- chloé (8/5): Un séjour bref mais qui a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes - Nous sommes venu dans cette hôtel pour effectuer un transit entre Tokyo et une autre ville. Nous avions donc besoin d’être proche de Tokyo station. L’emplacement est idéal. Le quartier est assez dynamique. Il y a un seven eleven au Rez de chaussée du bâtiment. L’accueil du personnel a été top. La chambre était spacieuse. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est possible d’entendre certains véhicule passer.

- Massimo (9/5): - Hotel in ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla linea metro G (fermata Kyobashi) che porta a Shibuya e Akiabara e alla linea Asakusa, diretta per l'aeroporto Haneda. Comodissimo il Seven Eleven sotto l'hotel. Stanze ben insonorizzate, temperatura ottimamente regolabile, bel bagno con vasca e doccia. Stanze non polverose, quindi ben pulite (infatti a prescindere che lo vogliate, ogni 3 giorni ti avvisano che devono pulire la stanza). Ambienti comuni ordinati e puliti. Molto consigliato. L'ho trovato un'ottima soluzione per stare e Tokyo e visitare i dintorni. Non mi sento di trovare punti negativi.

- YUKIKO (8/5): 新そうなので良かった - 自動チェックインシステムは待ち時間がなかったのでスムーズでした。一階がコンビニ、2階がコーヒーショップなので便利。部屋は清潔なのですが洗面の鏡との境あたりの清掃はもっとやるべきです、掃除してないくらいの黒ずみでした。お風呂はトイレバスがセパレートなのでゆっくりと入ることができました クローゼットが全宿泊者の方なのか何かを振り掛けてるのか分かりませんが、香水のような匂いで使いたくなかったです

The room we got was nice and quiet. We didn't hear our neighbors nor sounds from the hallway. Nothing.

Das Superior-Doppelzimmer mit Blick aufs Nachbarhaus war deutlich kleiner als das Standard-Zweibettzimmer mit Blick auf die Strasse.
- lee mei (6/5): - Facilities in the room and hotel were quite new and clean. About a 10 mins walk to tokyo station and 2 mins walk to kyobashi station. The room was too cramp and narrow to walk about. Some amenities were also not provided immediately in the room and had to go collect it ourselves from the reception. There isn't a dining in restaurant in the building, only a cafe at level 2 and not many stores around the hotel vicinity. Hotel lifts are normally big to accommodate many luggages, but their lifts were super small. Worst of all, we requested a high floor and non corner room, but they gave us a corner room, and staffs were unable to provide an answer to which why our requests were not taken in. Poor organisation and management.

- Jörg (7/5): Ideale Lage jedoch recht kleine Zimmer. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage in Nähe von Tokio Station und dem Ginza Viertel war ideal. Das Zimmer war schon sehr klein mit 2 großen Koffern war es schon schwierig im Zimmer zurecht zu kommen.

Einchecken schon um 14 Uhr. Unten ist ein 7-11, in dem man gut Alles fehlende einkaufen kann. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel. Bei Regen gabs Regenschirme.

- Carol Chuang (10/5): 下次還會選擇入住 - 地點極好，鄰近京橋站、寶町站，皆走路五分鐘內可到達，附近有多間711及LAWSON。 吹風機是Refa的很好吹，床也很舒服。 櫃台旁有很多備品可自由取用，非常貼心。 有會講中文及英文的服務人員，感謝幫忙打電話到其他單位詢問遺失物，服務友善。 房間不大，稍微調整房內沙發方向，可以打開更多行李。 選擇不打掃還是會給毛巾、水、睡衣等備品。 隔壁工地在施工，早上會被吵醒。 同個房型有些有附燙衣摺疊椅，有些沒有。 入住時洗衣機共三台但壞了一台，需要耐心等待。

- Richard (9/5): - Das Hotel ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfern, in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet eine U-Bahn Station der Ginza Line. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen 7/11. Die Betten waren super, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Have on-site private parking charge 2000 per day during cherry blossom season with unlimited exits and entries between 7am and 10pm but on 1st come 1st serve basis. However once paid for multiple days, considered reserved for the vehicle. No decent breakfast option (no buffet) but there is 7-11 at the ground floor of the hotel building for quick bites.

- Alexandra (9/5): Wir würden wieder hier übernachten, da die Lage gut ist. - Nah an der Tokyo Station und noch näher an U-Bahn Haltestelle. Perfekte Lage um Tokyo zu erkunden bzw. vom Flughafen gut erreichbar. Unten im Gebäude ist ein 7eleven, wo man sich immer schnell noch ein kaltes Getränk kaufen kann. Zimmer sehr klein und stand an der Wand, so dass einer immer aus dem Bett krabbeln musste.

Location is ok, short walk to Ginza and to the train station. 1st day we arrived at 730am and left luggage at the hotel Informed check in that we will be back for check in 2-3pm. When we came back at 430pm, room was not ready and delayed. Had to rush for a dinner appt at 530pm.
