- ximena luz (3/5): Caro. No existe relación precio calidad - Nada. El lugar es viejo. Solo la parte de la recepción es bonita y luminosa. El lugar queda cerca de la estación de tren. El barrio es feo. Mucha gente consumiendo alcohol. No me sentí tranquila. Como no quise salir de noche pregunté por el restaurante y no tienen. Tampoco había servicio a la habitación. El precio fue muy alto. Todos los otros hoteles en los que estuve en Alemania eran excelentes y a buen precio. Este me pareció caro y no me gustó.

Puccetti (8/5): Convenient to Main Train Station to get around and for day trips, nice dining room staff (Djinan) - Front desk a little reserved (might have been cultural) and not very engaging but spoke English. Facility was modern and clean. This location was great for easy train connections for day trip and connections to airport. The breakfast group was wonderful and very engaging! Djinan Salman was so accommodating and a pleasure. Had issues with the safe and they took care of it the next day. Little bar for coffee and drinks located next to Reception. Location was great, but because of proximity to main station was also a little "sketchy" at night...but not unsafe. I didn't feel uncomfortable but I didn't feel in my element either. We could easily walk to all the beer halls, restaurants and historical sites and never felt unsafe.

- Gerald (10/5): Kurzer Businestripp nach München - Sehr gutes Hotel gleich beim Hauptbahnhof - sehr gute Lage. Echt schöne Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt, sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß und optimal gestaltet. Sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnloch gut und ein große Auswahl. Gerne wieder.

O café da manha muito bom e a acomodação foi de otima experiencia. que passei muito pouco tempo em Munique :/ mas se eu tivesse que voltar ficaria sem duvidas no mesmo hotel pelo fato do custo beneficio dele.

- James (6/5): - Nice hotel with a great room except that it was noisy...the first floor I think was above the kitchen and laundry, and so there was lots of noise until 2AM and then starting from 4AM that kept waking me up. The staff, particularly the front desk and kitchen staff were awesome. The breakfast is definitely worth paying for. The area the hotel is in is a little sketchy; I was definitely uncomfortable being out on the street, especially walking between the hotel and to the southeast after dark.

I did nottttt like the area. It was nice being able to walk to Oktoberfest but I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else. For the amount we paid, I expected a lot more. I did not feel safe once I stepped out of our hotel.

- julia (8/5): Immer gerne wieder! - Meine liebe Frau Mama und ich wurden abends ganz lieb empfangen und wir haben sogar "unser" großes Zimmer bekommen, obwohl wir über booking.com nur noch ein kleineres buchen konnten. Ein großes Dankeschön an den netten Herrn mit dem flotten Pferdeschwanz an der Rezeption! In dem Zimmer haben wir uns wie immer wie zu Hause gefühlt, schön ruhig und gemütlich! Außerdem nur zwei Schritte in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof! Wenn ich was sagen soll, das mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, dann, dass es etwas staubig war, was aber auch zu Hause oft ganz schnell gehen kann.

At first, I thought the smell was coming from my own feet or maybe the blanket, but then I realized it was actually from the pillow I had been resting my head on for about 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. They did replace it afterwards, but there was no apology at all. Honestly, the whole experience left me with a lasting sense of disgust.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel - just needs better cleaning. - We really liked how our room was set up. Enough space for 2 with a king size bed with comfortable mattress and nice beddings. A long desk and 2 chairs were nice for lounging. The bathroom is spacious with a good amount of counter space, and a make-up mirror. Good AC kept the room cool when it was warm outside. And an extra point for spacious closet with big shelves. What was not good was that the room was so dusty. It wasn't obvious when we first arrived, but with the sun light during the day, you could see dust all over the night stands, desk area. Even the shelves inside closet didn't look like they were wiped in months. Every time we walked on barefoot or with socks, our feet picked up so much stuff. That was terrible. We had housekeeping once, and they did not wipe anything clean. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the Hauptbahnhof. Not terrible, but not peaceful street.
