Dirk (7/5): Location, location, location... - Schitterende ligging. Op zo'n 150m van de Ponte Vecchio, maar net uit de drukte. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en attent. Echt top service. De kamers zijn écht heel klein. De badkamer heeft alles wat er moet zijn, maar is samengepropt op enkel vierkante meters. Het ontbijt viel tegen. Zeker in verhouding met wat er voor betaald moet worden. Over het algemeen beperkt assortiment, fruitsap uit de fles, fruitsalade met veel te grote stukken fruit... Extra's (vers fruitsap, omelet, spek, ...) is tegen flinke bijbetaling. Echt niet in verhouding met de prijs.

Corina (10/5): A sweet spot in Florence I will be returning to again. - Location, location, location! It couldn’t have been situated in a better spot and yet still incredibly quiet. The hotel is staffed with welcoming and friendly people. Especially Mike who was always ready with a smile, an umbrella and solicited advice/recommendations. The rooms are immaculate and feel luxurious. The rooftop bar was lovely with a beautiful view. There will be no other place for me in Florence. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Diana (10/5): Amazing stay with amazing staff - Beautiful property, nice rooms and the staff was amazing. There was an issue with our 5am pre scheduled pickup to the airport and the person at the front desk, I wish I had written his name down, tried to contact the company we booked through and when he couldn’t get a hold of anyone, quickly got us taxis. We also asked for a bottle of sparkling wine late the prior night and it was quickly set up for us in the library. We just had the most amazing experience. Nothing

Malgrado fossero inclusi servizi aggiuntivi (cuccia, croccantini). Suggerirei alla struttura di dare la possibilità di scegliere se utilizzare o meno questi servizi aggiuntivi, applicando una tariffa inferiore (e più allineata a quella degli altri hotel) nel caso in cui non se ne volesse usufruire.

Ursula (10/5): Tolles Hotel in super Lage - mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem ruhig! - Die Lage war wirklich außerordentlich gut, alles in der Nähe - wobei Florenz ja nicht sehr groß ist. Und vor allem einmal um die Ecke im Hotel angekommen, ist man gleich weg vom Trubel und es ist ruhig.

Jane (8/5): Terrific location and helpful staff - Great location and helpful staff. Artistic and tasteful appointed breakfast room. Bathrooms are small and difficult to manage. Lifts can’t cater for number of guests. Some more decorative ambience could be enhanced in the rooms.
Helen (7/5): Comfortable room in a great location with friendly staff. - Staff friendly, location excellent, rooms comfortable and spacious Walls were a bit thin so noise travelled easily. Breakfast could have been better for example there was no fresh fruit to have with my yogurt on the first morning (there was however the following day) the croissants were not as fresh as they should be, not crispy on the outside but quite soft and soggy which was disappointing,

El cuarto de buen tamaño y todo cuidado hasta el detalle. Que el AA es central, no se puede regular desde la habitación, y tuvimos algo de frío la primera noche. Pero el personal muy dispuesto nos ayudó a solucionarlo.

Reiner (9/5): - Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich,das Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber. Es wurde auf Sonderwünsche blitzartig reagiert. Die Lage, direkt am Ponte Vecchio gelegen, war hervorragend. In unmittelbarer Nähe sehr viele gute Geschäfte und Lokale. Unser Auto hat für 50€ pro Tag übernachtet. Das ist einfach völlig überteuert. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Angebot ist, gemessen an anderen Hotels dieser Klasse, nicht sehr reichhaltig. Für eine Portion Rührei z.B. sind 9€ zusätzlich fällig. Das bin ich bei solch gepfefferten Hotelpreisen nicht gewohnt. In der Roof Top Bar kostet ein Negroni und ein Gin Tonic mit sehr viel Eis 22€. Möge jeder für sich entscheiden, ob er sich das gönnen möchte... 😜

Jonathan (8/5): - Great location. However, if you plan to rest and sleep-in, this isn’t the place for you. I was ‘upgraded’ to a larger room before check-in. Unbeknownst to me, the room I was assigned basically had no noise insulation at all. It was as if my bed was on the street, I could hear conversations, cars, city vehicles as if they were next to me. It was horrible. I didn’t get any sleep until night three when I complained and they gave me a room on the other side of the hotel. If you’re facing the street on the right side of the hotel, run fast. I believe mine was 204. Julia, I believe, AM front desk person was great. On the contrary, evening, overnight front desk guy is rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. The guy with the inked or dotted hairline. He needs a career change asap.

Marinke (9/5): Het beste hotel om in te verblijven in Florence - De locatie en het comfort van het hotel. Met als bonus een heel mooi en leuk dakterras. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helemaal niets. Alles was echt fantastisch. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is hier heel erg goed.
