• Louise (2/5): Terribly uncomfortable night squeezed in a tiny bed. - Location was great and general facilities good. Comfy lounge area. The Room was not Superior in any way. The bed (not sure it was even a double) was tiny. Room was small with a slanting wall which made it impossible to use both sides of the bed to get in and out of it. Especially if you are over 5ft tall. Possibly the most uncomfortable stay we have had. Barely slept. And would not recommend.

• Sara (8/5): Great hotel considering it wasn't tge one I booked 🤣 - I didn't stay in the hotel I booked, but another hotel in the group- the Fitzrovia. It was lovely, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and it was spotless. The breakfast was fab too. It was a little hot in the room and the aircon wasn't working but it wasn't too bad. The bed was pretty hard if i'm honest but I still slept OK.

• Holly (4/5): This hotel was 2.5 star at most, and most certainly not the 4 star as advertised! - The location of the hotel was why I had booked it - close to my client for the next day. Hmmm… where do I start. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great from the outset. The staff felt quite perfunctory and not especially welcoming, which didn’t make for the best first impression. I had booked a single room, but it was honestly the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The main issue for me was that I was travelling for work and needed to spend several hours designing training materials on my laptop, not just checking a few emails. Although there was a small desk and chair, there simply wasn’t enough space to actually sit at it properly. I’m fairly petite and even I couldn’t fit comfortably between the desk and the bed. As a result, I had to sit on the edge of the bed leaning over my laptop for hours, which left me with a sore back. For anyone travelling for business, the room really wasn’t fit for purpose. The bathroom drains also had a very unpleasant smell throughout my stay, and some of the bathroom fittings, particularly the shower tray and magnifying mirror were mounted unusually high and awkward to use. On the positive side, the heating worked well, I could open the window, and the air conditioning was effective.

The rooms are very small. Speaking for the triple room, there are no power outlets next to the beds. The outlets are located near the mirror. The room was very cold. We had to turn on the radiator they had placed inside the closet.

U kupaonici nema grijanje ali nije bilo tako strasno hladno jer je danju bilo 20c.

La possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant la disponibilité de la chambre et après 11h le jour du départ (gratuitement) était un plus. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel. Juste la taille de la chambre triple. 😉 Mais on le savait en réservant.

• Anna (7/5): alright - Room was clean I was expecting to be accommodated in twin room and I ended up in the single room on the basement level, however it had a window facing some sort of offices and bin area, so when I opened the curtains in the morning I could see a man in the doorway directly looking into my window. In order to keep privacy you would need have the curtains closed all the time and won't let daylight getting in at all. Another flaw was the fact there was no water bottle(s) in the room, which is quite astonishing for 4 star hotel not to supply any for the rooms. I only stayed one night so I was not that bothered.

What I didn’t like was I thought I was staying at “ The Langham.” I worked there 50 years ago and mistook this hotel for “The (real) Langham. Very embarrassing and a bit deceptive. My fault for not making sure. But still…

• Bouchra (4/5): Decent location, but the room was poorly equipped and not very comfortable. - Location is great and check in was easy. The room felt quite basic and lacked some essentials. The shower was also quite noisy, sounding like there may have been a plumbing issue, and the bathroom was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the room didn’t feel particularly well equipped, which made the stay a bit disappointing.
