Thank you for a wonderfu - I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or the experience. Firstly, fantastic location for travel. Travel from Gare Du Nord was easy, and I could get anywhere easily and quickly. I was a little worried prior to my trip about the area. I had read some reviews and comments about the area with regard to safety, pickpocketing and crime. Not once did I feel unsafe. I just took the necessary precautions when travelling around a big city and I was fine. Every area has its problems but I felt completly safe staying here. The hotel is close to so many cafes, restaurants and fast food locations, getting food at all hours was easy. The hotel offers food but I didn’t pay the extra so I cannot comment on that experience. Lots of shops nearby to get essentials before heading off to see Paris. A truly great location. Room was great, with great views and a lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Room cleaning, towels and toiletries were well maintained each day which was lovely. The staff did a great job and when I visit Paris again this will be my home away from home. I couldn’t say anything bad, I have had a lovely time, I really enjoyed my stay here. Nothing I didn’t like.

Cama cómoda, enchufe bien ubicado, televisión smart, baño pequeño y desayuno correcto. El wifi es de una velocidad normal, pero se ofrece mejor velocidad para los huéspedes registrados en el programa de fidelidad de Accor. No recomiendo una habitación cerca del ascensor. La señal de celular es bastante pobre dentro del edificio. La zona es solitaria cuando cae la noche.

- Mark (10/5): Very pleasent stay at Ibis - The breakfast service was excellent. For a smaller operation I found this service above average, with a choice of fruits, cold cuts, breakfast cereals and a choice of breads and croissants. The coffee was also great. Nothing really to complain about.

The bathroom not clean in the shower or the floor. The staff who checked us in and out was rude and only activated our room cards for 2 nights leaving us problems getting in late on Saturday night, but the lady on duty that night was nice and very helpful. On checking out she was on a phone call and did not put her phone down whilst showing us bag storage etc
