The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. I plan to come back when in Dublin again. I wouldn't change anything.

Kimberly (7/5): While the hotel is beautiful our experience as disappointing. - The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The drinks and food at the bar were delicious. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was good and a decent price for someone who likes a hearty breakfast. Honestly, it was the little things that ended up tarnishing our experience at the hotel. There was no bath mat 2 out of the 3 nights, so we had to put a hand towel on the floor instead. The bathroom only had space to hang one towel, which meant neither of our towels ever dried. We also had to request in-room coffee supplies 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. The biggest issue, though, was sleeping. The bed was positioned directly under the air conditioner, so cold air blew on us throughout the night whenever it was running. The bed only came with a thick duvet and no top sheet. The first night, we spent the entire night alternating between being too cold and too hot. On the second night, we asked for a blanket, but were told the hotel didn’t have any—only extra sheets or duvet covers. We tried to make that work, but ended up dealing with the same problem all over again: too cold, then too hot, then too cold again. We couldn’t open the window to try and regulate the temperature because it overlooked the fire station so it was loud. Our friends complained about their room and were upgraded but for us not being able to sleep well was quite disappointing for the money we spent.

Via messaggio ci hanno risposto che costava 20€ fino alle 14,00 poi quando siamo arrivati hanno detto che non si poteva fare e dopo nostra insistenza ce lo hanno concesso, ma a 40€

Melissa (7/5): Beautiful hotel but inconsistent rooms and services - The hotel property was great. We had two separate stays due to travel around the country. The first 2 days I booked directly through the hotel and were excellent. The staff were super helpful and the room was perfect with great amenities and the little extras that make a stay special. The beds are super comfy and Santiago at the front desk and the female valet are exceptional. The location was perfect for us to be near the college. I requested the same room for our return stay and the front desk made note of it. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with our stay booked through Booking.com. With our stay booked through Booking.com our experience was markedly different. We were put on the same floor as our previous stay but in a tiny room that had a door whose width was half-sized, perfect for a Hobbit but not 3 grown adults with luggage. The room amenities we enjoyed with our first booking were not available for those booking through this site. The bathroom sink was cracked and the tub slow to drain. The wonderful front desk person we experienced during our original stay was replaced by a woman who was notably unfriendly. The beds were still comfy, but once we had experienced the better room, this stay paled in comparison.

Express bus naar het vliegveld voor de deur van het hotel Bij de ingang van het hotel stond meestal een medewerker zo ook achter de receptie. Echter bij binnenkomst of weggaan werd er niet even goedemorgen / goedeavond of fijne dag o.i.d. gezegd. Dit kan beter.

Charlotte (10/5): Beautiful hotel, great location & very comfy bed! - Beds were very comfy. Staff were lovely. The design of the hotel was beautiful and court yard garden was lovely for a drink. We had a ‘surprise’ in our room left from the hotel as we were travelling for a friend’s birthday which was very lovely & made us smile when we walked in the room. Location was great, around a 10-15 min walk from Temple Bar and around 10 min walk to Grafton street. Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat there. Everything else met expectations.

Teresa (8/5): - Location, room was spotless. We had paid for breakfast and on check in was told breakfast was available to 11am. We came down at 9.50 am to be told we had 20 minutes before breakfast closed. At 10.10 all the food was removed. When I questioned it I was told breakfast finishes at 10.30. When I asked for some breakfast I was met with a struggling of shoulders and a very rude waitress. We eventually were told we would gera refund if €19.70 on our booking. I found this unbelievable as when you pay for breakfast when booking its generally a lot more for one person, never mind 2 people. I enjoyed my stay but the breakfast experience was very disappointing.

Cristina (6/5): - El empleado era muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo. La habitacion comoda pero tuvimos que oagar mas para tener ducha en vez de bañera. No habia nevera en la habitacion y los pasillos un poco sucios. El desayuno muy pobre y demasiada gente para lo pequeña que es la sala. No reponian los alimentos que faltaban en el desayuno.

Perfectly situated for exploring Dublin, it made getting around easy and convenient, whether we were sightseeing, dining, or enjoying the city atmosphere. Speaking of dining, the food was fantastic. Every meal we had was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall experience. As a group, we all agreed: this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything—from the cleanliness to the service to the location—came together perfectly. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend Trinity City Hotel to anyone visiting Dublin. We look forward to returning in the future.
I8161QIjoyk (10/5): Wonderful hotel in heart of Dublin - Trinity City Hotel provides a wonderful central location in the heart of Dublin. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was very good, I loved the roasted potatoes. We had a very early morning departure planned, and the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. My thanks to Vincent, who was especially helpful with our departure.
