A senhora da limpeza muito prestativa e atenciosa, todos os dias perguntava se eu precisava alguma coisa para o quarto. Achei o corredor sujo demais, e ainda por cima o apto em frente ao meu acumulava caixas de comida vazias e isso atraia baratas, mas graças a Deus nunca entraram no meu quarto.

- Christophe (9/5): Un super hôtel au charme désuet et ancien des années passées, belles prestations et personnel au top - Nous avons eu la chance, en arrivant dans cet hotel pour 5 nuits, de rencontrer à la réception la propriétaire de l'établissement, Lilly, (je crois), dont le mari est français, et qui nous a très gentiment upgradé notre chambre classique en suite de luxe, un mini appartement dans cet hotel rétro, d'au moins 70m², avec coté cuisine, salon, 2 grandes salles de bains, le top du top !! Nous avons passé 6 jours entre les parcs Disney, Orlando et Cap Canaveral, et donc quel bonheur de se retrouver dans une suite si grande à la fin de chaque journée, et de pouvoir se délasser dans la piscine ouverte 24h sur 24, chose impossible en France ou dans pas mal d'autres pays visités auparavant. J'étais si fatigué que je ne suis meme pas entré dans la petite salle de jeu au rdc, qui pourtant aurait bien mérité une visite, mais la qualité et la taille des lits a primé sur ce choix. Le matin, le petit déjeuner servi de 06h à 09h laisse une bonne possibilité pour se préparer tranquillement à la journée qui commence, le choix y est très correct et permet de bien entamer la journée qui commence. Ceci lié au wend "voitures années 50" de Kissimmee Old Town, donne un fabuleux résultat et de beaux souvenirs, nous y reviendrons certainement. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir si gentiment agrémenté notre séjour. "On ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux." Saint-Exupery, 1943, Le petit Prince. Seulement deux petits points négatifs pour moi, des détails, (mais qui ont hélas fait chuter ma note globale de 10 à 9 ), les seuls soirs où j'avais assez d'énergie pour aller prendre un verre au bar, celui-ci était fermé, il faudrait mettre des jours d'ouverture / fermeture, et la poubelle placée entre les ascenseurs est restée pleine pendant deux jours. Il serait plus judicieux de la positionner face aux ascenseurs, ça éviterait de la voir tous les jours, et ça serait plus agréable. :-)

Sofa bed is the worst bed you can get, the mattress is very bad quality and not firm at all. Mold in the toilet and under the sink. No good housekeeping; they took our towels, didn't put new ones, and left the room still stinky multiple times. No body soap. Not enough towels at the pool.

The staff was wonderful and was quick to help with any problems we had. Breakfast was served every morning and there was options for everyone. The mattresses were a little hard which made them slightly uncomfortable but tolerable. The wait times for the elevators were also very long. The bar area also wasn’t open during our stay (we were there Sunday through Thursday night), which would have been nice to have!

No me gustó la cantidad de material descartable que se usa en el desayuno. Sería mejor usar vasos de vidrio, platos de cerámica y cubiertos de metal. Se genera demasiada basura. Mejoraría también la limpieza del ascensor y pondría otro para disminuir la espera y la cantidad de gente dentro del mismo.

- Sandra (8/5): Would stay again for location and decent breakfast - Location next to Old Town is great. Nice pool with outside bar. Breakfast was good. Rooms comfortable. Seemed slightly disorganized during check in as they had my friend's name on both rooms though I had made reseration.

Fiquei triste, pois o potencial do lugar é bom, mas deixam de fazer as coisas, não sei se por preguiça, cultura ou o que. Pior ainda deixam bilhetinho pedindo tip por algo não feito. Café da manhã, então, até compreendo, pois é a cultura, mas todos os 10 dias foram iguais, nada de variação, mesma coisa.

- Jim (5/5): - Breakfast was wonderful. The pool and hot tub are well taken care of and being open 24 hours is a nice bonus. The rooms need an upgrade as well as the carpets in the hallway. We come here every year and we would love to continue coming here if the facilities could be remodeled.

- lisamusic (8/5): Decent hotel by Disney - The room and facilities at this hotel were very nice and clean. The breakfast is not good and mainly carbs, sugary yogurt and pastries, and powdered eggs. Pool and hot tub were great and pool was heated. Elevator was a fiasco. Took a very long time so ask for a lower floor and use the stairs. Bring noise cancelling headphones. Our room was above the bar and you could hear the music.
- Victor (5/5): Not staying here again. - Location was okay. Rugs were smelly in some areas. The room also had a little smell. Toilet had issues flushing, sheets were stained, AC did not cool the room properly. AC on common areas felt turned off, specially in lunch and Arcade Area. Elevator were extremely slow, and sheets not towels were replaced. Not staying here again.
