Night staff was rude and unhelp - Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were far too small, lacked basic amenities like a wardrobe and minibar, and the heating system was malfunctioning. The staff’s behavior during the night was unacceptable and unprofessional. The photos online are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The location is mediocre, and given the overall quality, the price is unjustifiably high. I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast is simple but plenty of places nearby if you want something heavy. Train station nearby as well. The room was small, but is perfect for just visiting. Very cosy, with a luxurious bathtub. Especially recommend the hot chocolate and cocktails at the bar

The hotel itself was brilliant, the staff were great (they even arranged balloons as the trip was for a birthday), a lovely space to spend time in and very cool! A great place to stay for a really special experience. The only point would be value for money - it really was an amazing location/hotel, however the room could have been slightly bigger with a few more facilities for the price, but that is being extremely picky.

- Hege (8/5): Great location - super cute boutique hotel with everything you need - The location is amazing - It's on a nice street with lots of shops (including grocery) and restaurants without it being crowded or noisy. Easy to walk to Sentier, louvre, montmatre etc. Hotel was amazing - Loved that they had a nicer coffee machine in their room, an actually good hair dryer, room service, robes and nice esthetics with cool art. The patio cafe/restaurant is also a super nice option to enjoy sitting outside, covered but much more quiet. Very quiet room with double doors to hallway. Front desk was super helpful - giving me tips on places to go and letting me borrow an adapter later at night. In the bathroom there was a big window, but just frosted glass and no other covering. I felt a bit exposed showering and using the bathroom so would have loved the ability to pull some curtains down etc. When checking in as a woman on my own, I wish the front desk would have been more discrete and not announced my room number or that I was by myself - for safety reasons.

- Sophie (9/5): Recommandé - Charmant, très bien situé, l'hôtel est très propre, la chambre était confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit plus qui nous a fait très plaisir est l'accueil réservé à notre petit chien, tout avait été prévu pour son confort (panier douillet, gamelles, jouet, friandises). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris.

Oui, la tv devrait être plus grande, la connexion meilleur et pas de brosse de toilette !! Pour un petit payant assez onéreux, il n’y a pas bcp de choix… et si on veut des pancakes c’est payant c’est un peu moyen!

- Laura (9/5): - The breakfast was nice, we just had a croissant and tea/coffee, the man doing breakfast on 22nd and 24th when we had the breakfast could not have been more kind or helpful. The rooms were very nice although one was bigger than the other with a lot more storage and you put the single person in there. The stairs are a bit steep and the lift was tiny. otherwise not really any complaints.

- adi (8/5): מלון נעים וכיפי לשהייה קצרה בפריז - מיקום טוב. קרוב לשתי תחנות רכבת שונות- כחמש דק׳ הליכה מכל אחת. יש בשכונה הרבה בתי קפה ומסעדות חמודות אבל כדי להגיע לאטרקציות העיקריות שעניינו אותנו חייבים לקחת רכבת. צוות נעים ונחמד. ניקיון ברמה גבוהה ומיטה נוחה! החדר מאוד קטן.

UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS IN ROOMS THE SIZE OF A CLOSET- NOT EXAGERRATING. BEDS ARE FULL SIZE - NOT QUEEN SO VERY HARD FOR 2 ADULTS TO FIT COMFORTABLY. THE BATHROOM IS TINY AND THE AC DOESNT REALLY WORK TO COOL THE ROOM.. WE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL RATHER THAN EXTEND IT AT THSI HOTEL.
- Jan-Helge (10/5): Eine Empfehlung durch und durch aufgrund der schönen Einrichtung und der herausragenden Mitarbeiter - Außergewöhnlich aufmerksames Personal! Bereits der Empfang war herzlich und man fühlte sich an der Rezeption schon angekommen. Unser Dank gilt insbesondere den Mitarbeitern des Frühstückspersonals. Selten haben wir solch aufmerksame Menschen im Service erlebt, die sich die Essenwünsche der Gäste perfekt gemerkt haben, ohne, dass wir je irgendetwas gesagt haben. Die Lobby und der Essensbereich sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind, wie nicht anders in Paris üblich klein, doch zugleich stylistisch harmonierend und warm eingerichtet. Kurzum: Es war ein vollkommen runder Aufenthalt Das WLAN hat nicht die Bandbreite / Geschwindigkeit, die ich mir manchmal für meine morgendliche Firmenarbeit gewünscht hätte. Luxusprobleme im Urlaub halt. ;-)
