• Nandia (10/5): - Hotel Sala was located just in the centre of the city. You could easily find anything you need just a few metres away. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. The hosts weere really helpful and kind. Breakfast was the cherry on the top. Everything was served fresh and delicious.

• Andrea (7/5): Muy bien ubicado y con facilidad para aparcar - Está muy bien ubicado, facilitan el poder aparcar avisándoles con tiempo en la puerta que si no sería complicado Todo estaba limpio pero tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrarnos un insecto grande en la pared, que debió haber entrado por la ventana.

• Demir (3/5): Sadece uyumak için yeterli. - Konunu güzeldi 4 kişi kiraladık ve oda çok küçüktü sığmakta zorlandık. Kiralarken mutfak olduğunu düşünmüştük ama mutfak yoktu. Ayrıca 7 gün kaldık ve yatak örtülerimiz hiç değişmedi. Çamaşır makinesi yoktu.

The booking and check-in process was very smooth, and the staff provided clear instructions and were helpful whenever I had questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location is fantastic — close to everything, with easy access to transport. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Saranda.

• cihan (3/5): A property that lists false features on Booking, something I’m not used to seeing often. - kahvaltı yok The hotel is providing false information. The features listed in the ad are different from the room we were given upon arrival. On Booking, the room we reserved was described as having a balcony with a city view. However, when we arrived, they charged us before we even went up to the room. Once we got to the room, we saw that it had no balcony and its only window faced an unpleasant back yard. When we asked about it, they gave us a ridiculous answer like, "that room is occupied right now." If that room is occupied, you cannot advertise and sell it to me. I paid for that room, and you sold me a cheaper room at a higher price. In other words, you scammed me. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

• James (10/5): Highly recommend - Great Value Stay Enjoyed a short stay at Hotel SALA in Saranda. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice city view and balcony. WiFi worked well, and on-site parking was available for a small fee. Friendly staff and a great central location made it a convenient stop for our family. Excellent value for the price.

I received many tips on great places to visit there. The hotel does not have a garage, but that was not a problem, the hotel staff promptly resolved the issue by providing a space for me throughout my stay.

• Simona Di Grumo (1/5): Ottime potenzialità per la posizione ma 0 rispetto per il cliente e furbi - Posizione Abbiamo effettuato il pagamento in contanti: abbiamo richiesto la fattura per tenere traccia del pagamento ma che ci ha detto non servire ma che comunque ci sarebbe stata fatta. Non ho più insistito, e non è stata fatta. Al momento del check-out andiamo via e dopo nemmeno 20 secondi ci richiamano dicendoci che avevamo rubato un asciugamano dalla camera. Apriamo gli zaini davanti a loro, ovviamente l'asciugamano non c'era (cosa dovremmo mai farcene di un loro asciugamano). Leggendo nelle recensioni è stata fatta una cosa similare anche con un'altra coppia. Ci dicono che dobbiamo dargli 10€ per l'asciugamano mancante. ALLUCINANTE! Avevamo solo 7€ e gli diamo quelli e pretendiamo la ricevuta delle nostre 3 notti. Appena lasciamo la struttura ci cancellano la prenotazione! Già informato booking dell'accaduto. Peccato perché la posizione della struttura ha molto potenziale, ma non ci si comporta così con i clienti.

• Victor (1/5): TIMADORES - La ubicación UN TIMO. Una compañera y yo cogimos dos noches, una cada uno con su respectiva cuenta. La primera reserva tenía dos habitaciones con un precio de 129€ y la segunda noche 90€ ya que solo era una habitación para cinco. A la llegada al enterase de que éramos un grupo nos obligaron a hacer una anulación desde la cuenta de mi compañera, es decir para la segunda noche 90€. Le pagamos en mano dos noches por 258€ y luego se negaron a hacernos una factura. Muy decepcionante el trato.
