- fatimation (10/5): Welcoming Environment! - The front desk was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs from luggage, checking in and out,--thank you, Ms. Nairobi Waru! We were greeted at every turn and floor throughout our experience. Really made it feel that we were welcomed. Such an accessible and walkable location. Close to everything downtown, including the Church Street Sunrail. Inside the hotel was very clean and neat. Breakfast was very filling, with the breakfast bar being open for a few hours. The beds were very comfortable. Pillows are really squishy, however. Worth the price, especially if visiting Downtown Orlando for the nightlife, business conferences, or leisure.

- 148msm (8/5): Does the Trick! - The hotel was clean and classy. Good location for downtown . Next to coffee shops and brunch spots galore. Lake Eola makes for a nice view. Also great for running for walking. My room was clean and spacious. Basic really but spacious. I do love the bar space. The reason I did a 4 star: their little store was closed most of the time so basics like a soda you had to get from the vending machines. Not even option to get coffee conveniently downstairs. Parking is easy but across street as valet was not operating. Pool was okay. Nothing special ..so basically an easy spot to just sleep and shower. Would go back regardless.

- Giovanni (8/5): Bel hôtel confortable et spacieux - Emplacement idéal. Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Hall principal animé et bien décoré. Parking très proche. L’accueil était décevant. Il a fallu poser beaucoup de questions pour des informations qu’un réceptionniste doit donner en principe par lui-même, comme les heures du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement du parking, les heures de check out, le mot de passe du WiFi… dommage.

Room showed significant wear. Toilet rating around bottom and paint peeling everywhere. Housekeeping staff left something to be desired. Happy hour and included breakfast were great

The Embassy Suites staff was very helpful with pre check in Q&A and friendly upon arrival. Happy hour with lite snacks/cocktails included w a large buffet breakfast too! The rooms are very clean and spacious! Housekeeping took no time at all to assist us w extra blankets etc. we’ve already booked our next stay at this hotel.

- Floridagirl99 (6/5): Nowhere near as nice as it used to be, more like a motel 6 but at Hilton prices. - I usually love Embassy, and the staff is always very nice. I must say, though, the grout in the shower/tub and all around the steel grab bars was very moldy, the lavatory spigot handle loose and faucet leaked, the floors were sticky, the ceiling in front of the AC vents had dirt streaks. The teeny tiny little bitty frig/mini-micro stand was the worst part. No counter space, no coffee filters, no dishes or flatware, no soap, no paper towels, nothing. It was too tiny to even set anything down. This was a big apartment size suite with a large bathroom (which also had no counterspace for our things), but this extremely tiny little stand for food or drinks was really ridiculous. I guess you are trying to force people downstairs to pay instead. Anyway, the poor housekeeping and horrible design will stop me from ever coming to an Embassy again, it was very annoying. Too bad, it used to be my favorite. Even the food has been degraded, super greasy bacon, cheap tasteless pastries, etc.

- Elflaco1983 (8/5): Discretto soggiorno in downtown - Discreta struttura se si vuole visitare orlando downtown o come nel nostro caso, soggiornare per vedere una partita di NBA e il centro, compreso Eola Lake. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata super gentile e nonostante fossimo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in ci ha data la stanza, avendo noi 2 bambini ed essendo una giornata piovosa. La posizione è centralissima, dietro Eola Lake ed è stata perfetta per recarsi a piedi al Kia Center per assistere ad una partita degli Orlando Magic. Con Uber abbiamo raggiunto in pochissimo tempo l'Orlando Science Center ed anche il super centro commerciale. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario con una pulizia, diciamo normale: diciamo un pochino sotto lo standard Hilton, ma comunque accettabile. Ad esempio c'era un palla di capelli nella moquete, che in alcuni punti risultava macchiata o logora e non dava l'aspetto di una cosa molto pulita. La colazione normale, ed essendo compresa va benissimo. Una maggiore cura sulla pulizia della camera, se proprio si deve indicare qualcosa.

We enjoyed the happy hour with complimentary drinks, cleanliness. Great bed and good shower. Check in time and parking (not related to the hotel, but the closest one did not have shade. They charge for early check in - $50 and sometimes this option will not be available.

