• Andrii (1/5): Расстроен и разочарован! Испортили День Рождения моей жены. - Очень плохо! Я оплатил на сайте Booking представительский номер с ванной, не с душевой кабиной, для меня это было принципиально важно потому что у моей жены был День Рождения и она хотела именно этот номер, чтобы принять ванну. Когда мы приехали нам дали обычный номер и сказали, что наш номер занят и виноват Booking, который неправильно забронировал номер. Пообещали на следующий день переселить в номер который мы изначально оплатили, но обещание не сдержали и деньги не вернули, сказали, что предыдущий гость продлил номер и не могут нас заселить в наш номер. Два дня мы были расстроены и это испортило наш отдых. Ужасная коммуникация!

• Louana (6/5): Het was prima, maar je betaalt veel te veel voor wat je krijg. - Fijne plek in het centrum Vond het te prijzig voor wat het was.. het zag er mooi en prima uit maar de kamers zijn erg klein, en vond het best stoffig overal. Ook kwam er uit onze douche een beetje een riool geur.

• abdullah (6/5): - Location and cleanliness. Fast check in and out Decent for individuals, not recommended for couples. Only one (BIG) issue is the bed size!!! It’s very small I don’t recommend the hotel because of the bed, it’s a deal breaker for couples. Bed size is NOT ACCEPTABLE

• Liana (3/5): - I prolongated my stay and asked to prioritise check in process, make it earlier as an exception as I stayed already previous days and needed just to change the room. Unfortunately they didn’t go for any exception and I received my keys as all guests juicy checking in this day. As well extremely high safe deposit just for 1 person, 1 night 150 euro is excessive.

• Christie (5/5): 3 star hotel, needs decorating updates to look like photos again - Location was good if you want to stay in area, staff nice This is not a 4 star hotel, 3 star at best and too expensive for value. My room was tiny and very tired looking. The carpet is very old with stains everywhere and the hallways of the floor are tiny/old. The pictures are deceiving and it needs some new decorating to make it look like the pics again.

Les petits mots d’accueil/départ rajoutent une vraie touche de personnalisation et le mini bar complimentary est appréciable. Les moquettes des chambres gagneraient à être changées car on peut voir qu’elles ont bien vécu, mais c’est apparemment en cours ! Quelques petits détails comme oreillers décoratifs déchirés pourraient être facilement corrigés!

• stevesY3287CI (10/5): Beautiful Hotel / Exceptional Staff - We stayed at Le Monna Lisa just before Christmas 2025, 19-22 Dec. Our stay was wonderful and the staff excel. The hotel is beautifully presented in the lead up to Christmas and has a boutique and charming feel. The reception is cosy and has some nice touches to make you feel welcome such as hot drinks, water, biscuits and sweets as you wait to check in or head out for the day/evening. The reception staff are amazing. They are extremely helpful and so courteous. As the hotel is small they know there customers well and add a personal touch. We stayed in a family room which is well presented. The bathroom and balcony are stand out features. The mini bar is stocked with soft drinks and these are replenished each day which was a nice touch. The maid service is performed well and our rooms were always immaculate. We opted to breakfast at the hotel. Whilst the space is small the variety of food both hot and cold (buffet) is more than adequate to find something for everyone. The tables are well tended and the hostess will ensure you have whatever you require. Hot food can be ordered so it is fresh. Final message is to the staff who could not have been more helpful. One of our family members left a phone in a taxi and the hotel could not have done more to assist with it retrieval. Even losing with the taxi company after we had departed to get the phone returned to the UK.

This hotel is in a great location close to everywhere especially great for young couples, solo all together nice . Highly recommend it.

The staff was so helpful with pre trip information, and absolutely fantastic when we arrived. Straight to our room after an overnight flight, it was wonderful. Great location blocks from the Champs d’Elysesses…. We’ll be back!!!
