feel extraordinary. We left with full hearts and memories that will last a lifetime, and we cannot wait to come back. I would highly recommend JW Marriott Bonnet Creek to anyone visiting Orlando—it is truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had.

- Roving538711 (10/5): Perfect for a convenient Disney-area stay, especially if you're a Marriott Elite! - This is my 2nd visit within a year, and I'll likely return again in the future! This trip, we booked 2 rooms for a Friday-Monday visit and were upgraded thanks to a combination of Marriott Platinum Elite status + the use of a few free suite upgrade certificates to a 1 bed suite connected to a 2 bed room with resort views (each room also had sofa beds). Upon entry into the room, we were surprised and delighted to find a beautifully laid out welcome amenity as we celebrated my friend's milestone birthday. The front desk staff also took plenty of time to explain my Platinum Elite benefits and the hotel's amenities. Throughout our stay, we had nothing but outstanding interactions with the valet team, the staff at the lobby bar as well as the amazing Illume rooftop restaurant/bar (which I highly recommend for evening Disney fireworks!) and delicious breakfasts at the Unreserved. We did take advantage of the shuttle too/from Epcot which each time was driven by well-skilled drivers. Our rooms were clean, with turndown service completed each night and efficient housekeeping completed throughout the day. While we were busy visiting the local theme parks and did not get much time to enjoy all of the various amenities, they never appeared to be overly crowded when we did observe them and this mirrors my prior visit as well. If you're looking for a higher-end Disney area hotel close to the major attractions that's clean and considerably less expensive than Disney's own mediocre/overpriced hotels, this is definitely worth checking out.

From the time you walk off the elevator Larissa is there to greet you with a warm smile. She makes you feel special with all the little things she does for you. If you want your manicure to last 6 weeks go see Marwi. She knows what she is doing. And lastly to unwind your body go see Susan for a massage. She has years of experience and truly has a special touch.