- Judyaoquendo (8/5): Unexpectedly Enjoyable - This is a great hotel! Went downtown for my husband’s bday. Check in easy peasy- they are very nice. If you’re parking in their lot right across the street- know your license plate at check in. The lobby is lovely. All rooms overlook the lobby. Happy hour reception each evening. And the breakfast buffet is sooo good! Stick with the omelets and not the scrambled eggs. Our room was so nice. Balcony overlooking lake Eola. Would definitely go back!

Feuerwehr kam, jedoch wahrscheinlich ein Fehlalarm? Wir konnten nach ca. 30 Minuten einfach wieder zurück ins Zimmer. Es gab keine Information über den Alarm warum etc.

- Cosmic57 (8/5): Great location, safe streets - This is my go-to hotel when I’m in Orlando on business. It’s in a great location near Lake Eola and the nightlife Downtown has to offer. It’s also close enough to walk to the major sports arena/stadium on West Church Street. This part of Orlando has plenty of restaurants and bars (I recommend World of Beer and The Harp & Celt (especially as this is where the Orlando Whites meet to watch Leeds United matches in their own Bielsa Suite) Nothing I can add about the hotel I’ve not said before. Suites are huge, staff are great, beds are comfortable. I’ll surely be back in a year’s time.

It is clean, the rooms are modern, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast included options of continental, a hot food buffet and an omelette station in addition to multiple drink options. The staff was friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go to for future Orlando stays.

Breakfast was good for the fresh hot food, but the pastries were the same as at Hampton Inn. This is kind of a small Embassy Suites. We had a great view of Lake Eola. The staff were all very friendly to us. Easy walk to Kia Center, so it was a great choice for that.

- Josué Enrique (10/5): Excelente ubicación - Todo estuvo muy bien. Es un hotel bonito, bien ubicado para ir a ver un partido en el estadio del Orlando City. Quedaba cerca también el Kaseya Center. Cerca hay un lago y un parque muy bonitos. Está relativamente cercano el aeropuerto. La habitación estaba muy bonita, amplia. En las noches había bebidas de cortesía que no pudimos probar. El desayuno es tipo bufé y estaba variado y delicioso. También había piscina pero por tiempo tampoco la usamos. Aunque se veía muy bien. Todo estuvo muy bien.

- Arts (9/5): Edna at the front desk was a true hero leaving no stone unturned in the persuit of getting my phone back from my Uber . - Perfect sized studio for a small / young family with two great sized doubles. Kitchen and living area worked well with spacious bathroom. The blind from the living are didn’t give me the comfort and privacy that a curtain would provide. But the bedrooms were private and dark.

Jak się wchodzi do hotelu od razu robi mega pozytywne wrażenie. Personel podczas zameldowania wykazał się pełnią profesjonalizmu wyjaśniając wszystko bardzo dokłanie i udzielając odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania. Hotel jest umiejscowiony w samym centrum downtown Orlando także wieczorem można wyjść bez konieczności zamawiania taksówki, na dalsze wyjazdy poza miasto hotel też ma dobre położenie ponieważ bardzo blisko jest droga ekspresowa także nie stoi się w korkach. Śniadanie było w stylu amerykańskim czyli dla nas europejczyków za mało warzyw ale jak się jest w danym kraju to też trzeba się dopasować do miejscowych zwyczajów.

- rjmastro (8/5): Lake Eola Balcony King Stay - If you check in mobile and park across the street, go to the front desk and ask for validation. If you are a Hilton member, get your member reward water, snacks and evening reception vouchers while you are there at the front desk. I wish mobile check in for rewards member drinks and snacks were in the hotel room before arrival, to allow a truly mobile experience with Hilton. This location does not let guests pick their own breakfast buffet items. Waffle mix was good, eggs were mid. Evening reception cocktail liquor brand types listed on ad stands were conflicting, bar seemed confused. Bathroom in suites needed love, as all Hiltons experience it seems. Staff was pleasant and present. Otherwise, nice stay but always room for improvement.
